"Very clean and confirmed. Light switches and outlets by head board. Pool was nice, sometimes it is heated. Office staff super nice. Even though i checked out they still let me from same day and use the lobby bathroom to change. If my room hadn't already been cleaned they would have let me wash off but wasn't a big deal to me. Walking right outside there are plenty of places to eat and xijie west street is a straight shot about 10min walk from here. They offer mopeds to rent as well but i didn't used that service."

"Great location. It's located at the start of West street. We arrived during the Qingming festival and street was really busy. The lady at reception tried her best to find us a transport however either there was really a shortage on cars or all occupied. Our room was just right size for the family of 4, it has little balcony. It started to show it's wear but still acceptable."

"This hotel is excellent! The greenery is lovely, the service is great, and the rooms are very clean. They even offer a special travel photography service, which includes outfits and photo editing – the pictures turned out really beautiful. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views. The hotel also rents out electric scooters, making it super convenient to get around for meals and sightseeing. The location is also perfect, right next to the 'Romantic Show' and the Ten-Mile Gallery, and there's a pier nearby where you can take a bamboo raft. It was a wonderful hotel experience!"

VVoyauraThe hotel was absolutely stunning. The room was big and super clean with amazing river and mountains views! Hotel is situated in a quiet area which makes it nice spot for long walks with beautiful views. The service at the hotel was excellent. Very polite and they helped us with all the requests. We’ve been welcome with some fruits and in the morning we enjoyed delicious breakfast.
The only downside was the gym as it states in the description the gym is available but the hotel doesn’t have one as it was converted to the tea house. it didn’t affected our stay however it’s a little misleading.
I would definitely recommend to stay and I will surly be back. Thank you for such a pleasant stay 😍☺️

唯一美中不足的是健身房——虽然描述中提到有健身房，但实际上酒店并没有，因为它被改造成了茶室。虽然这并未影响我们的入住体验，但确实有些误导。
我绝对推荐大家入住，而且我一定会再来。感谢你们让我度过如此愉快的假期！

SShCierI arrived around 6 PM, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They proactively upgraded me to a large family suite, which was great since I was traveling alone.
The hotel room offered fantastic views right from the window, and both the room and the rooftop terrace were perfect for taking photos.
It's only a few minutes from Gongnong Bridge, making it super convenient for catching the sunset and taking bamboo raft rides.
Breakfast was quite simple, but they had freshly made noodles. The afternoon tea included a biscuit that was a bit hard but very fragrant, and there were evening desserts too.

WWong Wan SianThis hotel was chosen due to its quiet location 15min Didi ride away from crowded West street but walking distance to beautiful Gongnong bridge, ten-mile gallery where you can enjoy staring at the beautiful Karst landscape and ebike along ten mile gallery along YuLong river where many bamboo rafting piers are located. My daughter and i rent e-bikes beside our homestay, each of us paid Rmb30 per e-bike per day to explore Ten-mile gallery along YuLong river for about 3h+. It was an adventurous ride even when we were riding an ebike for the first time. This hotel provides free breakfast, tea break snacks and supper dessert. We either use ******* for online food delivery or just Didi to West street for meals. Amenities include a free enclosed karaoke kiosk which you can ask the reception to switch on the aircon for you. Free Laundry includes 2 washer but 1 dryer. The staff meet all our needs as requested e.g more bottles of water, clear choked toilet bowl immediately, smoke-free treatment if not satisfied with the smell, housekeeping immediately if needed. Hotel also provides free upgrade to our room thank them so much. kitchen staff was willing to help give us plastic bags to pack some breakfast as we need to check out at 640am. A little souvenir Luohanguo were given. And all the above at an affordable price of $31 per night so it was great for me.

GGuilianduduvs66This is a beautiful hotel, and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel itself is a scenic spot; walking around, it's lush with trees, and you can smell different flowers. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of birds, surrounded by greenery, feeling like I was sleeping in a forest. The swimming pool in the room has circulating water, and the bedding is very comfortable. The living room has a Bose sound system, and there's a capsule coffee machine, tea set, and barware, all well-equipped. It's a private, standalone property, offering great privacy. The complimentary cinnamon cookies were delicious, and the breakfast was very rich, with both Western and Chinese options, so you could order something different each day. Dinner also tasted great. The hotel provides free electric bikes, which are very convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I come to Yangshuo.

