"My stay at the InterContinental Darchen Hotel was truly excellent!
The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully provided an oxygen concentrator and massage chair, which was so helpful for us trekking around Mount Kailash. After acclimatizing to altitude sickness and hiking, the massage chair was a great way to relax and relieve the aches and pains. The hotel's support was excellent. The smart toilet seat had a fresh, disposable seat cover every day.
The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. The room was equipped with a smart home system, and the voice control for switches and curtains was incredibly convenient.
Although there was a minor issue during my stay, the hotel handled it very promptly and the service was excellent; it was resolved quickly and efficiently.
Overall, my stay was extremely pleasant. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when trekking around Mount Kailash in Darchen. Highly recommended!"

"Honestly, this hotel is truly the light of Mount Kailash.
First, the front desk lady was incredibly helpful. She rented climbing photos and requested oxygen tanks, all handled from the comfort of her home.
Second, the hotel's amenities are among the best in the area, practically meeting Wanlian's standards. They even have a massage chair.
Third, I won't dwell on the hardware, but I do want to touch on the software. I left my watch at the hotel, and the lady even found a time to ship it to me. She was very thorough in her communication and even did the shipping herself. Thank you so much!
Fourth, the hotel offers a pick-up service for circumambulation, but this isn't necessary if you're driving."

"First of all, I really want to praise the owner. He was incredibly dedicated and responsible, and we were deeply moved. We stayed for three days, and on the last day we were going to do the pilgrimage around Mount Kailash.
We overestimated ourselves, thinking we could finish the pilgrimage in one day. However, we didn't reach Zhire Monastery until 6:00 PM. Then, at noon, we contacted the owner to say we couldn't come down that day and asked if he could pack our things, cancel our reservation, and let us stay there after we finished the pilgrimage. I was amazed by the owner's generosity. He said it was no problem, it's the off-season, and he understood we couldn't finish the pilgrimage in one day, so he reserved the room for us. I was truly touched. However, due to our physical condition, we eventually had to call a rescue vehicle to come down; there was no way to rest on the mountain.
This hotel is very clean and hygienic. The bathrooms have separate shower and toilet areas, which was very satisfying for us, as we are from the south. Oxygen cylinders are also available for rent in the hotel lobby. The parking lot is also very convenient. Our travel companions stayed at other hotels, but we ended up staying here because the cleanliness was excellent, the toiletries were comprehensive, the hairdryer was very good, and there was underfloor heating and an oxygen machine.
I still wouldn't recommend staying in those teahouse-style accommodations."

"Special surprise accommodation, we stayed very late, but the responsive service of the front desk brother made people feel warm, the room was soundproofed, the bedding was comfortable, the oxygen flow was large enough, the curtains were opened, and the Shenshangang Rinpoqi was presented in front of you... It was beautiful. When I left in the morning, I planned to buy Nepalese furry lamb, and the boss gave it to me. Although it is not very valuable, it is especially useful."

"This hotel, even during its soft opening, has incredibly complete and well-appointed facilities, offering an excellent experience. The rooms are simple and clean, and the wooden furniture inside is eco-friendly and odor-free, which is a significant improvement compared to the typical pungent formaldehyde smell often found in newly opened hotels. The breakfast is well-balanced, nutritious, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared.
The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and provide a warm, family-like service. Personally, having traveled all the way to Tibet, I believe their attention to service details is on par with, if not better than, that of 'Songtsam' hotels! In every aspect, 'Gangpo Peacock Valley Pasture' is already one of the best hotels within a hundred-mile radius. Before we left, they even thoughtfully provided complimentary bottled water and oxygen tanks. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone undertaking a Kora (circumambulation of a sacred mountain or lake); it will surely offer you a unique experience.

She went to the hospital at one o'clock in the morning to pick me up after high-reverse treatment. The room is equipped with a humidifier, and the oxygen generation that has not been broken for 24 hours, full marks. The most comfortable Qingshe I have ever lived at the foot of Gang Rinpoqi! It is 300 meters away from the entrance of the scenic spot. The boss is very enthusiastic. He tells us stories. The emotional value is high. He will take the initiative to remind us of the high anti-care matters and help us store our luggage. Turning back to the mountain can rest here, it is really healing, I highly recommend it to the friends who come to the mountain!

Guest UserUpon entering the room, I was struck by its spaciousness and softness. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There were two oxygen vents near the bed, providing both diffused oxygen and nasal inhalation – fantastic! The three-part bathroom was also very pleasant. Best of all, being able to drink mineral water from Mount Kailash while circumambulating the karst peak was truly auspicious. The hotel's underfloor heating was excellent, and with the humidifier, the air wasn't dry at all. Overall, the stay was incredibly comfortable and wonderful.

The stay experience was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located. The hotel standard under the Huazhu Club is still relatively high. Each room has floor heating and is very comfortable. It can wash clothes. The little brother who works at night is very fun. It is comfortable to choose this chain hotel.

It was a very good experience. The hotel was newly renovated, the environment was clean, the facilities were complete, and there was diffuse oxygen. I could still rest well at such a high altitude.
The boss was very enthusiastic, helped with the luggage, and gave enthusiastic introductions, which was very warm.

HanxiaoyeyeyeThe hotel where we stayed on the Shenshan pilgrimage gave us too many surprises! The location is excellent, you can look up at the holyness of Gang Rinpoche by opening the window. The room is not only spacious and clean, but also intimately equipped with floor heating, humidifier and oxygen generator. It is really important to sleep peacefully at this altitude of 4,600 meters. The service is even warmer, the younger brother and sister at the front desk are responsive, and they also take the initiative to help with luggage. The back of the mountain is too tired, the massage chair in the room is simply a ”life-saving artifact”. The breakfast is full and the parking at the door is convenient. It is highly recommended to all friends who come to the mountain!

I have been back from Gang Rinpoche for several days. This trip to the mountain may not have been a good memory if it weren't for this hotel. The staff helped with the luggage immediately as soon as they saw it, and patiently taught me to use the facilities in the room. That mouth of pure oxygen is simply a lifesaving straw! They not only take care of it, but also carefully urge the precautions to turn to the mountain and recommend the best departure time. The room was warm and clean, with plenty of hot water, but the warmest was the heart. This is not just a hotel, but more like a home on the plateau. Thank you very much to every employee, your kindness and professionalism I will always remember! Highly recommend to all friends who go to Gang Rinpoche to stay at this hotel!
