The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, the environment was quiet, and it had excellent natural light. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful, and the staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was very quick, and they resolved issues promptly, always ensuring our needs were met, which made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was rich, varied, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The room was pretty good. The service from Wang Yu during check-in was absolutely top-notch – she told us all about the local attractions, which was great since it was a rainy day. When we got to the room, the duvet felt a bit damp, but it wasn't a huge deal. Later, when I passed the front desk, she asked how our stay was, and I casually mentioned it. She immediately offered to get it dried for us. I was surprised to find her there again at check-out! She asked if we had any other discomforts and even gave my child a small bubble machine. Full marks for the experience! 💯
