"The best hotel for the Sichuan-Tibet trip for more than ten days. The facilities and services are all five-star. Breakfast was not originally included, but it was provided directly when checking in at the front desk. It was really unexpected. The most satisfactory thing was the bathroom. The toiletries were complete and the water pressure was very high. I took a hot bath and it was super comfortable and refreshing. "I am a person who only consumes and does not comment much, but I really highly recommend this store. First of all, we arrived at the hotel entrance that night. As soon as I got off the car, the staff came to help me pick up my luggage and delivered it to the room. Then they brought hot milk and helped us wash and dry our dirty clothes. The disposable toilet covers and toiletries in the room were well received. In the morning, we were given three breakfast coupons. This breakfast was the most breakfast-like breakfast I had eaten since March 18. The watermelon was even fresher than in big hotels in the mainland. When we left, we were given water, apples and hand cream. . If the Lhasa store hadn't been fully booked, I would have stayed at his place. At first, I felt that the ******* staff were a bit cold and the communication was not smooth. We went to the restaurant and asked if afternoon tea (complimentary) was available? He said no, which was very disappointing. After we sat for a while and prepared to go out to eat, he asked if he wanted to pack afternoon tea for us to take away. It turned out that it was already being prepared! I don't know where there is a misunderstanding. After staying for a day, I got used to their shyness but their patience and thoughtfulness. I like Songtsam and will continue to experience other places in the future.

I like this kind of small hotel with fashionable design. The bedding and bathroom are great, no different from star-rated hotels. The breakfast is very rich, with coffee, milk, and butter tea. The boss also specially prepared a lot of snacks for you to take away. He said that those who walked 318 know it is very difficult, so prepare more snacks just in case. There were very few service staff, and there was only one person at the front desk, who was responsible for taking the luggage and checking in. We had to push the luggage upstairs by ourselves without any instructions. The service staff was not familiar with the floor of the room and said it was on the sixth floor, so we pushed a cart of luggage to the sixth floor, but the room was not on the sixth floor. Then we pushed the luggage to the eighth floor, which was not the case. In the end, the room was on the fifth floor, so we ran back and forth like this, and then a piece of paint fell off the ceiling of the shower room. Fortunately, I didn't take a shower in it, otherwise it would have fallen on me. The floor tiles were also covered with footprints.

Environment: The environment is invincible, just under the Lion Snow Mountain, on the edge of the Palong Tibetan Po River. Although the weather can't see the snowy top of the mountain, several glaciers that pour down are clearly visible. There is probably no second hotel with this view on the entire 318 road.
Facilities: The room is super big and it is actually a suite. There is also a large balcony, and the room also provides tea sets and tea. It is also very good to make tea on the balcony and watch the snow-capped mountains in a daze. The hotel also has bathrobes and electric toilets.
Hygienic: clean and tidy
Service: The waiter is very polite and will say hello when he sees it. The boss and his wife are also very talkative.
The only drawback is that there are no other supporting facilities nearby, no street shopping, and there is 7-8 kilometers away from Bomi County. But if you are tired on the way to 318 self-driving, you want to take a nap, make tea in a daze, it is definitely a good place.
