"Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!"

"Every time I go back to my hometown, I basically stay at his house, mainly because I bring my children. The standard room is a 1.3-meter bed with spacious sleeping space. The environment is very quiet. The room decoration is very simple and original. The bedding is clean and hygienic, and the pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is not big but it tastes good. The sauerkraut noodles are delicious. I got up in the morning and ran a few kilometers at the foot of the mountain. It was so comfortable."

"Bringing my child to Mount Taibai this time, choosing the Furongge Yunlan Hotel was absolutely the right decision – our experience was fantastic! 👍 We had a dedicated butler looking after us throughout our stay, from pre-arrival communication before we even left home to final check-out. The service was incredibly thoughtful. Before we set off, the butler proactively asked for our arrival time, made sure the room's air conditioning was on, and even arranged a welcome fruit platter. Once we checked in, no matter what we needed, they responded instantly to our messages. The attention to detail was exceptional. I must commend the hotel's complimentary photography service! The grounds are full of beautiful photo spots. The photographer was excellent at engaging with children, capturing really natural shots that looked great even without editing. We got so many heartwarming parent-child photos. There's also a gentle dog named Zhouzhou at the hotel, which my child absolutely adored. They spent the entire day chasing the dog around, which was a lovely, unexpected surprise for our holiday. In the evening, there's an atmospheric 'nightfall ceremony,' and the complimentary sweet tremella (snow fungus) porridge was a delightful bedtime treat. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was great. The heated swimming pool had clean water, and my child didn't want to leave! The room was spotless, and the bedding was super soft, making for a very comfortable rest. When we left, we even received a parting gift from the hotel. The butler was meticulous throughout our stay and even messaged us after we left to ensure we arrived home safely. This hotel is perfect whether you're bringing kids or specifically coming for a photo-op. 👍 I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Mount Taibai!"

The owner was very attentive, providing directions to Taibai Mountain, along with information on attractions and nearby restaurants. "The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!"
