Design: Every floor, room, and facility offers a view, thanks to the extensive use of large glass panels. Even if you book a standard room, your view won't be compromised. Service: While there was an initial unpleasant incident, the hotel manager resolved my concerns perfectly, and we received appropriate service afterward. Considering that the hotel is still new, it seems the staff haven't yet received professional training (though their attitude was very good, and they weren't impatient, which is commendable). There also seemed to be a shortage of cleaning staff, which is understandable. I hope the hotel strengthens its professional training in the future to elevate its service. Summary: If you're visiting Huajiang Grand Bridge, you absolutely must book this hotel for the most spectacular views. I also recommend booking dinner directly with them, as there aren't many good dining options nearby besides KFC, Luckin Coffee, and a bubble tea shop. Their dinner desserts are truly excellent; having tried desserts at many five-star hotels, theirs definitely rank in my top three."
