The front desk staff is also very good. There is a pre-stay consultation. When the room is opened, I also sent breakfast for free. I have been sorry after I reported the noisy problem (actually not their problem). When I changed the room, I also helped me with my luggage.

"The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. The sound of the staff walking and talking in the corridor outside the door can be heard very clearly in the room. It is easy to be awakened by shallow sleep at night.
The hotel's mattress has no support at all, resulting in a collapse of the waist. I slept until midnight and woke up with a pain in my back. I had to lie on my side to sleep more comfortably.
There are no other shortcomings, the front desk service attitude is also very good and gentle, but the two fatal injuries really can't sleep well! !"

"Hygiene: Overall acceptable, except for a water bottle I left on the first day that fell under the sofa and wasn't cleaned up the next day; it was visible as soon as I opened the door when I returned in the evening.

When you need something and find it missing, you have to call to ask again.
