Facing west with its back to the east, it is a four-entry quadrangle private mansion built in the Qing Dynasty. Facing the street stands a two-story overhead crossing building, which used to be the residence for unmarried young women. They rarely went downstairs in daily life, and only watched street scenes and festive bustles from this building during festivals. A screen wall stands right inside the main gate, decorated with a mural of Five Bats Presenting Longevity. The original owner of this courtyard was extremely wealthy. Legend has it that every time rent was collected, tenants queued up from the courtyard gate all the way to Lijing Gate. It was designated as the Third Batch of Cultural Relics Protection Units of Luoyang by the People's Government of Luoyang City on November 13, 2007.
