The shop owners are two brothers and two chefs. It was dinner time when we arrived, and all the private rooms were full. It was the busy time for serving dishes, so in order to stagger us, we I sat down to eat around 8:30 and ordered two delicacies that were rated by previous guests: spicy fish (very few bones and soft), pickled cabbage and bean soup (just the right acidity), and something of my own choice.
