When a guest stays in the room, the hotel staff can use the room card to open the door directly and enter the house without knocking, and more than once. AAnonymous User前台小夥和瘦瘦的高高的那兩個服務態度挺好，房間床品衞生有待提高，餐廳的服務需要提升一下，這個店的店長挺不錯的，主動幫忙，一直陪到我走。特別不錯。再提一個小小的建議，昨天晚上9點多我停車的時候不知道地下車庫是酒店的，就停在了入口那邊一直到擋住了車，我問前台，才知道地下車庫是酒店的，因為沒有車位我還特意給前台説了需要挪車給我打電話，然後前台，保安都沒説地下車庫是酒店的，這一點我覺得得提升一下。
