"Had a perfect babymoon at Anantara! Everything was wonderful – the environment was quiet and serene, and all the hotel staff were well-trained and proactive in offering help. The rice noodles and coffee at breakfast were excellent! The photo shoot was also great; the photographer was professional and excellent at setting a good mood. It's also worth mentioning that the Filipino performers hired by the hotel were very professional, and I really enjoyed them! Finally, the little elephant gift I received upon checkout was a delightful surprise, I loved it so much!"

"The Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is about 50 kilometers from Jinghong city. Its East and West sections are quite large, and a full day isn't enough to explore everything. I'd read stories about botanists from the Academy before, so I made the botanical garden a priority and decided to stay at a hotel within it. The room rate I booked online included entrance tickets, which made it a pretty good deal for two people. After our rental car arrived at the East Gate, I called the hotel front desk, and they allowed us to enter. On the afternoon of our arrival, we explored the larger East Section's rainforest, which offered a stunning view of various rainforest vegetation. The hotel's restaurant was quite good; the local dishes at dinner were authentic, and I even saw family gatherings of XTBG staff – quite a change from how their predecessors lived! The next morning, we hired a guide and toured the different areas of the West Section. All in all, choosing to stay at the botanical garden hotel made this trip incredibly rewarding.
Facilities: The in-room facilities met our needs, and the small balcony offered views of the flora and fauna.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: The botanical garden environment is unique and relaxing.
Service: The front desk and restaurant service were excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety, including local specialty snacks."

"The hotel is right next to the Nanla River, and the environment is lovely. It's both the starting and ending point for the Nanla River rafting. You can walk right out of the hotel to the Manlong Village market, and just a bit further, there's a huge dragon fruit field. The breakfast felt outsourced; not much variety and pretty standard. There aren't many dining options nearby. If you're coming for Wangtianshu Scenic Area and rafting, I'd recommend staying here. The cleanliness is acceptable, and the front desk staff are quite friendly and helpful!"

"This place was feels like home! You gwt this feeling of boutique hotel that takes care of the little things - convenient parking, comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
Beds are very comfortable and they took seriously our request about non-smoking room. Hotel has great sound isolation, you can not hear neibours.
Also, breakfast is very nice - with some freshly cooked noodle soup and plenty of food suitable for international guests.
We loved to stay here, big thank you to the hotel staff!!!"

"The owners are incredibly friendly. The owner is a professional bird photographer, and the clientele here is quite specific, mostly focused on bird photography or painting. Every evening, he'd sit at the guesthouse entrance, sharing the day's photographic captures with guests. And the moment he'd hear a bird call, he'd grab a flashlight and enthusiastically lead us out to find nocturnal owls! 😇😇😇
The location is superb! It felt like we were practically staying *in* the botanical garden; incredibly convenient, like having it as our own backyard! Excellent value for money, I highly recommend this place! 🤓"

"The room is good, probably because the hotel is very quiet, so the sound of the bowl collision at breakfast time is easy to pass into the room on the same floor, and wake up hungry when you fall asleep (laugh to death)
It's a hotel with lots of surprises.
Oh, and there is a thermostat potted plant in each room, but friends can't have light when sleeping, so the power is cut off at night, I feel that it is always bad for the plants, maybe the hotel can consider how to solve it."

"It is undoubtedly the best hotel in Mengla. It is worth mentioning that among so many hotels in the world, this is also the hotel with the best service and the most popular service. Manager Zhang of the hotel contacted me a week in advance and added WeChat, saying that he could provide a series of services and help. Of course, other hotels also have this kind of advance communication service. One day in advance, Manager Zhang arranged a room for me and kindly reminded me if I had any needs. It felt that service was really supreme. He was still replying to my WeChat in the middle of the night to explain the situation of the nearby scenic spots. After arriving at the hotel, Manager Zhang came out to greet us in person, politely, and sent us to the room. He left after making arrangements. After checking in, Manager Zhang booked a package for the Wangtian Tree, which was cheaper than the scenic spot. During the stay, you can say WeChat at any time and solve it immediately. It is much better than those large five-star mechanized services and has more warmth. The hotel is very new in all aspects, the bedding is comfortable, it is a five-star standard, the room size is suitable, and it is not crowded for two large and two small people. "The hotel environment, accommodation facilities, and room service were all excellent! There was also a free bonfire activity in the evening. A special thank you to Xiao He for his thoughtful service, taking us around the scenic area in an electric cart. This place is perfect for relaxation; the air and natural environment are absolutely stunning! My child said they want to come back next time. The only issue is transportation; it's best suited for those with a car, as taxis are very difficult to find, and it's easy to get lost at highway exits. We booked a shared ride back to Jinghong through the ”Xishuangbanna Passenger Transport Mini Program.” The Mengyuan Bus Station was somewhat basic and lacked a sense of security. However, overall, the trip was very smooth and fun, and I highly recommend staying here!"

