"A truly perfect stay! First and foremost, I'd like to thank our butler Amy for thoughtfully arranging our room type to meet our needs – we were extremely satisfied! The room was spacious and quiet with an excellent view. From the welcome gifts to the goodnight gifts and even the departure souvenirs, everything was delightful. The toiletries were good, and the exquisite and thoughtful refreshments greatly enhanced our experience. Breakfast wasn't particularly amazing but was decent. They even deliver takeout directly to your room. You can take a shuttle bus to every shop/post. Feeding the fish and swans was a lot of fun. The complimentary hot spring tickets were also great – very relaxing and rejuvenating. We were a bit rushed this time due to other commitments, but we'll definitely come back if we get the chance!"

"Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped. We booked a twin room and came to Yangzhou with our child. The front desk even proactively told us we could push the beds together.
Cleanliness: Excellent cleanliness, one of the best for a hotel in this price range. There's also a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes, which is super important given the weather in Yangzhou.
Environment: Good sound insulation, and the double curtains offer both privacy and light. There's also a small table in the room. Picture 2 shows us eating Yangzhou duck on the hotel's small table. We also ordered takeout, and they delivered it directly to our room, which we really appreciate 💕. The background of picture 3 is the bathroom. Coming out of the bathroom, there's a clothes hanging closet ➡️ mirror ➡️ clothes folding closet.
Service: Full marks for service. Although we didn't book a Hanfu photoshoot or have ice cream, we had a very pleasant stay 😋.
Additional notes: The location here is excellent. There are dim sum restaurants right outside, and it's very close to Caiyi Lane and Dongguan Street.
Another note: Don't eat at those places in Caiyi Lane that ask if you want to eat; they're terrible. We tried two places, and they were so bad 🤧. In the end, we found a pretty good 138-yuan four-person meal deal on Douyin. Although it was a high-volume place, it tasted much better than those hawkers. Picture 4 is the meal."

"First off, the service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me truly feel at home. The room had no strange odors, and I even got a free upgrade. The bedding was clean. I left some belongings behind, and they even mailed them back to me free of charge – I'm so grateful! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the old ferry crossing and Dongguan Street, with plenty of dining options. There are shared electric scooters right outside the hotel, which are much more convenient for getting to attractions than taking a taxi. There are parking spots and plenty of scooters near every attraction. It's just a few minutes to about 10 minutes by scooter to places like Heyuan, Geyuan, the Han Tombs in Tianzi, Daming Temple, and Slender West Lake."

"Traveling to Yangzhou with my mom during the off-peak season! We chose Shangri-La Yangzhou! Let me just say, it's truly the best Shangri-La I've ever stayed at! Our butler, Emma, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, even assisting us with a reservation at the Shang Palace restaurant. What I found most impressive was the hotel's breakfast; it offered a wide variety of options, a great blend of Chinese and Western dishes, and the local specialties were a pleasant surprise. I also have to commend the kind, bespectacled chef in the chef's hat who served us this morning. He was very attentive and patient with my elderly mother. My mom really enjoyed the pastries made at the restaurant, and he even packed an extra portion for us! The Huaiyang cuisine at Shang Palace is also absolutely superb! Yangzhou is a wonderful place with great food, fun activities, and beautiful sights! We'll definitely be back!"

"This is arguably the top choice for accommodation when visiting Yangzhou. It's incredibly close to most major tourist attractions, many of which are within walking distance. There are also plenty of famous, long-standing restaurants nearby. The hotel's decor is quite new, so all the facilities are very well-maintained and clean, and the soundproofing is also quite good. The service is exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. If a guest is celebrating a birthday, they even arrange a special room setup. Highly recommended!"

"Let's start with the downsides: Since the family room can accommodate three adults, there should be three sets of towels, bath towels, tooth mugs, drinking glasses, and coffee cups, not just two. Even children or teenagers need their own bath towel and tooth mug. Also, the curtain button was sometimes a bit unresponsive.
Now for the positives:
1. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can walk to the South Gate of Slender West Lake, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
2. The breakfast was good; while not exceptionally lavish, it had everything you'd expect. The coffee came from a machine and tasted great.
3. The terraces on four of the floors are a major highlight! Breakfast is on the 11th floor (top floor), and on a nice day, you can dine on the terrace, enjoying the lush forest view and a distant glimpse of the Qiling Pagoda while being shielded from the sun – a fantastic experience. You can also enjoy the night view in the evening.
4. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and in the lobby downstairs, there's a coffee machine, tea, hot water, and bottled water available."

"They say Yangzhou's moonlit nights are split, two-thirds belong to Yangzhou. This trip was truly worthwhile. From the receptionists at the door to the front desk, 5 points is the platform's limit, not the limit of their service. Especially Xiao Ji at the front desk, their service was exceptional. When we were leaving, our car window was dirty, and Xiao Ji immediately grabbed a towel and wiped it clean. Due to a tight schedule, I didn't take any photos, so here are some beautiful views of Yangzhou instead!"

