"First time in Yuncheng, and Novotel pleasantly surprised us! The front desk, restaurant, and room service were all excellent. Check-in was super quick. We booked two rooms, and they kindly arranged for them to be next to each other. They even gave us lots of snacks and fruit. It was Labor Day, so the hotel was really busy, but they opened an extra restaurant for breakfast during peak hours, which was great. The service there was just as good, showing their excellent contingency planning for busy times. Our rooms were cleaned promptly every day, and they replenished the 6 bottles of mineral water without fail. A very satisfying trip overall!"

"It is hard to understand how a hotel can have so many problems in two nights, power outage at 10pm + changing four rooms + excavator downstairs at 11pm + crazy knocking on the door while I was sleeping soundly and listening to the male supervisor apologize 1The air conditioner in the first room was a bit noisy, so I changed to the second room 2 The hotel lost power at around 10pm that night and it was completely dark. There was no emergency lighting and no one notified what had happened. 3. I woke up the next morning and found that there was no cover on the bathroom window. The whole room was bright and I couldn't sleep at all. 4 I changed to a third room because I hired a car and was not in the hotel for a day. I left my luggage in the room and left. When I came back and opened the door, the room smelled like a public toilet. 5 changed to the fourth room…The excavator started working downstairs at around 11 o'clock. I'm impressed... I've never seen a large machine working in a city center at 11pm. I was going to change the fifth room, but after a while, the quarrel between other communities and excavators ended. 6I thought the disaster would be over after I checked out the next day. Who would have thought that a male supervisor would knock on my door frantically at around nine in the morning to apologize to me when I was fast asleep. No one paid any attention to him and he kept knocking on the door. What kind of new type of boss is this? ? No matter whether the customer is resting or not, as long as you want to apologize, it doesn’t matter what time it is? ? Is it polite for a man to knock on a woman's door frantically, either at night or in the morning? ? Three stars because the general manager finally came to apologize and refunded the room fee, but the first thing he said to me was that there was construction going on next door to the hotel. Construction next door to the hotel is the least of your problems. I don't know how the employees report the situation. The hotel staff was very nice throughout the whole process and actively changed rooms, but there was no apology or compensation. We changed four rooms but no one offered to help us upgrade the room or anything like that. When I was about to change to the fifth room and I was already very dissatisfied, they said they would give me a fruit plate so that I would not give a bad review... After knowing that I would definitely describe the room truthfully, they knocked on the door frantically early in the morning... What an incredible way to handle the problem."

This is the most satisfying B&B on my trip to China. The location is very close to the bus station - very convenient to catch a bus. There are night markets and restaurants nearby - no shortage of good food. The B&B is very clean, hygienic and novel, with good internet and all facilities. The boss’s WeChat messages are all answered and processed, the service is great! Very satisfied; if you really have to choose: there are too few clothes hooks in the room, and there are not enough hanging clothes and towels for two people. . .

During our trip to Shanxi, we had the opportunity to stay at Home Inn Neo (Walmart Plaza, Hedong East Street, Xueyuan Road, Yuncheng) in Yuncheng. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had an extraordinary experience. As soon as I checked in at noon on January 25, I was warmly received by the front desk staff. The introduction was clear, the explanation was concise, and the processing was quick. We were deeply moved when they saw that there were children among us and they asked us about our concerns and helped us enthusiastically. It really feels like home, right at home. Entering the hotel makes you feel suddenly enlightened. The hotel is overall clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and all kinds of supplies are well placed. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The floor cleaners are hospitable and polite. There is a parking space, and there is someone in charge who is responsible. All staff members were courteous to guests, and when I left the hotel on the 29th, I received greetings and blessings from the front desk staff. The Home Inn brand represents the effect of being at home and the feeling of being at home.

The hotel is newly opened, the service attitude is good, the room is clean and tidy, the mattress and pillow are very comfortable, the hot water comes out quickly and in large quantities, and Xiaodu smart switches the curtains and TV. The breakfast tasted good. A little bit of decoration. The price/performance ratio is very high, and it is highly recommended to stay. By the way, I would like to recommend the big plate chicken with noodles opposite the hotel. The portion is large and the taste is good. The noodles are chewy and you will never forget it after trying it.

I've stayed at several Atour hotels, and I have to complain about this one. 1. Parking is inconvenient. The parking lot is located in a narrow alley next to the main entrance. The alley is already narrow, and with food carts on both sides and people selling food from electric scooters parked in front of them, it's even narrower. Although it's relatively short, it's really difficult to drive through. 2. Because our car is quite wide, we specifically selected parking when booking, but when we arrived at the hotel around 8:10 PM, we found out the parking lot was full. No one had called to inform us beforehand. 3. The front desk staff seemed listless and unhelpful. 4. After arriving at the hotel, I got out of the car to ask the front desk for parking directions. The hotel is located in the center of Xinyi Old Town. The location is very, very good. From here, you can see all the ancient Jianlongxing Temple, Zhangzhou Department, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Lelou, Chenghuang Temple, Sanguan Temple, and Confucian Temple. There are many restaurants with local characteristics around. We ate Shanxi hot pot in Huolala, and we waited for more than an hour to eat 😂. There is a dedicated parking lot in the backyard of the hotel. Free parking is too powerful, the service is very thoughtful, clean and tidy. The only downside is that the equipment is a bit old.