I had planned to go to Banna for a few days during the Spring Festival. When I booked a hotel on Ctrip, I found that the room rates had doubled. The 7 Days Inn chain, which usually costs only over 100 yuan, also soared to over 1,000 yuan a night (the people of Banna want to make back the money they didn't make in three years in 7 days). What I hate most is these places that rip off customers like crazy during holidays. So I decided to change my plan and go to Luang Prabang, Laos. Since it is not possible to buy D87 transit train tickets during the Spring Festival, you can only buy tickets in sections, first Kunming-Mohan, then cross the border in Mohan to Boten, Laos, and then Boten-Luang Prabang. I took the train to Mohan on February 13th and booked this homestay on Ctrip. It has a high score of 4.8 on Ctrip, so it must be good. I contacted the hotel before arriving in Mohan, and the hotel guy said that he would pick me up at the train station and send me to the border the next day. Sure enough, as soon as I got out of the station, the young man was waiting on the road in front of the train station. After checking in, I was amazed by the intelligence of the hotel, including smart curtains, smart toilets, and showers with digital temperature display. The room was spacious and tidy, and the bedding was clean and fresh. Although I have stayed in many B&Bs, this one is definitely the ceiling among B&Bs. Moreover, the guy is very handsome, and I’m worried that the girl will continue to stay! The only regret is that the hotel does not have breakfast, it would be perfect if there was breakfast.

TakemeeverywhereIt was a perfect stop before passing the border of Lao. The employees are great and helpful. They could even provide us with some cash to be able to pay our visa at the border.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, they even made something special for us as they thought we don't like chinese breakfast.
The room was beautiful and very clean with a very nice view on a lushy green scenery. The bed was very confortable. They had already turn on the AC before we enter the room, that shows such a good service. There is a very good restauraurant ”Jinsong...” just 5 min walk on the main road.

The overall stay of the hotel is particularly satisfactory. The front desk provides free luggage storage. There are more parking spaces in the parking lot and free parking. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk service is super good. This is a very good hotel, come back next time.

Guest UserThis hotel was amazing. It’s only a year old but the amenities look like it’s brand new and inside of the room seems no different from a five-star. The only thing missing was a bathroom scale. Nice courtyard pool below just big enough to do some short laps and a kilometer from the night market. Interesting little area and they have street side eatery outside with a good view. The best part though is the manager Mr. Wu was exceptionally helpful. When he saw me arriving by bicycle, he did everything he could to make my stay more pleasant and even offered to go the extra mile with extra service and help. An unbelievable bargain, and a nice end to my journey.

Although the hotel I stayed at this time did not include breakfast, the overall experience was very good, and the price in the early 100s completely exceeded my expectations.
First of all, the location is excellent. The hotel is right next to the government center and it takes only 8 minutes to walk to the subway station. It is super convenient to go to the attractions and business districts. There are also many places to eat around, convenience stores, breakfast shops, various restaurants are all available, completely making up for the inconvenience of no restaurant, but choosing more diverse.
Secondly, the room was clean and tidy. This is my most important point. Although the room is not big, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and there is no smell. The bathroom was cleaned thoroughly, the wet and dry separation was done well, and the toiletries were complete. The sound insulation effect is much better than I expected, it is quiet at night, and the quality of sleep is very high.
Finally, the service is thoughtful. The front desk staff was very welcoming and the check-in and check-out were very fast. I needed to print things temporarily, and the front desk was very happy to help solve them. There were any problems during the stay and the response was very timely.
Overall, this is a very cost-effective hotel. If you value the location, clean and convenient, and don't rely on the dining in the hotel, then this is definitely a very good choice. I will definitely stay here next time I come to this city!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's less than 2km from the botanical garden, which is super convenient. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby, so you definitely won't go hungry. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. Highly recommended! The photos are of the botanical garden. I don't usually take pictures of hotel facilities; just doing this for the points, haha!

Though an old hotel with a squat toilet, this hotel provides excellent value for its price due to its warm service and convenient location near the train station. They provide free pick up and drop off service to and from the train station; the boss was also kind enough to take us to and pick us up from the Lao border for 40 yuan each way. Despite facing the road and hearing the morning roosters, the air-conditioning and strong water pressure made the room adequate for our needs.

According to county situation, hotel 🏨 is fine with all facilities. Hotel architecture is little bit old but it’s not bad. Rooms are clean. Location is perfect if you want to enter in Tropical botanical garden or CAS research institute from west door only need 1 minute walk on suspension bridge 🌁 and direct entrance of tropical botanical garden ( A must view scenic place very peaceful and beautiful garden. There is also a coffee , bars and massage centers as well as shops and markets. I will give 70/100 rating points to this hotel from all prospective.

The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom supplies are of high quality. The staff are warm and considerate and are ready to help solve problems. Bringing my son to play in the Yuanyuan Wonderland, I chose a hotel for a long time, and I felt that the hotel was in the scenic spot, so I chose this one. Throughout the process, the hotel's service is thoughtful and welcoming. The battery car will pick up and drop off at the visitor center. The room is relatively large. There is a large green rice field behind it. There is a small river next to it. The lawn is behind it, and the front and back are unobstructed. The rest is very quiet at night and the air is fresh. Breakfast was eaten at Huajianyuan Hotel and it was very rich. Very satisfied!
