"The hotel is located outside the ancient city, about a 20-minute walk away, in an alley off Awati Road. When navigating, make sure to set your destination to Awati Road and enter from that alley entrance, as it's much closer. If you try to enter from the carpet street alley, it's a long walk, which is what happened to me due to a navigation error. So, just a heads-up, and I hope everyone enjoys their stay here!"

"I highly recommend the HUALUXE Kashi Old City, earning a perfect score! Even during the peak tourist season when the hotel was fully booked every day with a constant flow of guests, the entire staff's service quality never wavered. The concierge and security personnel were incredibly enthusiastic; seeing us with heavy luggage, they proactively offered to help. They greeted us politely every time we entered or exited and kindly provided us with a guide to exploring the Old City. The front desk staff efficiently handled our check-in, patiently answered our travel inquiries, and communicated in a gentle and appropriate manner. The housekeeping staff were meticulous, cleaning our room thoroughly every day, and were quick to respond to requests for borrowed items. The breakfast restaurant staff were friendly, actively refilling food during meals, and ensured every guest had a pleasant dining experience. Even during peak hours with a heavy workload, every staff member, from the doorman and front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, was diligent and responsible. The management also placed great importance on guest satisfaction, actively stepping in to coordinate and resolve any unexpected issues. The genuine and practical service from all the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable, making this a truly satisfying choice for our trip to Kashi. I will definitely choose to stay here again on future visits to Kashi."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. They recommended many fun places and great restaurants. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and a gym. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very spacious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! "After a long and bumpy journey to beautiful Kashgar, checking into the Radisson Hotel was definitely the right choice – it's quiet and convenient. If I hadn't specifically asked, I never would have guessed this hotel has been operating for 12 years. Everything, from the cleanliness of the hallway carpets to the pristine condition of the furniture and appliances in the room, is maintained to a high standard. The service is superb, and both the late-night snacks and breakfast are reliably good. The hardware is well-maintained, and there are no overlooked spots when it comes to hygiene. I felt completely at ease during my stay and highly recommend it to anyone who values a great practical experience."

"The hotel is right across from the mosque square, which makes sightseeing very convenient. The area right outside the entrance is a bit noisy, but it didn't affect our stay at all. The front desk staff were all very friendly and easy to communicate with. We've stayed here three times, and each time we met different front desk agents, all of whom were lovely. They promptly helped us retrieve items we left behind. They even proactively asked about our satisfaction when we checked out. Parking: There's a public parking lot outside. We needed the security guard's help to park. We arrived around 7 PM, and the entrance was almost full of vendor stalls, making it quite a hassle to move cars around. Arriving earlier would definitely be better. Breakfast: You wouldn't know how delicious their breakfast is until you try it. First, the dining area is bright, and even though the space is limited, it's well laid out, and the service is very organized. The large windows offer a view of the distant mountains, which brightens the mood for early risers. I particularly loved the noodle soup with the small condiments and pepper – a warm bowl of soup always feels good in your stomach. The reception hall on the first floor is a bit small, but they set up pastries, fruits, and drinks. Coming back from outside, having something refreshing felt just like coming home. I even tried a 'dinosaur egg' for the first time – it was sweet, sour, and refreshing. Thank you, thank you! The security guards work very hard at night. We left early in the morning and saw them on duty, resting in the hotel lobby. They constantly move luggage, deliver items, clean the entrance, and manage parking – they're truly dedicated. All of the above are reasons why we kept staying at this hotel during our trip. Traveling itself can be tiring, but our accommodation here made us feel completely at ease and worry-free. It was very comfortable and satisfying."

"This hotel offers good value for money and boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, I'm satisfied, but there are some disappointments: 1. There was loud music playing very late at night for several consecutive days, making it impossible to sleep. 2. For three people, only two breakfast vouchers were provided, and an additional breakfast would cost extra, which is understandable. However, on our last day, we had an early departure at 5 AM and couldn't make it to breakfast. We requested to exchange the two unused breakfast vouchers for a meal the three of us could enjoy together before leaving, but they refused and didn't offer a refund either. That's incredibly stingy! 3. Some of the facilities are a bit old."

"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the ancient city. We even received a complimentary room upgrade! Upon entering, our room was spotless, bright, and impeccably clean. The room facilities were comprehensive, and they offered free parking, complimentary airport transfers, and even little gifts. There's also free coffee and tea, and the breakfast spread is diverse and delicious."

"The location is excellent, located opposite the south gate of the ancient city, quiet in the middle of noisy, a few minutes walk. Opposite the hotel (opposite Atour) there is a local breakfast shop that is delicious, and there are snacks and restaurants on the other side of the alley, which is very convenient (can consult the front desk staff, the staff is very friendly). The room is relatively spacious, with chaise lounge chairs and small coffee tables, and the hair dryer uses Suifen."

"I stayed at Mercure Kashgar Old City for a few days, and my overall experience was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable; it's just a few minutes' walk to enter the thousand-year-old ancient city. Stepping out in the evening to enjoy the sunset over the old city creates an incredibly atmospheric vibe. The room layout is well-designed, and the humidifier provided is perfectly suited for the local climate. The electric curtains and voice-controlled room features were a pleasure to use. Both the front desk and housekeeping services were meticulous and attentive, always helping to resolve any issues promptly. The hotel's breakfast restaurant offers a wide variety of choices, with all sorts of Xinjiang fruits, local noodle dishes, and milk tea available. The public areas are clean and elegant, and there's a convenient laundry area, making it very suitable for longer stays. Compared to similar hotels around the old city, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest in terms of both hardware facilities and service details. It's an excellent choice for anyone visiting Kashgar."

"I chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in. Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place. The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍 The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear. This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time. A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂 This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍 Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand."
