"This stay, including the food, was incredibly satisfying! The room wasn't huge but it was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it had all the necessary amenities, offering great value for money. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I missed lunch, but I did enjoy the afternoon tea. There was a wide variety of drinks, cold beverages, roasted sweet potatoes, and snacks, all available for free, which was a huge plus. The customer service ladies were all very kind and their service was attentive and enthusiastic. I definitely have to come back! "The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic! Out of all the hotels we've stayed at since we started our trip in Guangdong, this was definitely the best one. We even extended our stay for another night! They also gave us complimentary fruit and biscuits, and on both days of our stay, they even brought us sweet soup! It was delicious."

"Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the pool is spacious, and the tennis courts and gym are also excellent. The Executive Lounge offers an unbeatable river view, and the lounge manager is very nice. Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, and hygiene control is very well-maintained. Environment: Wenzhou is just too hot, otherwise everything else is great. The views from the windows are beautiful. Service: The manager at Shang Palace provides very thoughtful and professional service. The Director of Housekeeping and the Front Office Manager are very dedicated, working themselves during holidays and personally attending to guests. The room attendants remember guests' preferences for water and prepare plenty of bottled water in advance. "My stay here was fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was very quick. The room was spacious and bright, decorated to feel cozy and comfortable. The bedding was soft and clean, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept really well at night. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again."

"Wenzhou was a city I'd never visited before. After browsing many hotels online, mainly around Wuma Street, I finally settled on Wenzhou International Hotel. My reasons were twofold: first, its proximity to Wuma Street and its central downtown location; second, the price met my requirements and the breakfast was excellent. It took just over 20 minutes by taxi from Wenzhou South Station to reach the hotel. Upon check-in, I requested a high floor, and the hotel assigned me to the 21st floor. From my window, I had a panoramic view of Wenzhou's old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and the staff were warm and attentive. Getting to attractions like Jiangxinyu Island from the hotel was convenient by taxi, and Wuma Street was only about 100 meters away. After checking out, I went for lunch and the luggage storage process at the front desk was straightforward. Jiangxinyu Island is definitely worth visiting; I even did a watercolor sketch there as a souvenir."

"This hotel truly excels in both its facilities and service! The location is excellent, not far from the high-speed train station, and close to dining options and attractions. As soon as we entered the building, a staff member at the ground floor counter proactively asked if we were hotel guests and directed us to the elevators for the lobby. The front desk staff were quick-thinking, clear-headed, and highly professional. Upon noticing a child was checking in, they promptly notified housekeeping to prepare a children's toothbrush and slippers. When we took the elevator from the 35th-floor lobby to our floor, we encountered a housekeeping staff member in the hallway. They proactively asked if we were guests of a specific room, and upon confirmation, informed us that the children's toothbrush and slippers had already been placed in the room. This speed of service is rarely seen even in today's five-star hotels and was truly impressive. After we checked out, we left two items of clothing in the room that we intended to discard. The hotel called us that same afternoon to inquire if they were forgotten items and if we needed them shipped back. After we confirmed they could be thrown away, a different staff member called the next day for a second confirmation before disposal. Such rigorous attention to detail is commendable. It could have been a perfect five-star rating, but I'm deducting points for an unpleasant experience during breakfast. The scrambled eggs I ordered were taken by another guest. They could check the restaurant's surveillance footage to see what happened. Leaving aside the unprofessionalism of not remembering which guest ordered what, a basic apology for a work error should be immediate, right? But the staff member at the egg station showed no apology and told me to wait another three minutes. I asked for their name three times, but they completely ignored me. I then reported it to the restaurant manager. After understanding the situation, the manager brought the staff member over to apologize and explained that they were an intern still getting familiar with their duties. This incident, early in the morning, really dampened our vacation mood. I hope they can strengthen relevant training in the future, so one intern doesn't negatively impact the hard-earned good reputation of the entire hotel team."

"The design of the hotel is unique, the smooth furniture is matched with chic art chandeliers, and the magazine is a blockbuster. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows make the lighting so good that the sun is shining throughout the room, and the air is lazy and cozy. Really can, anyway, the leader likes it very much.  What surprised me most was its ”invisible service”: the bedside is equipped with wireless charging and direct charging interface, video conference no longer has to find sockets everywhere; smart toilets and constant temperature showers are all available, even small items such as cotton pads and cotton swabs are well prepared. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the support is excellent. Here, every design is serving you, and every touch can feel the ingenuity. Whether it is a business trip or a couple's holiday, this kind of experience with both appearance and strength will really make people feel like two brushes! Most importantly, I heard that I was the first customer to catch up with their family"

"Having stayed at most chain hotels in Wenzhou priced between 300-500, this Wyndham is currently in my top three. My partner and I are very particular about breakfast, and this hotel's breakfast is currently number one for us 😂. It was indeed very quiet at night, and the soundproofing was also quite good. The room layout was very sensible, and all our small requests were promptly met. The staff were also incredibly enthusiastic."

"The room was great, very clean, and came with lots of little snacks. The service was excellent too. If I'm ever in Wenzhou again, I'd definitely consider staying here. Sometimes they even give you a fruit platter, which is a really nice touch. I didn't really take many photos of the room, but I thought this flower was quite interesting, thumbs up!"
