"Because of sleep problems, two suites were set up. For the convenience of the two of us to pick up and send things and pack things, we asked for arrangements on the same floor in the courtyard. After the service staff agreed, there was a small mistake. Finally, I specially adjusted the requested room for me. I didn't expect to buy me a local specialty for their mistakes and send it upstairs... This gift collection and not collection make me very embarrassed! I am really afraid of affecting their income!
