"First of all, I am used to the first choice for the whole season. The room is clean and tidy. It just happens that this is newly opened. The lobby is full of tea fragrance. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic to send a souvenir. It snowed before leaving. Miss sister also sent a bottle of warm water. "1.前台客服人員服務態度讓人出乎意料，我們是大學生過來方城縣做實踐活動，結果那天同學身體不舒服，前台人員朱清燕女士還在門口幫忙找出租車，我們回到酒店之後還打電話來問候了，不知道是不是屬於酒店的培訓，工作人員真的從始至終都很温暖，該加工資啊，長時間的情緒飽滿也是一件很累的事情，這的在此感謝朱女士，2.沒有拍酒店圖片，環境真的可以，也住過不少酒店，我會以洗臉盆的細節位置來判斷酒店衞生程度，我那件房間挺乾淨的，酒店乾濕分離做的真的很好3.吃酒店早餐的時候沒帶眼鏡，啥都看不清，服務人員也很熱情，作為外地人真的感受到了河南的人文關懷4.服務人員對客人人文關懷很到位，就是希望酒店也對員工多點人文關懷，這是良性循環"

You can hear everything next to you. The quilt is a bit damp. It is not very comfortable to fall asleep. Overall it is not bad.
