"Better than expected! We booked a standard room, but at check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a lake-view room, which was fantastic and very clean. Service from staff member 038 was excellent; they even gave our two kids tickets to the children's playground. The hotel has plenty of activities and facilities, and the price was just right. The bubble party lasted a long time, and the kids absolutely loved it. There's also a warm pool, perfect for children. We'll definitely choose Dolphin Bay Hotel again when we come back to Fuxian Lake."

"The hotel is quite large, and the overall environment is clean and beautiful. Although it's been open for some time, it's still very well-maintained. The rooms are tidy, and the cleaning is thorough. From the doormen to the front desk and room service, everyone has a great attitude. During my stay, the hotel even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot. The makeup artist was lovely and very polite, doing a meticulous job. The photographer was professional and taught me how to pose. Even the lady helping with photo selection offered helpful suggestions. It was a fantastic experience. "Facilities: The hotel is very new, the room is quite large, with smart curtains, music for bathing, and smart lighting adjustment. It would be better if the bathroom had an additional night mode. The bed is very comfortable and the plastic pillow is great. There are rich varieties of breakfast, including milk, soy milk, porridge, coffee, steamed buns, purple sweet potato buns, quick-cooked buns, side dishes, and freshly cooked rice noodles, etc., which can satisfy all tastes.

"The first time I came to Chengjiang Fuxian Lake, I chose to stay at the Ramada Hotel. The hotel lobby is grand, the check-in lady is beautiful and has a nice voice. She upgraded our room for free, and gave us a self-made travel guide from the hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I saw that the fruit had been placed on the table, and afternoon tea was also delivered to the room later. The room is quite large, the bathroom is much larger than that of ordinary hotels, and there is a bathtub inside, so it is very spacious. The toiletries are all individually packaged, unlike other hotels, which are very tasteful. Since the car that picks us up will not arrive until after 4 pm, in order to avoid the embarrassment of having nowhere to go for a long time after checking out, I discussed with the check-in lady whether the check-out time could be extended. The lady agreed very readily. This service is nothing to say, worthy of being a five-star hotel. "If you're looking for a vacation, just go for it! The butler contacted us a day in advance to ask about our needs and stayed in touch via WeChat. Since it was the off-season, the guest relations manager upgraded us to a lake-view balcony room. The 2.03-meter king bed was more than enough for us and our child, and they even installed bed rails before our arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful. The pool water was a good temperature and clean, and it was great for a swim when there weren't many people.
We stayed for two nights, and the butler, housekeeping staff, and front desk were all very friendly. The hotel's amenities were excellent; everything from the linens to the disposable toiletries was impeccable, and the mini-bar was thoughtfully stocked. Every corner of the hotel offered picturesque views, making it perfect for couples. For families, the fish tank at the entrance will captivate kids for a long time. It would be even better if the parent-child activities were a bit more extensive and engaging.
Located in Cambria Town, on the northeast corner of Fuxian Lake, the hotel is within a 20-minute drive of all popular attractions, except for Xingxing Fish Cave. The parking lot is also very convenient.
The only minor downside was that the breakfast was a bit sparse. The spring set menu was very photogenic, but since it was prepared in advance and left out for guests to pick up, it tended to be cold.
Overall, for a vacation, it's highly recommended."

"1. I asked about room upgrades because I saw reviews about room upgrades. I was prepared to pay 200 more after learning that room upgrades were not available on weekends. The front desk said that it would be more cost-effective to buy a silver card for 159 to upgrade. I opened Wanyue Club and found that my account was already a gold card, but I couldn't upgrade either. I needed to pay more to buy a silver card or make up the 200 difference. The gold card was not officially booked and there was no welcome fruit haha
2. After the pool was cleaned, we called to confirm whether it had been cleaned. It was dark after the water was drained. I entered the pool and soaked for a while before I found that the inner wall of the pool was all gray, and there were very dirty corners... It's hard to comment. The lounge chairs on the terrace were also gray
3. The breakfast was not worth it. It was not delicious and there were few varieties. It was not as good as the mid-range level of Huazhu Club
4. The lighting in the room was very dim. It was impossible to put on makeup in front of the bathroom mirror. The shower room looked dirty and old. The water pressure in the washbasin was ridiculously high and splashed all over
Fortunately, I only booked one night. The best part of the hotel was that the greening in the public area was more beautiful."

