SSarah.HHuge thanks to the breakfast staff and Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk! Haha, they responded to our needs instantly, followed up, and even offered suggestions, making us feel incredibly well-cared for! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we have a layover in Lanzhou!
Lanzhou Airport is a high-altitude airport, and my husband was experiencing some mild altitude sickness – dizzy, no appetite, and a bit nauseous. After breakfast, I asked the restaurant staff if they had any remedies for altitude sickness. They immediately helped me inquire and then directed us to the front desk. Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk asked about my husband's symptoms and provided some helpful solutions! With the hotel's assistance, my husband felt much better. Finally, we even received a follow-up call at the airport checking if his symptoms had eased – truly, thank you so much!
The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus was very comfortable.
All the staff, from the shuttle driver to the front desk and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly.
The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was fantastic, with a special Lanzhou beef noodle bar, fruits, and various pastries – all super delicious! The room was also beyond expectations. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were so cozy I fell asleep in an instant. The bathroom with its wet/dry separation was perfect for two people, ensuring no one disturbed the other. The lobby design was also very elegant. Overall, it was a really great stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

FFionafanttThe room, as always, maintained Hanting's consistent style: clean, tidy, and well-laid out. The breakfast offered classic Lanzhou flavors, with both the beef noodles and egg milk *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice dessert) being delicious. The egg milk *laozao* was especially good, the best I've had these past few days, even better than Lao Ma's! I highly recommend future guests try it. Water, coffee, and tea are self-service in the lobby, which is very guest-friendly. The location is unbeatable; the hotel is right at the entrance to the food street, making it convenient for dining and catching a taxi, and popular attractions are within walking distance. Extremely satisfied! 👍

The check-in staff has a strong sense of service, the hotel facilities are also very good, and the swimming pool is very clean, so it is worth recommending.

FFengyoushenzhouThis is my third consecutive year staying at the Hyatt for the Lanzhou Marathon, having participated in 2024 and 2025. The Hyatt rooms are quiet and clean, with amazing views from the window. The entire hotel environment is grand and well-appointed, with complete facilities. The Waterwheel Museum is right across the street, and I love running along the museum to Zhongshan Bridge for a photo op. This time, I initially booked a room for the 22nd-24th, but then I arrived early and booked an additional night from the 21st-22nd. Also, fearing I'd be too tired after the marathon on the 24th, I extended my stay for another night, from the 24th-25th. The Hyatt is my absolute go-to hotel when I visit Lanzhou. What's especially commendable is that even though my current booking didn't include breakfast, the hotel promptly arranged complimentary breakfast for all my days after I mentioned it. That's fantastic! 👍🏻 I'll be bringing my family to Gansu in mid-next month, and we'll definitely be stopping over and staying at the Hyatt again in Lanzhou!

GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for a last-minute business trip, and it exceeded my expectations – I felt very comfortable staying here. The location is near a commercial area, just a few minutes' walk to the subway. It's convenient for dining and shopping, and not noisy at night. The room isn't huge, but the layout is comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation. Housekeeping is meticulous; the desk, outlets, and even the edges of the wardrobe were clean. The bedding was just the right firmness, very relaxing to lie on. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were naturally friendly without being stiff; check-out was also efficient. The cleaning staff would greet me proactively, which was a nice warm detail. The only minor drawback is that the mini-bar selection isn't extensive, but it's perfectly adequate for a regular stay. Overall, it's solid value for money, and I'd consider staying here again next time. Liam

Ppowerlong88Having stayed at Days Inn several times in the US, I didn't hesitate to choose it here in Lanzhou. The location is absolutely fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of the Yellow River Iron Bridge! I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

__YX25400****The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

Service: I have a lot to say about the service. I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle service. I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page.
