SSarah.HHuge thanks to the breakfast staff and Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk! Haha, they responded to our needs instantly, followed up, and even offered suggestions, making us feel incredibly well-cared for! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we have a layover in Lanzhou!
Lanzhou Airport is a high-altitude airport, and my husband was experiencing some mild altitude sickness â dizzy, no appetite, and a bit nauseous. After breakfast, I asked the restaurant staff if they had any remedies for altitude sickness. They immediately helped me inquire and then directed us to the front desk. Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk asked about my husband's symptoms and provided some helpful solutions! With the hotel's assistance, my husband felt much better. Finally, we even received a follow-up call at the airport checking if his symptoms had eased â truly, thank you so much!
The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus was very comfortable.
All the staff, from the shuttle driver to the front desk and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly.
The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy.

The hotel's design and ambiance are truly impressive, and the rooms themselves are equally stylish. The hotel entrance is grand and imposing, and the courtyard's landscaping and lighting are very trendy. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly attentive and gentle, always doing their best to accommodate any requests. The rooms are fully automated and very smart. What truly stood out was how meticulously clean everything was â it's rare to find a hotel in the Northwest without a speck of dust! It felt very welcoming. When I checked out, one of the staff members even gave me a souvenir. I'll definitely be back!

FFionafanttThe room, as always, maintained Hanting's consistent style: clean, tidy, and well-laid out. The breakfast offered classic Lanzhou flavors, with both the beef noodles and egg milk *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice dessert) being delicious. The egg milk *laozao* was especially good, the best I've had these past few days, even better than Lao Ma's! I highly recommend future guests try it. Water, coffee, and tea are self-service in the lobby, which is very guest-friendly. The location is unbeatable; the hotel is right at the entrance to the food street, making it convenient for dining and catching a taxi, and popular attractions are within walking distance. Extremely satisfied! đ

GGuest UserI booked the Hyatt for the Lanzhou Marathon! The hotel is located right at the 16KM mark of the marathon route! On race day, the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast, including packed fruit, yogurt, and bread â it was incredibly considerate!
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. Downstairs, you'll find the Waterwheel Park, and it's very close to Zhongshan Bridge and the Reader's Museum.
The hotel staff were fantastic; the concierge, restaurant, and fitness center teams were all great. Rita at the front desk was particularly warm and welcoming and recommended some delicious local food. Thank you!
I was pleasantly surprised to find that this Hyatt in Lanzhou even has a self-service laundry room!

GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for a last-minute business trip, and it exceeded my expectations â I felt very comfortable staying here. The location is near a commercial area, just a few minutes' walk to the subway. It's convenient for dining and shopping, and not noisy at night. The room isn't huge, but the layout is comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation. Housekeeping is meticulous; the desk, outlets, and even the edges of the wardrobe were clean. The bedding was just the right firmness, very relaxing to lie on. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were naturally friendly without being stiff; check-out was also efficient. The cleaning staff would greet me proactively, which was a nice warm detail. The only minor drawback is that the mini-bar selection isn't extensive, but it's perfectly adequate for a regular stay. Overall, it's solid value for money, and I'd consider staying here again next time. Liam

The location is absolutely fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of the Yellow River Iron Bridge! I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

MM809569****The service here is excellent, the environment is great, and the views are beautiful. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. The staff at the front desk, in housekeeping, and at the concierge desk are all very friendly. Xiao Wang from the concierge even proactively brought a fruit platter to my room. I've stayed here many times, and it's now my go-to hotel whenever I visit Lanzhou.

__YX25400****The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

Service: I have a lot to say about the service. I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle service. I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page.
