"The entire guesthouse is stylishly decorated, and we were even greeted with afternoon tea upon arrival, which was incredibly relaxing. The environment is lovely. The guesthouse itself has a circular atrium structure, and staying on the 3rd floor, you can see the sky, and the air quality is excellent. It was a fantastic experience. The noodles for breakfast were also delicious. Definitely a 5-star rating!"

"We initially booked a guesthouse for our first night at Fuxian Lake, but upon arrival, we found the environment less than ideal and the room quite disappointing. We promptly cancelled the next two nights and booked the Xiyuan Hotel instead. Located in Guanglong Town, while the lake view wasn't as good as some hotels and guesthouses near Moon Bay (it's farther from the lake), the surrounding area was incredibly convenient. There were many restaurants nearby serving the famous stone pot fish, and Xingguang Hotel was within walking distance. Parking was free.
Most importantly, the room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom even played music automatically during the shower – so fun! Staying at Xiyuan was definitely the right decision!"

"This hotel was recommended by a colleague, and I found it to be excellent value for money. My child absolutely loved it! The 'Fantasy Camp' is a real lifesaver for parents; my kid could play there for ages. Because we had such a great experience, we decided to change our plans last minute. After a day trip to Mile, we're coming back to Dolphin Bay Hotel for another two nights. The staff here are also very attentive; they quickly responded to our suggestions and took them seriously. They offer a simple breakfast with crispy fried dough sticks and delicious rice noodles. During my stay, the hotel even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot. The makeup artist was lovely and very polite, doing a meticulous job. The photographer was professional and taught me how to pose. Even the lady helping with photo selection offered helpful suggestions. It was a fantastic experience. XimenningyanThe room is on the fourth floor, clean and sanitary. The four-piece suit and bath towels are very comfortable. There are two kinds of pillows with moderate hardness and softness. The toiletries are very useful. The room is not big but it has everything it should have. The kettle is clean and easy to use. The disposable slippers are of good quality. There is also a laundry room on the roof for drying. The water flow of the shower is not too strong and I hope it can be improved. I don't like the smart toilet flushing when I sit down. Breakfast is clean and sanitary rice noodles, corn and eggs. There is also a bar downstairs where you can drink coffee and wine. Outside the door is a beautiful lotus pond. The village is very clean and there are many beautiful plants and flowers. It is only a few minutes' walk from the lake. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. He provides a lot of help. The recommended restaurants and morning markets are very good. It is convenient to take a taxi, and there are also shared electric motorcycles for rent in the surrounding area. In short, it is a homestay worth coming again.

The entry is so calming. A nice open space with plants all around. The Chinese couple owning the Hotel were very sweet even though we couldn’t converse with them (they didn’t speak English and we can’t speak Chinese). They let us store our two bicycles in the house. The room is large and the bathroom is massive. There’s a bit of road noise with the windows open (on the second level). There’s no lift. They owner walked us to a neighbouring restaurant which was very nice. In the morning they both saw us off on our ride.

Guest UserWe are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty!
Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

The manager was incredibly kind and welcoming from the start, offering us local teas and explaining their origins with genuine passion, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast is simple yet very good, with fresh, well-chosen products.

The location of the homestay is quite good. It is almost halfway up the mountain in Xiaowan B&B Village. It is not too far to walk back from Xiaowan Village Committee, and it is not particularly high and has a certain height. You can see the sunset and Fuxian Lake in the distance. The fly in the ointment is that the toilet location is a bit high, the mattress is slightly soft, not suitable for people who like to sleep harder, and the rice noodles and noodles for breakfast are too light. However, the homestay is still very suitable for vacation, will recommend it to friends around you

After watching Liang Bo and the escape plan concert, I took my parents and my child's husband to Fuxian Lake. This hotel is really the right choice! The whole process is picked up by someone, no need to worry about traffic, too worry-free. The boss upgraded the room type, the room was clean, bright, spotless, and the details were well done. The environment is warm and comfortable, the facilities are complete, the elders feel quiet and comfortable, and the children like it very much. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the overall experience is full. It is a perfect parent-child holiday. I really recommend it to family outings!

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain in Sun Mountain Town. The scenery is simply amazing. It is recommended to come to this place! Personally feel that it is the best environment on the east side of the lake.
The hotel room facilities are relatively simple but relatively complete, and the sanitation is not bad. After all, the homestay, this sanitation is OK. There is also a balcony facing Fuxian Lake. The coolest thing to wake up every day is to open the curtains to see the lake view! !
Recommended, May 1st is not bad

Very suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake.

The first floor of the hotel is the restaurant. You can eat when you are lazy. The room is clean and the bed is sleeping. And the scenery outside the room is also good, you can see the beautiful Fuxian Lake, the front desk service is also thoughtful, and the hygiene and cleaning are also timely and intimate.
