The health and environmental services of the hotel were really nothing to say. It was very safe and comfortable and the internet speed was very fast. It was very convenient to work. General tickets and Special tickets can be opened. The room is also very soundproof. It is not noisy at all. The facilities are all available. The laundry dryer, ironing machine and gym can be used for free. Even the laundry detergent and softener are provided for free.

I am an old guest of this hotel and will often recommend it to them, mainly because the experience of service and hygiene is very good. This time I have to do my life's big things, and I don't hesitate to marry here. The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in, patiently answering all my questions, which made for a fantastic first impression. What impressed me most upon entering the room was its cleanliness. The bedding was spotless, the floors pristine, and the bathroom was completely odor-free. The lighting design in the room created a wonderful ambiance, making it incredibly relaxing to lie in bed at night. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and I slept better than usual, waking up refreshed after a full night's sleep. A delightful surprise was the smart speaker in the room. I could easily connect my phone and play my favorite music. Whether I was relaxing, working, or even showering, having my music on really enhanced the atmosphere. After a busy day, coming back to the hotel and enjoying a hot shower with my preferred tunes playing was incredibly stress-relieving. These small, thoughtful details, though not immediately obvious, genuinely elevated the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel also excelled in many thoughtful details, from the quality of the toiletries to the room's amenities. The Wi-Fi was stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay overall. For frequent travelers, finding a clean, quiet, and well-serviced hotel can be a challenge. Lufeng Hotel genuinely left me feeling like I'd 'definitely come back again.' A hot spring resort hotel very close to Wuhan, with complete surrounding facilities, good dining, fitness, hot springs, camping, walking, and photo taking experiences, suitable for family travel. Cathy's service is great, you can consider traveling around Wuhan! This time, it happened to be the opening period of the hot springs, and the elderly and children were very happy. Sister Xiong in the hot spring area was very enthusiastic and gave us a detailed introduction to the distribution and characteristics of each hot spring. There are many service points in the hot spring area, equipped with health tea and dry bath towels, which are well prepared and replaced in time. Recommended experience!

Facilities: The hotel is very convenient for parking and eating, and there are charging piles nearby, about 10 minutes drive from the scenic spot. Services: Service generally front desk staff active service awareness is relatively weak. And when I checked in on the first day, the garden view and the lake view were stupid. I hope the hotel will strengthen management later.

I stayed at Shixuan Hotel for one night. The room was cozy and tastefully decorated. I was very satisfied with my stay and it was great value for money. I would definitely come again! The receptionist was very friendly and attentive – a big thumbs up! Parking was convenient, and there was a shopping center next door, making dining and shopping easy. The hotel also had robot food delivery, a gym, and a self-service laundry room, which were very convenient. They even gave me chrysanthemum tea when I checked out – a thoughtful touch!

On the second day of May Day, we traveled from Ji'an, Jiangxi to Fuzhou and then to Yunmeng. It was already 1 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel. The lady at the front desk said that we were the last guests tonight and upgraded us to the presidential suite. It was so considerate! The room is super large and comfortable, and full of details. Breakfast is on the second floor and is very rich! When we left, it was raining☔️The lady at the front desk would help hold the hotel’s big umbrella and deliver it to our car👏👏👏

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops just around the corner. A large Mao statue directly in front of the hotel is also a distinctive local landmark. We were travelling by bicycle and were allowed to leave our bikes safely in the lobby, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered good value for money. When we first entered, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. We informed the staff, and they responded immediately by spraying an air freshener in the room. We really appreciated how quickly they reacted, and the smell improved afterwards. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and although communication in English was limited, everyone was patient and genuinely tried to help whenever needed. We had an enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.
