"This newly opened luxury hotel is located east of Jinshihu Park, offering stunning lake and city views from its rooms. It's also adjacent to the Wangu Pujiang Heart Shopping Mall, making dining, shopping, and parking very convenient. Upon check-in, Mr. Ma, the receptionist, thoughtfully arranged the appropriate floor and room location, and even provided fruit. His team also provided a smooth and efficient service experience – a big thumbs up! 👍 The children thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's restaurants and swimming pool. I didn't have time to visit the executive lounge, so I can't comment on it yet; I'll give the facilities half a star for now and add more later after I visit."

"This time Pujiang travel chose Jinxi Oriental Hotel (Pujiang Branch), the experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is conveniently located and it is very convenient to travel for food. The front desk staff is warm and courteous, and the check-in is efficient and fast. The rooms are spacious and bright, the smart equipment in the whole house is convenient to use, the hygiene is in place, and the corners are clean and odorless. The mattress is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and the night sleeps peacefully. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and authentic in taste. The hotel is equipped with a self-service laundry room, intelligent robot service, free tea snacks in the lobby, the details are very intimate. The supporting parking space is sufficient and the self-driving is very friendly. The overall environment is elegant and the price is outstanding. It is suitable for business trips or travel. Next time I come to Pujiang, I will choose here, I really recommend it!"

"During the May Day holiday, major attractions were overflowing with people, so I decided to find a small town to escape the crowds. Luckily, I found this hotel, which significantly enhanced the comfort of my town getaway. The room had the flooring I prefer – I always feel carpets tend to hide dirt. The room layout was well-designed, clean, and hygienic. I especially want to commend their bedding; the duvet cover was made of bubble cotton, which was incredibly comfortable. Parking at the hotel was convenient, making it ideal for those traveling by car. For dinner, you can head across the street to the Sheraton; the food there is quite good!"

"Traveling from Zhuji to Yiwu, Sheraton Pujiang was the perfect choice for a family-friendly hotel. Let's start with the positives: it's a 30-minute drive from Yiwu, and compared to the business hotels in downtown Yiwu, the Sheraton at just over 600 RMB offers incredible value for money. Especially since it included tickets to the Miracle Forest, which the kids absolutely loved. We didn't try the water park, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is quite new, so service responsiveness still has some room for improvement, but the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful in resolving issues. However, during check-in, the front desk didn't fully verify our order details. They didn't proactively give us the Miracle Forest tickets, and we were only given one room key. The room key itself was odd; it worked on the first day but then started failing repeatedly in the evening. The biggest issues were with the internal facilities. The hotel's own kids' play area on the second floor felt a bit crude, was unmanaged, and the books were tattered. Are the pool and gym outsourced? They were very crowded, disorganized, and messy, which significantly detracted from our stay. I understand hotels are revenue-driven, but they should still maintain their brand image. Keep up the good work! 👏"

"4/3 The two ladies at the front desk in the afternoon were kind and answered all questions. The room and corridors are smoke-free, and there is even a faint fragrance. Because the new hotel has excellent hardware equipment, the surrounding functions are good, supermarkets, barbecues, early, are all nearby, walking distance. By the way, the hotel has a delivery robot, it is very convenient to order takeaway, and it is delivered directly to the door."

"The family drove to Pujiang to play, compared with many hotels and finally chose Guanlan. Although it has no star certification, the overall stay experience is full of surprises, and the price/performance ratio is crushing a number of high-end hotels around. I really recommend friends who travel with the whole family to lock in the garden family duplex suite! The suite is a double-decker duplex design, with a particularly open space and a small private garden terrace. The terrace has a great view, and you can see the green mountains in the distance. The sun is full of the terrace in the morning, surrounded by green plants, and the viewing atmosphere is full. The whole house is equipped with an intelligent voice control system, which can be adjusted by lighting, curtains, and air conditioning. The operation is simple and the elders can easily get started. The price also includes free afternoon tea, freshly ground coffee and buffet supper, and the breakfast buffet is also quite rich. Especially the front desk staff is gentle and courteous, and responds to the demand very quickly. Overall, the stay experience is good 👍"

"The service is still warm. Although the hotel is relatively new, the building should be quite old. The main biggest dissatisfaction is two points. One is a health problem. Both pillows have dirty places. This is very unacceptable. Then the mouthwash cup mouth is obviously dirty. It is wiped off and there is no cleaning. Dropped, and both cups are available, you can imagine how sloppy this cleaning is. The sofa also has oil stained wipes that can be wiped off. The second biggest problem is the sound insulation of the sewer. The sound of the water upstairs is loud. Some other details such as no conditioner, and the bath water is small. As a chain hotel, it’s a bit pully."

Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!"
