"The environment was so-so. The restaurant next to our room was very poorly soundproof. We checked in around 1 PM and ordered a mackerel dumpling, a fried pork dish, and a seafood noodle soup at the restaurant on the first floor. The prices weren't cheap. We sat near the ordering area, and the waiter was impatient and irritable, complaining that we were too far from the bar to get our cutlery. The cutlery wasn't even properly cleaned, let alone disinfected. Their attitude was terrible! We booked a double room, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable due to the gap in the middle! The afternoon tea and late-night snack included in the booking were never provided. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!"

"First, I must commend the hotel staff for their problem-solving attitude; they upgraded our room. However, problems arose as well. Due to unstable water pressure on the higher floor, the adults experienced inconsistent water temperature during our first shower. It wasn't a technical issue on his part, and we didn't dare let the children shower there. The next day, the front desk proactively called and moved us to a lower floor. I don't usually leave bad reviews, and the hotel was very proactive in resolving the issue throughout. However, they really need to improve their water supply system; otherwise, it's just a temporary fix. Also, the piles of clean sheets and trash in the hallways after cleaning were really annoying… I'm grateful to Ctrip for helping me communicate with them; the Ctrip platform is very reliable."
