"The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Parking was convenient, and the location was excellent. The surroundings were pleasant and quiet, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff was warm and professional. Definitely a great choice."

"This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Shandong! We originally booked a newly renovated room, but the formaldehyde smell was a bit strong. The front desk immediately sent someone to show us to an older room, which was still well-maintained and not outdated. I'm sure the new rooms will be even more comfortable in a few months. The bedding was all made of latex, and I slept incredibly well! The hotel's breakfast is truly one of the most extensive buffets I've seen in all of China, with unlimited ice cream – though I did notice it was Yili brand tubs. "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The environment is quiet and the ambiance is great. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the full-length mirror in the room, perfect for taking photos! It's also close to the night market and shopping mall, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment."

"It was a very good experience, recommended by a friend, it is really worth the money, a courtyard-style hotel, quiet, comfortable and warm. The beautiful front desk lady who checked me in was very enthusiastic and professional. She explained to me the tourist attractions in Laizhou this season, which made me, a foreigner, feel at home. 🥰🥰Someone happened to get married in the hotel, and I felt so happy. 😄😄The room is very luxuriously decorated, and the bed is very big. The clean, dry and wet separation is very user-friendly. The bath water is super awesome. The most important thing is that the mattress is comfortable. I slept from 9:30 to dawn, which made me, a person who often suffers from insomnia, find the feeling. Both the hardware facilities and the service quality are impeccable. I highly recommend it. I will definitely choose this hotel next time. Parking is also very convenient. The cleaning aunt helped to wash and dry the clothes and took the initiative to send them to the room to hang them. I really recommend it. I have said a little too much. 😃😃😃The main goal is satisfaction + satisfaction."

"First, I must commend the hotel staff for their problem-solving attitude; they upgraded our room. However, problems arose as well. Due to unstable water pressure on the higher floor, the adults experienced inconsistent water temperature during our first shower. After reporting this to the front desk, a maintenance worker came several times to adjust the water (kudos to him!), but ultimately couldn't fix it. It wasn't a technical issue on his part, and we didn't dare let the children shower there. The next day, the front desk proactively called and moved us to a lower floor. Although the water temperature was still a bit unstable, it was much better than the first night. The hotel also provided breakfast for the children for two days. I don't usually leave bad reviews, and the hotel was very proactive in resolving the issue throughout. However, they really need to improve their water supply system; otherwise, it's just a temporary fix. Also, the piles of clean sheets and trash in the hallways after cleaning were really annoying… I'm grateful to Ctrip for helping me communicate with them; the Ctrip platform is very reliable."

"This is the most thoughtful hotel I've ever stayed at while on a business trip! During check-in, the front desk asked if I requested a room away from the elevator. When I worked late into the night, the front desk proactively asked if I needed my dinner heated up, and they even provided fruit during check-in. Because I had to leave late, the front desk staff helped me extend my check-out time. From check-in to departure, every detail was considered meticulously. This kind of service is a huge plus, and I'll definitely choose this Home Inn Select Hotel for my next business trip!"

"I often come to live, this time the facilities in the house are old, there is a musty smell and the smell of the last guest! I opened the window door and dispersed. The toilet in the toilet was very unblocked. If you pull more, it will be blocked. It is recommended to change to a new toilet and there is not a lot of money. Some of the two or three hundred are, it is really not good to put a toilet dumpling next to it. It saves embarrassing! The breakfast is rich and the taste is very good, the traffic is convenient, and it is not noisy! The price is reasonable, praise it!"

"The hotel environment is the same as the photo, clean, very design-oriented, very friendly and the service is very good. I will choose here next time. Good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, enthusiastic service staff, and the key is not expensive. This price and service level are awesome"