"The hotel has a stylish appearance, and the key is the beautiful view from the balcony. It is indeed a lake view room. In particular, I want to praise the head chef in the kitchen. I forgot my scarf in the restaurant. It was already noon when I went back to pick it up. Seeing that we hadn’t eaten yet, the head chef asked us to eat some of their work meals together, and said that in case of a car accident , it’s really a long way to go, but you can help us send it, I’m very touched. This ”Waiwai B&B” really amazed me! ✨
📍Excellent location: Whether it is attractions, food or transportation, it is very convenient, especially the lakeside is within walking distance, the surrounding is quiet and romantic, and it is super pleasant to take a walk at night~
🎨Full of design sense: From the lobby to the room, every detail is full of artistic sense! Log style + minimalist design, you can't stop taking pictures at all, even the lighting is full of atmosphere, it is completely in line with my aesthetic point!
💁Service is so considerate: The boss is gentle and enthusiastic, communicates needs in advance, and recommends super niche local ways to play! The room supplies are all high-end brands, even disposable toilet covers are ready, it's really as warm as going home~
The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious
I have recommended it to all my friends, and I will definitely go there again next time I travel! 🔥

The hotel is located on the mountain in Xiaowan Village. It has a traditional Chinese garden style and is unique against the ”Santorini style” of other B&Bs. The small courtyard of the B&B is beautifully maintained and the rooms are clean and tidy. It is also convenient to eat in the surrounding Xiaowan Village. Before leaving, I was given a succulent tree as a gift, which made the children very happy.

The entry is so calming. A nice open space with plants all around. The Chinese couple owning the Hotel were very sweet even though we couldn’t converse with them (they didn’t speak English and we can’t speak Chinese). They let us store our two bicycles in the house. The room is large and the bathroom is massive. There’s a bit of road noise with the windows open (on the second level). There’s no lift. They owner walked us to a neighbouring restaurant which was very nice. In the morning they both saw us off on our ride.

The location of the homestay is quite good. It is almost halfway up the mountain in Xiaowan B&B Village. It is not too far to walk back from Xiaowan Village Committee, and it is not particularly high and has a certain height. You can see the sunset and Fuxian Lake in the distance. The fly in the ointment is that the toilet location is a bit high, the mattress is slightly soft, not suitable for people who like to sleep harder, and the rice noodles and noodles for breakfast are too light. However, the homestay is still very suitable for vacation, will recommend it to friends around you

I stayed here for a few days a few years ago and it was great, so I came back this time. It's still relatively quiet during the ***** New Year holiday. It's close to the market, but a bit far from the tourist attractions. It's actually a good place to stay if you're driving during the holiday. During the ***** New Year holiday, the roads are incredibly crowded, and parking is difficult to find anywhere, with so many people and cars. There are delicious restaurants nearby, and this is the only place in the village with good accommodations. Breakfast also has local specialties, and the lotus root starch is delicious. I've already bought some.

The environment is good, there are also food nearby, the boss will help find a parking space, it is about two kilometers away from Moon Bay. Disadvantages: 1. Check-in is slow, the boss also took photos of the children and ID cards, which made me feel uneasy, afraid that the children's information would be leaked, the boss remembered to delete the photos of my children. 2. There are not many tissues provided, only a small roll in the toilet, and no tissue outside, which is not friendly to friends who don't bring tissues.

I had a very comfortable stay in this small hotel. The room was big enough and everything was very clean, the bed smelled nice and the owner is very kind and ready to help. The location is nice too, a bit away from the main street, so it is very peaceful at night, but still close to all the places in the city. If you prefer to stay in a smaller more private place than a big hotel, then this is a good place for you! Highly recommend it!

The transportation is relatively convenient. It is just a short walk across from Moon Bay and not far from the Fossil Museum. The lady at the front desk is also very welcoming. The room is neat and clean. There is a large window that can see the whole view of Fuxian Lake. It is very beautiful. The bed is also very soft and comfortable. The lighting in the room is very soft. We also rent a car downstairs. It is also convenient for visiting the surrounding scenic spots. .

Very suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake.
