"I can only say I'm extremely satisfied. I arrived at Sayram Lake after 9 PM. The hotel I originally booked was ranked number one on Ctrip's luxury list, but when I got there, I found it was miles away from the lake and the room was terrible. So I decided to look for a chain hotel, and among similar price points, I chose Atour's new brand. I can only say it really won me over. Hotels in tourist destinations should have local characteristics instead of being generic or just putting out ugly things. The hotel room was quiet at night, but there was some noise during the day due to a construction site. Atour's bedding is very comfortable; I fell asleep instantly. The hotel's breakfast gets full marks; it's excellent value for money. When checking out, the front desk staff told me they added some items themselves, which made it so plentiful. I believe resort hotels should be like this – operated with care to create a great environment for guests. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of us. "The location is fantastic, very close to the scenic area entrance. The service was excellent; they even upgraded us to a lake-view room for free, and we could see Sayram Lake right from our window. In the evening, they offered complimentary congee and side dishes. Breakfast was also incredibly rich, with both Western and Chinese options. I would definitely recommend it to friends."

"I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one truly stands out! 1. **Location:** Just a few minutes' drive from the east gate of Sayram Lake, very convenient. 2. **Room:** Clean, tidy, no strange smells, good soundproofing, and comfortable bedding. Our family of three all slept wonderfully. 3. **Service:** I have to commend the staff’s service-mindedness! They greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage. 4. **Quick Problem Resolution:** We returned from Sayram Lake close to 10 PM to find our room very hot and the AC not cooling. After the maintenance supervisor checked it, they immediately upgraded our room (we didn't even need new key cards, we just moved right in! This was fantastic, especially since we had already settled down, but the room was unbearably hot). 5. **Incredibly Welcoming:** We stayed with our one-year-old baby, and the young 'aunties and uncles' at the front desk and restaurant absolutely adored her. They interacted warmly with her and even gave her lots of bear toys, which really made us feel special! I highly recommend this hotel to parents traveling with young children. 6. **Breakfast:** Pretty good, with fresh ingredients and fruits, and tasty too. 7. **Review Incentive:** I rarely leave reviews, but they simply offered too much (both in service and gifts 😄). 8. **Construction Notice:** The ground floor road and parking area aren't fully completed yet, but parking was not an issue. 9. **Surroundings:** Several new hotels are under construction nearby, but with the windows closed, there was virtually no noise. 10. **Dining Out:** I ordered takeout for dinner as I was too tired to explore. My personal guess is that there might not be many dining options within a 10-minute walk (just a wild guess)."

The breakfast spread is rich and varied, and the staff are warm and polite. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great; my room faced the road, so the car noise at night was quite noticeable. Overall, I was very satisfied."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute drive from the scenic area. The private courtyard is quiet, perfect for stargazing at night and watching the sunrise in the morning. The room also has heating (very comfortable even in June), and the bedding is super cozy. Breakfast is freshly prepared by the auntie, plentiful and delicious, with freshly ground coffee. Both the front desk lady and the proprietress are very warm and provide thoughtful service. This was a wonderful first stop on our Xinjiang Yili trip!"

"The hotel is very nice and in a great location. It is opposite the modern central city and has a night market. It is very convenient to eat around. In addition, the hotel has a laundry room and a gym. After washing, you can take the clothes directly back to the room and hang them up, and they will be dry the next morning. Because the room heating is really sufficient! The price is not expensive and breakfast is included. Really great value! Highly recommended. ."
