She's incredibly responsive and offers super thoughtful advice; she's not the type to be clueless. The rooms are a perfect blend of design and stunning views; the view from the window is like a painting. The best part is the constant temperature and humidity! The moment I stepped inside on a rainy day, I went from being soaked to feeling dry and comfortable. I recommend borrowing a traditional ******* outfit from the hotel to take photos at the nearby Galang Palace ruins. My child was so reluctant to leave, asking if we could stay another night.

Facilities: Fully equipped, including a car charger. Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: Top-notch service! The owner was incredibly friendly; we chatted for a long time. The guesthouse's little dog was also adorable and you could pet it!

It was my first time to experience Songtsam and it felt very good. The location is first-class, and the room is comfortable, warm and pleasant. At first, I felt that the ******* staff were a bit cold and the communication was not smooth. We went to the restaurant and asked if afternoon tea (complimentary) was available? He said no, which was very disappointing. After we sat for a while and prepared to go out to eat, he asked if he wanted to pack afternoon tea for us to take away. It turned out that it was already being prepared! I don't know where there is a misunderstanding. After staying for a day, I got used to their shyness but their patience and thoughtfulness. I like Songtsam and will continue to experience other places in the future.

Cleanliness: The best thing about this new hotel is that the bedding was all brand new! Most importantly, it was spotless! Environment: Located right on the main road, very easy to find! Service: All the staff, both day and night, including the security guards, were incredibly attentive and observant! They even brought clean bags to help collect guests' laundry after it was done!
