"The hotel's location is superb, right inside Daming Lake, and they even deliver takeout to your room. The room itself is lovely, clean, and tidy, and you can sit inside and enjoy the view of the small bridges and flowing water outside. The staff are also incredibly friendly and energetic. Breakfast is a buffet with fruit, salad, and a wide variety of dishes. This will definitely be my top choice for hotels when I visit Jinan again!"

"Overall, my experience was pretty good. The location is super convenient, really close to the scenic spots. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers decent value for money. My only minor gripes are with the TV – you can only watch basic channels, and there's no screen mirroring, which is a bit surprising for a hotel of this size. I'd suggest upgrading the TVs. The service was also very good. For food deliveries, it's best to use the same last name as registered for your stay at the hotel, otherwise, constant verification can cause delays. Lastly, the mini-fridge items aren't free, and the prices are ridiculously high. I remember a Coke being 25, and a bowl of plain congee on the menu was, I think, 58. So, the prices for food and drinks are a bit steep. Otherwise, everything else was great. Oh, and the toilets don't have disposable seat covers, so remember to bring your own if you need them. I didn't take any photos inside the hotel, so here's a pic of Buzz Lightyear downstairs instead."

"How do I even review this hotel? It's just… okay. The value for money isn't great, probably because of its location. It's right on Shangxin Street, and around the corner from Baotu Spring, but that's about it. As for the room: it definitely didn't live up to the nearly 500-yuan price tag. I might as well have paid a bit more and stayed at Atour. The room was small, and that's even after they upgraded us to a balcony room because our original room wasn't ready when we arrived at noon. I can only imagine how tiny the un-upgraded rooms must be! And breakfast, oh boy, where do I even begin? The breakfast voucher said 58 yuan, which is just… wow. It was the worst buffet breakfast I've ever had. It might be worth 20 yuan, tops. The most frustrating thing was that our flight was at 8 PM, and we wanted to pay extra for a late checkout. But the front desk told us they don't offer late checkout; we'd have to book another full night. Seriously, that's incredibly unaccommodating! Luckily, we only stayed here for one night to relax in Jinan after three days of hiking Mount Tai. I definitely won't be staying here again… However, I do recommend the 'bazi rou' (braised pork) stir-fry from your restaurant's à la carte menu. It was genuinely delicious. And that's the only thing I'd recommend."

"Due to a change in plans, I found myself back in Jinan, and my first thought was to stay at your hotel again. It's incredibly convenient being so close to the airport, and the shuttle service makes travel stress-free 🚕 (a special shout-out to the shuttle drivers, who are always super friendly and give helpful reminders to guests). The breakfast is incredibly generous for a hotel in this price range ☕️👍. When I returned this time, the check-in was handled by the 'Front Desk Manager 💓,' who provided excellent service. As a returning guest from out of town, we even received welcome fruit, which was a lovely gesture and showed the hotel's sincerity. Overall, it was a fantastic and thoughtful experience 👍👍👍."

"This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan."

"Just drove back to Beijing and I'm determined to write a genuine, unsolicited review.🌹 We checked in on May 3rd and checked out on May 4th. We booked a one-bedroom suite with executive lounge access. Since I'm an IHG member, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which made our stay even more comfortable, as we were two adults with two children. We checked in at 3 PM and headed straight to the Executive Lounge for afternoon tea. I must praise the Executive Lounge here – it was very professional, attentive, and high-quality. They offered two sweet treats, one savory item, plus cookies, nuts, coffee, and soft drinks. It was excellent! The selection might have been small, but everything was delicious. Afterwards, we went for a swim. The pool temperature felt even warmer than advertised, which was a pleasant surprise. The evening happy hour was also good; while there weren't many dishes, it was enough to fill us up 😄. What really touched me was when my child got sick and threw up on the bedsheets after drinking milk late at night. I called guest services to change the sheets, and the staff member was incredibly proactive in asking if my child was feeling unwell. That level of concern was truly moving. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. Breakfast the next morning was also abundant and delicious 👏. This hotel was the most comfortable and best one we stayed at during this trip to Jinan. Its refinement and quality shine through in the details. Clean, tidy, thoughtful, and professional – it's the first hotel that I've felt was actually better than what the photos and videos show 😊. This dedication to hospitality is truly impressive, and this is the longest review I've written in my 20 years with Trip.com. I hope the hotel continues to uphold its quality and gets even better. ❤️"

Regarding the service, everyone staying here is typically catching a flight the next day, and we were no exception, with an early morning flight. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport that can be tailored to your flight time, which is incredibly important and convenient."

"This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. The location is super convenient, right near the West Railway Station. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Exhibition Center and Science Museum, making it quite a close hotel. The hotel environment is great, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the room itself is spacious. Lorna, one of the staff members, also provided excellent service. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a variety of local specialties. If you don't feel like eating at the hotel, there's a shopping mall just a 30-second walk to the right when you exit, with street food, stir-fries, milk tea, and Luckin Coffee on the first floor. It's incredibly convenient. I really like this hotel and will definitely be a frequent guest in the future!"

"This is an older, well-established hotel located right next to Jinan West Railway Station. The rooms are nice and fully equipped, and the public areas are spacious. The breakfast offers a good variety. Being next to Jinan West Station, it's incredibly convenient to walk to the station, which is a huge plus for anyone traveling from there. The area around Jinan West Station is quite lively, and despite being a new district, it has plenty of shopping and dining options. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Jinan's traditional tourist attractions, about a 30-minute drive or taxi ride, which could be longer on holidays. However, with subway access, it's still manageable. The hotel has a small, free outdoor parking area, which is a small traffic circle with limited spaces. The underground parking is shared, so you'll need to get a validation ticket from the front desk each time. The rooms are spacious, though the design clearly shows its age. The lighting is a bit dim, and there are no adjustable light modes. Still, overall, it's very good, offering a safe, umbrella, and refrigerator. Unlike newer hotels with thick, firm mattresses, the twin beds here have moderately soft and incredibly bouncy mattresses, making for a very comfortable sleep. During my stay, Jinan's weather was pleasant, and sleeping with the windows open was just right; sometimes I even needed to close them at night, which was nice. The bathroom features a convenient double-sink design, and the shower has excellent water pressure. The water temperature is surprisingly amazing, which is a big plus for a high-rise building. The rainfall showerhead is installed in the ceiling, and the water still feels hot when it reaches you – truly fantastic! This alone sets it apart from many other high-rise hotels. Breakfast is served on the second floor of the hotel, starting quite early at 6:30 AM. However, at this time, some preparations are still underway, and not all dishes are fully ready, so it's better to go around 7:00 AM. The breakfast restaurant is very large and has plenty of tables. The breakfast selection is quite rich, but surprisingly, they don't offer Jinan's famous 'Bazi Rou' (braised pork), which is a bit unusual for a hotel in Jinan. They provide several hot dishes, which are well-prepared but not particularly outstanding. There's a live cooking station for wontons and noodles; the noodles vary daily, but the sauce tends to be a bit bland. They also have a unique 'egg bun' (similar to an omelet) at the fried egg station. They don't usually make it proactively, but you can ask a staff member to prepare it for you on the spot, which takes about 3 minutes. If you pair it with bacon, sausage, and beans, you've got a classic Western breakfast. The drinks offered at the restaurant are good, and with ice, they're even better. The hotel service is also on point. Both the front desk and restaurant staff are efficient, especially the restaurant staff who are constantly cleaning and tidying up. The front desk staff even personally delivered takeout to my door when the robot was busy, which is truly commendable."
