The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, the environment was quiet, and it had excellent natural light. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful, and the staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was very quick, and they resolved issues promptly, always ensuring our needs were met, which made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was rich, varied, and absolutely delicious. I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There is free parking, which is very friendly to people who drive. There is no need to worry about parking. Wei Yujiao at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. She checked me in quickly, introduced the location of breakfast and a bowl of noodles late at night, gave a yogurt to the room, and also introduced the surrounding area. The guest rooms are spacious, warmly decorated, and the bedding is comfortable. It is really a high-quality hotel with cleanliness in all directions. The room was pretty good. The service from Wang Yu during check-in was absolutely top-notch – she told us all about the local attractions, which was great since it was a rainy day. When we got to the room, the duvet felt a bit damp, but it wasn't a huge deal. Later, when I passed the front desk, she asked how our stay was, and I casually mentioned it. She immediately offered to get it dried for us. I was surprised to find her there again at check-out! She asked if we had any other discomforts and even gave my child a small bubble machine.
