If there was a 10-point scale, I'd give it a 10! The hotel's location is excellent, right in the old town. Vanleer Mei Hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Check-in was fast, and the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home, almost like family. There was never any awkwardness or discomfort. Every time I passed through the lobby, the staff would greet me like good friends. The room was very cozy, and my child and I were very comfortable. The mattress wasn't too soft, so my back didn't ache after sleeping, which is a huge plus. The hotel is within the old town scenic area, so there are tons of restaurants right outside. The coffee was delicious, and the staff thoughtfully recommended some very authentic Lanzhou eateries. When checking out, they even gave my child a souvenir filled with snacks – a really thoughtful gift! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

For this trip to the Northwest, we stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at both the beginning and end. We stayed in two different rooms for a total of three nights, and it was very comfortable. Returning the car was also convenient. The hotel even upgraded our room type and provided free breakfast for our child. The hotel's beef noodles were delicious, and the freshly squeezed juice was very refreshing.

Checked into your hotel yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to a RT-Mart, and there's even a Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, a very pleasant stay! This airport transit hotel deserves a perfect score! The shuttle service was very punctual, and it's only a few minutes' drive to and from the airport, making it ideal for late-night arrivals or early morning flights. It's an excellent choice for a layover. The staff were friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and efficient. It's perfectly suited for transit travelers in every way, and I would definitely stay here again on my next layover.

This hotel is super close to Lanzhou Station, with a Lucky Cafe, Wei Jia Liang Pi, beef noodles, a fruit stand, and a convenience store right downstairs. Outstanding Service The highlight of my stay was the exceptional help from the front desk, specifically Mr. 芦彦林. Since I don't speak much Chinese, I was worried about the logistics of my trip to the Bingling Temple Grottoes. Mr. 芦彦林 went above and beyond by making several phone calls to my driver to ensure every detail was coordinated. He was incredibly thorough, asking the driver many detailed questions to make sure my trip would be smooth and safe. His kindness and dedication truly made my visit stress-free. Great Amenities and Breakfast The buffet breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from, providing a perfect start to a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Prime Location You couldn't ask for a better location in Lanzhou. The hotel is situated right by the Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and within walking distance of many major attractions, including Zhongshan Bridge. Accessibility: It is very close to the subway and numerous bus lines, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Convenience: Plenty of shopping and local dining options are right at your doorstep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lanzhou, especially international travelers. The service provided by Mr. 芦彦林 and the rest of the staff is world-class!

I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were very thoughtful. The area nearby is bustling with plenty of food and drink options, giving it an old downtown vibe. You can walk to the Yellow River, and there are all sorts of shops along the way. When I returned today, I found my door unlocked and everything seemed normal, which startled me – my own oversight. It seems the hotel is quite safe, with key card access to the elevators.

Overall, a great experience. The environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are tidy and bright. The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The service is warm, attentive, and responsive. The dining offers a rich variety of dishes, and the flavors are home-style and delicious. It offers great value for money, making my trip very pleasant and comfortable. I read many negative hotel reviews before my trip and was hesitant to book anywhere. I ended up booking this hotel a day before, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming – truly outstanding! The cleaning staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend! There's even a robot delivering food, which my child loved seeing for the first time! This hotel is excellent; the service in all aspects is meticulous and thoughtful. It's suitable for a stay, clean, comfortable, offers a great experience, is well-equipped, and provides great value for money. Downstairs, there are plenty of food and drink options, and a supermarket is very close by, right across the street. There's even a McDonald's!
