"The location is excellent, right in Hanlefang, with a lively atmosphere downstairs. It's very convenient for dining, strolling, and shopping in the evening. It's also close to the train and bus stations. It's a bit of a distance from Torch Eight Street, about a 30-minute taxi ride. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is also quiet at night. However, there are a few rather unique aspects: 1. There's a turnstile between the lobby and the elevators that requires a room card swipe. While swiping a room card for the elevator is common, having an additional turnstile like an office building is unusual and overly cumbersome. 2. The room layout is very unique; you have to 'search' for the toilet, shower, walk-in closet, and toiletries, as they are not immediately obvious. The closet door, when pulled out, directly blocks the entrance door. 3. A deposit is required upon check-in, though the refund process is quick. 4. For luggage storage, you need to scan a QR code yourself. It's free for up to 6 hours, and even if you exceed that, the front desk can still arrange free storage. 5. I stayed for two consecutive nights on two separate bookings. Even though I had called the night before to confirm a continuous stay without room cleaning or changes, the next day I couldn't open my door upstairs and had to go back to the front desk on the first floor to swipe my card again. I've had similar situations in Yantai where I could smoothly use my card for continuous check-in without this double process. Overall, the staff were very helpful, and they promptly contacted me when I left an item behind, which I greatly appreciated. However, the overall check-in experience felt less than user-friendly, with various cumbersome procedures. I'm not sure if this management style is typical for hotels in Weihai or just this particular one. It's not necessarily bad, just very different – I haven't encountered these specific situations anywhere else in the country."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Xingfumen and Weigao Square, and very close to the beach. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and food delivery is also very convenient, with quick deliveries by service robots. The hotel breakfast is rich and delicious, with good quality dishes. Housekeeping cleans the room daily and promptly, ensuring it's tidy and clean, and the mini-bar drinks are refilled on time. At 9:30 PM, the restaurant even offers complimentary 'goodnight porridge,' which is a thoughtful touch. The only minor drawback was that the room I stayed in this time was on a lower floor, and the view outside wasn't great. However, the hotel's soundproofing was quite good, which was a plus."

"I wanted to visit Guanhai Suji last year, but unfortunately, my schedule didn't allow it! This year, I finally made it! It's super, super close to the beach! The location is fantastic! Torch Eight Street and Xiaoshi Island are both nearby! It's practically in the center of everything! I spent three days and two nights here, just relaxing, and it was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is also very photogenic for check-ins! I highly recommend going to Yuanyao Pier for the beach – it's less crowded and more comfortable there! The sunset there is stunning for photos! I also recommend a travel photographer, ***********! They were amazing! They even gave me all the raw files!"

The room was clean and hygienic, and the mattress was comfortable. The location is downtown, very close to the beach and popular tourist spots. Dining and shopping options nearby are also convenient. The hotel has a small kids' play area on the eighth floor, which kept the little ones happy. Breakfast offered a good variety, and when we checked out, the staff even packed some bread and fruit for the children. The bellboy helped us carry our luggage to the car upon departure, making us feel truly at home. Highly recommended overall."

"Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and exceeded our expectations, especially for a quiet family vacation. However, Weihai is a very long and narrow city from north to south. I wouldn't recommend it if your main destination is Torch Eight Street, as it's very, very far. It's much more suitable if your main destination is Hanlefang. From the hotel, you can easily reach Jiulong Bay Park with a minimum fare, which is great for kids to go crabbing and many locals also come here to pick clams. **Facilities:** The bedding is very comfortable, especially for someone like me who is particular about pillows – I was very satisfied. Other facilities are standard for this price point, including a swimming pool and a gym. The shallow end of the pool is 1.2 meters deep, and the water temperature is 28-29 degrees Celsius. **Hygiene:** The room felt very new, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Those with young children can rest assured. **Environment:** The hotel's interior is excellent. On our first day, it was very windy, and our child played in the lobby on the ground floor for half the day without getting bored. The exterior is a relatively quiet residential area. **Service:** They offer pick-up and drop-off service from Weihai Station, and there were welcome fruits. If we had any issues, the butler was always reachable. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully gave us some fruits and snacks. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, and baby utensils were available."

"Today, I experienced a courtyard room with a private hot spring tub in Weihai, and it was truly unique to the area. From the moment I stepped in, I knew it was special. Perhaps for someone who grew up in the north, the concept of a room with its own private courtyard and hot tub isn't common, so seeing it for the first time felt incredibly novel. Opening the door revealed a private courtyard and a hot spring pool; you can even stargaze while soaking at night. The room has a Japanese-style natural wood aesthetic. The bedding was super comfortable, and listening to the wind chimes at night was incredibly therapeutic. After exploring Huancuilou Park during the day, coming back to another soak in the hot spring felt so different from any hotel I've stayed in before. After this experience, I really didn't want to check out!"
