For this trip to the Northwest, we stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at both the beginning and end. We stayed in two different rooms for a total of three nights, and it was very comfortable. Returning the car was also convenient. The hotel even upgraded our room type and provided free breakfast for our child. The hotel's beef noodles were delicious, and the freshly squeezed juice was very refreshing.

My recent stay at this hotel truly showed me what exceptionally thoughtful service looks like. I had an early high-speed train to catch, and on that morning, it was drizzling, a bit chilly, and the roads were slick. Worried about missing my train, I packed in a hurry, feeling flustered and anxious. On my way to the high-speed train station after checking out, as I was organizing my belongings, I suddenly realized I had left my most important ID card in the hotel room. I panicked instantly, feeling both anxious and regretful. An ID card is essential for travel; without it, I couldn't board the train, and my entire itinerary would be ruined. With the train departure time fast approaching, I had no time to go back to the hotel myself. I was at a complete loss and incredibly stressed. In my慌乱, I immediately called the hotel's front desk. The person who answered was Xiaowang, a front desk staff member. Over the phone, my words were rushed and incoherent, conveying my panic about leaving my ID and the urgency of catching my train. Xiaowang listened patiently and gently throughout, showing no hint of impatience. He calmly reassured me, telling me not to panic and to relax, promising to immediately help me search for it. After hanging up, Xiaowang went to my room right away to search, carefully checking every corner. Because I had packed in a rush, the ID card was in a rather concealed spot, making it difficult to find. However, Xiaowang didn't cut corners; he meticulously searched and checked everywhere, and finally, he successfully found my ID card. After finding the ID, knowing my train was leaving soon and I wouldn't have time to go back and forth, Xiaowang thoughtfully and proactively suggested that he could arrange a delivery service to send the ID urgently to the high-speed train station, ensuring I wouldn't miss my trip. This kind of service isn't a mandatory offering from the hotel; it was entirely Xiaowang's sense of responsibility and empathy that drove him to help a guest in need. On a rainy morning, with a considerable number of guests checking in and out, he still took time out of his duties to carefully verify my identity, confirm the station's location, quickly contact a reliable delivery person, and thoroughly explain the delivery requirements. He handled the entire process efficiently. Throughout, Xiaowang kept me updated on the search progress and the delivery status, allowing me to stay informed while en route, slowly easing my anxiety. The poor road conditions due to the rain added complications to the delivery, but he was dedicated and responsible every step of the way, without a single complaint, remaining gentle and patient. His extreme sense of responsibility made me feel incredibly secure. Ultimately, thanks to Xiaowang's excellent arrangements, my ID card arrived at the high-speed train station ahead of time, allowing me to check in and board without any delays. He truly solved my immediate crisis. For travelers, unexpected incidents are the most dreaded. Xiaowang, with his sincerity, attentiveness, and exceptional service, resolved my mistake and embarrassment. He made me, a solo traveler in an unfamiliar city on a chilly, rainy day, feel a profound sense of kindness and warmth. His attitude reflects true dedication, and his detailed service shows great commitment. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, from the amenities to the incredible hospitality. Outstanding Service The highlight of my stay was the exceptional help from the front desk, specifically Mr. 芦彦林. Since I don't speak much Chinese, I was worried about the logistics of my trip to the Bingling Temple Grottoes. Mr. 芦彦林 went above and beyond by making several phone calls to my driver to ensure every detail was coordinated. He was incredibly thorough, asking the driver many detailed questions to make sure my trip would be smooth and safe. His kindness and dedication truly made my visit stress-free. Great Amenities and Breakfast The buffet breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from, providing a perfect start to a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Prime Location You couldn't ask for a better location in Lanzhou. The hotel is situated right by the Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and within walking distance of many major attractions, including Zhongshan Bridge. Accessibility: It is very close to the subway and numerous bus lines, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Convenience: Plenty of shopping and local dining options are right at your doorstep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lanzhou, especially international travelers. The service provided by Mr. 芦彦林 and the rest of the staff is world-class!

The stay was very satisfying. The lobby is spacious and the environment is elegant. The front desk staff were dedicated and efficient with check-in. The room facilities were complete, the bed was comfortable, and the in-room smart controls made for a great experience! The hotel front desk staff provided excellent service, promptly assisting with my needs and handling details appropriately. The bed was comfortable with a soft mattress, the water pressure was strong, water heated up quickly, and the temperature was just right, making for a fantastic shower experience. The internet speed was fast, which was convenient for work. Parking was easy and the location was excellent, making it convenient for getting around. I will definitely come back next time.

The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The service is warm, attentive, and responsive. The dining offers a rich variety of dishes, and the flavors are home-style and delicious. It offers great value for money, making my trip very pleasant and comfortable. I stayed in a 4-person room. The room was minimalist and medium-small, with lockers – basic but comfortable. The common area is stylish and inviting, with plenty of seating, cozy corners, plants, kettles, and power outlets, though it’s on a high floor with a glass ceiling – warm when hot, cozy when cold, and the few fans aren’t always enough. The staff at the desk were friendly, laundry facilities available, though no snacks or cold drinks. The area is urban, among regular buildings, so not particularly attractive from the outside, but within walking distance to the museum and the metro station, with a large supermarket and several food options nearby. Overall, a decent place to stay in Lanzhou.

I read many negative hotel reviews before my trip and was hesitant to book anywhere. I ended up booking this hotel a day before, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming – truly outstanding! The cleaning staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend! There's even a robot delivering food, which my child loved seeing for the first time! This hotel is excellent; the service in all aspects is meticulous and thoughtful. It's suitable for a stay, clean, comfortable, offers a great experience, is well-equipped, and provides great value for money. Downstairs, there are plenty of food and drink options, and a supermarket is very close by, right across the street. There's even a McDonald's!

I chose this hotel because it's the closest to Lanzhou West Station and offers a shuttle service. During check-in, I immediately booked the shuttle for the next day. The hotel called the following morning to say that due to the rain, the shuttle would leave 30 minutes earlier. So we went to the lobby to wait for the car. We were almost late for our train when the driver finally showed up in a 7-seater vehicle. There were 9 of us, so two people had to share a seat. Instead of dropping us off at the departure gate, we were taken to the underground parking lot. Everyone had to run to the ticket gate to catch the train. It was a bad experience.

The owner is very nice, the environment is clean and hygienic, and everything is complete. The toilet even comes with a toilet seat cover, which is very thoughtful and matches the picture perfectly.

It's the best place to know the location, but it's a bit difficult for foreigners. I was able to speak a little Chinese for about an hour. Especially because I didn't understand any of the words here. Still, I went to twists and turns. Thank you for checking in early. But the first impression was not very positive. I met a guest who smoked too naturally in the living room. Then the dormitory was too dark to even turn on the light. It's like night and day. But the bed is far away and all the facilities are comfortable. Even a small folding desk ~ admired the boss's sense. But the toilet sink was always full of cigarette ash and smelled of cigarettes. It was shared by men and women, but this part was difficult. The smell of cigarettes is painful for non-smokers. Eventually, it poured into the neck. It's a good place for smokers and people who are very familiar with Chinese. Because non-smokers and toilets are shared, it is not recommended for women.
