"Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels and bottled water. The free swimming pool was a pleasant surprise – clean and not too crowded. My only complaint is that the room temperature was a bit high. I'd recommend telling the front desk right away if it's uncomfortable. My bad – I'm a bit shy and thought I could fix it with the in-room control panel, but I ended up waking up in the middle of the night feeling too hot."

The value for money is outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center and is close to Weifang Station. With Wanda Plaza next door, dining, entertainment, and shopping are incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in! Thank you! The suite was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, high-quality, and luxurious. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, making it bright, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. It featured a living room, a vanity, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The double-faucet vanity, a standard in five-star hotels, was fantastic. The bathtub was large and pristine. The hotel service was excellent, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and diligent – highly commendable! Breakfast offered a rich variety, with delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was excellent and offered for takeaway, which is a nice touch! The Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor had exquisite dishes that tasted great. The Executive Lounge on the first floor provided a quiet and comfortable environment for happy hour light dinners, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, main courses, snacks, beverages, desserts, and fruits. The male and female staff were very polite, well-mannered, and professional. My stay completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Pullman Weifang to anyone visiting Weifang."

"The hotel offers a complimentary business center with a very comfortable environment, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers. It's equipped with computers and even a printer, making it easy to work or print documents on the go. I have to say, the front desk staff are all so enthusiastic and proactive; their service is truly excellent and they provide very comprehensive and detailed recommendations. Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic. Weifang Station and the must-visit Taihua commercial district are both within walking distance. It's an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure travel. So, I must say, this hotel scores full marks for its service, location, and facilities."

"The decoration of the hotel is luxurious. It is nice that they have people who help you with luggage. The room is average--not very big, carpeted, and a little humid. The bathroom had a sewer smell that was more apparent once in a while which made it unpleasant to be in the bathroom. We booked a private room for dinner and asked for a menu beforehand but only got the menu as they were serving the first dishes. We also never got a fruit plate at the end of the meal as they had noted on the menu they finally gave us. When checking out, we informed a staff member that we had accidentally broke a cup from the bathroom and the staff seemed more concerned than the item was damaged and asked if we were hurt as more of an afterthought. She also admitted that they were aware that their placement of the cup was precarious in the first place (on a slippery counter), which indicates that they are aware of this danger but have not done anything to mitigate the chances of an accident. For one basic glass cup, we had to pay an additional 60rmb."

"The whole family took the children to book this hotel, the overall exceeded expectations! The room was cleaned very meticulously, the corners were clean, the protection was in place, there was a small refrigerator, and the children lived with special peace of mind. The children in the toilet pad also liked it very much, and the sense of travel security was full. Focus on the buffet breakfast, the variety is very rich, Chinese porridge noodles, Western bread fried eggs, fresh fruit desserts, hot dishes and cold dishes are all available, the taste is suitable for all ages, children can eat what they like every time, breakfast quality is online. The staff was gentle and patient with the children. It just happened to catch up with the Dragon Boat Festival to do sachet activities. The lobby service sister was very careful and taught the children to make sachets. When checking out, there were small gifts. The children also liked it. A great choice for parent-child travel, has been collected, come back next time!"

"Overall, this hotel is quite good. Previously, others booked for me, so I haven't booked many hotels myself. I've stayed in hotels in Suzhou and Nanjing, and compared to those, this one is slightly lacking in quality control. For example, there were small holes in the sheets and pillowcases. However, everything else was excellent. They even provide complimentary snacks (replenished daily). The hotel is very clean and has a pleasant scent. Being in a single building, it's still a very good option."

They communicated with me in English throughout the process, recommended nearby restaurants for me, and even helped me with a taxi. It made me feel very considerate and comfortable. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard, clean and tidy without any unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, and the details were handled very thoughtfully. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with good lighting and views. It was peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and I had a particularly good rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and they were very convenient and easy to use. They fully met my daily accommodation needs."