"The staff attitude was amazing and their attentiveness was one of the stand out features of this hotel for me. They were so warm, friendly and helpful and I couldn't have asked for more.
The room I had was perfect for my stay. A large comfortable bed, working air-conditioning, decent shower and sizable room made my break very comfortable. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with the efficiency of the cleaning team evident from the front door to the rooms!
The location is very convenient: sandwiched between two large shopping areas, a stones throw from the canal, various restaurants nearby and about a fifteen minutes walk from the start of Dongguan street (which is fantastic by the way), I was never very far from the action of the city! In fact, you can walk to all the major Yangzhou attractions from the hotel or hire an e-bike if you have a Chinese telephone number.
The breakfast is a buffet served in the opposite Ramada Hotel, a twenty second walk away from the front desk! It is a decent spread, not the best but by far not the worst. The inclusion of breakfast in the price of the hotel made the value for money even better.
This is a very good, cost-effective hotel with excellent staff, close to everything you would want to do in Yangzhou. I'd recommend this Hidden hotel and if highly recommend the city too. Fantastic experience for budget prices."

"Every year, I take my parents to Yangzhou for a vacation, and we used to always stay at the Slender West Lake Hot Spring Resort. This time, we decided to try the Yangzhou Hotel. I spent a long time deliberating which building to choose when booking and finally settled on Building 11. Unexpectedly, it rained heavily in Yangzhou for two days, but thankfully, we chose Building 11! My parents didn't have to go outside for meals, hot spring soaks, or massages – everything was conveniently located within the building. Our garden view courtyard room had a small terrace, perfect for gentlemen who smoke. Every day, they provided a variety of beverages, snacks, and pastries. The hotel service was excellent, and they responded to issues very promptly and efficiently. My parents said they want to stay here again next year."

The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage.
Cleanliness:
The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc.
Service:
The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room.
Amenities:
The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series.
Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Dayna LeeHotel is on Pishi Street, iconic cobbled stones street that is for shopping and photo taking. Hotel staff called the day before checking in, and pulled us into a wechat group that tells us the landmark to take car to, what to do if we drive, and some recommendations for food if we need. They also ask if we have a ETA so that they know and are ready for us.
When we reached, their staff brought me to my room, helped me carry my box luggage up to the 2nd floor of the side alley. He helped me set up the aircon (it was originally set to heater mode) and also set up wifi. There is water provided in the fridge at lobby. Apparently the lobby will be locked after 10.30pm and have to access from small side glass door by keycard. Cute and furry cats in the lobby.
They provided fruits on the 1st day of stay. Place is convenient and very clean. They provided facial products and even eye masks. Very well put together place and totally justify the price you pay. We just have to wechat them and they will immediately respond. Upon check out, the girl at the counter helped me bring down my heavy luggage again.
I had some issues with the lock of the door the 2nd day and they immediately rectified it, and also switched me to a next door room. Thank you to the young chap and young girl at lobby for all the helpful help.

Ancient pines lean against floor-to-ceiling windows, while lotus-scented breezes ripple across the pond, and a gentle mist drifts around pavilions, dispelling the summer's intensity. The family room we booked was quite good, spacious and clean! The only downside was a slight smell of smoke coming from the exhaust fan. All the facilities at this Orange Hotel are very new, and the public lounge area is large, with complimentary coffee and orange-infused water, which is a thoughtful touch!

Guest UserOn my way to college, I was lucky enough to rest in such a poetic and warm place. From the quaint décor to the cozy lighting, it’s all delightful. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and soft, and it is equipped with a dehumidifier. It can also be easily stayed by people from the north, which allowed me to get a full rest during the tiring journey.
The service at the inn is impeccable. Everyone was warm and friendly. Having just said goodbye to my family, I felt the warmth of home again.
In addition, the surrounding environment of the inn is also very beautiful, with both quiet alleys and convenient commercial streets.
All in all, this inn was a highlight of my trip and I would recommend it to my friends without hesitation.

When we got off the taxi, a staff member came out to carry our luggage. When we left, there were staff members who opened the door and carried our luggage for us. It was really the service standard of a 5-star hotel.
The hotel facilities are quite new. There are free smart washing machines that automatically add detergent and so on, which is very convenient. The room is not particularly big but the space is well utilized and very comfortable. What's also impressive is that the hot water comes out very quickly and the water temperature is very stable.
We have been traveling for more than three months, and this is really the most satisfying accommodation experience.

The lobby manager, butler, and staff made me feel right at home, offering a wonderful blend of hospitality and freedom. Located right by Slender West Lake, the hotel had everything for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. The most pleasant surprise was the metasilicic acid hot spring – its skin-rejuvenating effects were amazing and left me feeling nourished and radiant. A must-try!

The door lock of the original room was a bit problematic, and the boss directly changed us to a more spacious one. Since it is an ancient building renovation, the facilities will be relatively old.
The location is super good, just turn a corner to Dongguan Street Food Street, parking in Dongguan Street ground parking lot is very convenient!
The service is also super good, the price of 200+ is free hot springs, drink coupons, and Hanfu photo experience. Not only is pet-friendly and free cleaning fee, but also free medical examination for pets is provided. But because of the conflict of time schedule, we finally experienced hot springs. Since the hot spring is experienced in another homestay (more than 600 meters away), the boss also borrowed the battery car from us, which was too touching. All in all, it is a great value experience.

Bring your family to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, and experience the beauty of Yangzhou in March of fireworks! When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!