GGuest UserSugar House was absolutely wonderful, very special and unique experience for us. Not only the views are beautiful here, but also the service and the people who create it! We felt absolutely caring, every staff member we met was exceptionally polite, attentive to details, and highly professional, which made our stay feel very personal and relaxed. This place is filled with tranquillity and comfort, it pays tribute to the traditions of this region and preserves the historical heritage in its appearance.
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was a mixed bag. The hotel's interior is elegant, but there's no real view outside, just a messy village. The price was on the higher side, but the overall service and attention to detail didn't match the cost, leading to an average experience.
**What I Liked:**
1. **Well-equipped and nicely decorated rooms.** They helped bring luggage to the room, replenished bottled water, and were quick to open the door when I forgot my key.
2. **Free feeding of peacocks and ducks** in the garden was a nice, enjoyable touch.
3. The signature beer fish and green vegetable dishes tasted good.
**Areas for Improvement and Specific Issues:**
1. **Restaurant dishes didn't match the menu; feedback was ineffective.** For dinner on May 15th, I ordered bamboo rice, expecting fresh rice steamed in a bamboo tube. Instead, it was actually stir-fried glutinous rice with cured meat served in a bamboo container, which wasn't mentioned on the menu. When I reported this to the waiter, they said it had always been prepared this way, and my feedback led to no resolution.
2. **Lack of attention to detail at breakfast.** During breakfast on May 16th, the hot milk and soy milk containers had no labels. Staff only put up labels after a guest pointed it out. The fried egg station was slow, requiring a wait, and the service wasn't as thoughtful or organized as it should be. At the noodle station, no one paid attention, and the server was indifferent.
3. **Specialty dishes were poor quality and overpriced.** The prices were even higher than a typical five-star hotel. For lunch on May 16th, I ordered braised goose with taro. The dish wasn't prepared authentically; the goose had a ***** smell, dry meat, and obvious signs of being pre-roasted. The goose and taro flavors were disjointed, and the sauce wasn't absorbed, making me suspect it wasn't freshly cooked but pre-made. Despite the high price, the dish was far from what was expected. After I complained, they only offered a small complimentary fruit platter, which felt like a perfunctory gesture.
4. **Lack of professional service and overpriced activities.** The afternoon tea on May 16th was limited to only sweet pastries. When I asked about the bamboo raft pricing, the staff on duty vaguely said they didn't know, showing a lack of professionalism. After expressing my dissatisfaction, another staff member eventually provided the price, which was significantly higher than outside docks. The hiking activity in the park also incurred an additional charge.
5. **Inadequate room cleaning service.** On the morning of May 16th, I pressed the 'make up room' button twice, but no one came to clean. I eventually had to actively contact housekeeping for the room to be cleaned.

MManmandianxiaThis family-friendly hotel in Yangshuo truly deserves all the praise! We stayed in the family balcony suite, and it was so spacious that our child immediately started running around excitedly upon entering. It even came with a small tent and a building block table. With a large balcony and two bathrooms, our family of four was super comfortable, and my parents had their own private space. The room featured a king-sized bed and two single beds, plus four complimentary breakfasts – so convenient and great value.
The hotel really pays attention to family-friendly details: there's an indoor kids' play area and they gave us 20 game tokens, which kept our child entertained for hours. The bedside tables have wireless chargers, so no more searching for cables. The balcony has a drying rack and a rattan swing chair, making laundry super easy. Plus, there's free underground parking and EV charging spots, so driving here is stress-free.
And the 'Sky Realm' on the rooftop? Absolutely stunning for photos! The mirrored installation reflects the blue sky, white clouds, and the mountains of Yangshuo, making every shot look like a magazine cover. It's also just a 10-minute walk to West Street, which is super convenient for trying beer fish and exploring the night market. If you're coming to Yangshuo with kids, just book this place – you won't regret it!

GGuest UserTo be honest, I later stayed at another Destination Expert hotel that was only a few tens of yuan more expensive, but it was much larger. I booked this one because I saw its high ratings and numerous bookings on the platform. Overall, I found it to be just average, whether it was the breakfast, room decor, or room size. The deluxe twin room faced the street, so the view wasn't great. Since the price was only slightly cheaper, I guess I can't expect too much. Although customer service promised a refund for a good review, I feel obligated to be fair to future guests. If you have high standards, don't book the deluxe twin; try other better rooms instead.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Yangshuo LISA's Hotel! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the lady who was on the service desk during the day was very generous with her time. We enjoyed a free afternoon tea when we arrived and then rented some bikes from the hotel. The receptionist made us a personalised tour route for the bike ride and sent us the location points via WeChat. She also gave us water bottles and adjusted the bike seats to make sure we had the best experience. The room itself was gorgeous, it had an amazing view and a great vibe overall. The location was great, it was quiet but very close walking distance to a lot of the busy nightlife and attractions. We wished we had stayed longer because we had such a lovely experience at this hotel!
