"I booked two days ago, planning to come after visiting Sayram Lake, and noted that I didn't want a last-minute room. The hotel even called yesterday afternoon to ask about my needs, which I thought was pretty good. But when I arrived in the early morning, even though the guests were clearly exhausted (two adults and two children), the check-in process was slow. The receptionist woman acted like I owed her money; I just wanted to get a room and sleep. The man was nice, but he offered to upgrade me without mentioning it was a last-minute room. If I had known it was a last-minute room, I wouldn't have asked for the upgrade. The two of them seemed like a mess. They told me there would be breakfast, but I said I hadn't booked it, and they still gave me a last-minute room! There was a noisy vacuum cleaner in the morning, the air conditioner buttons were hard to press, and the new hotel floor had hollow spots. For 600 yuan, this room is truly awful. I stayed in a much better hotel in Urumqi for over 500 yuan. I should have booked the Hilton; it wasn't that popular."

"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

"On September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. "Avoid this Atour at all costs! Their twin room is on the top floor, and they didn't warn us about any strange noises before check-in. At night, we discovered a continuous humming sound. We were told it was due to the hot water pump on the roof, which makes noise whenever someone uses water! When we called the front desk, their solution was to offer eye masks. Later, they suggested we switch rooms at midnight! I've stayed at Atour hotels in other cities and have never experienced such terrible service!!!"
