"Fantastic location, right at the west entrance of Xijin Ferry Scenic Area. It's super easy to get to by taxi. You've got Chunshunhe right next door, Feiquan is right next to that, and Yong'an is just across the street diagonally. The room facilities are complete, and the mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary. The air conditioning works great too. The service was excellent all around; they confirmed my booking in advance and even gave clear directions. The front desk staff also recommended some really good local food. The room itself has a lovely antique charm. However, there's no elevator, which was fine for a second-floor room. The little shop downstairs sells trinkets, but the constant 'clucking' of the chickens was a bit annoying for my travel companion. I'd definitely stay here again next time – highly recommend it!"

"The high-speed rail station has two exits: North and South. The hotel's directions were for the North exit. I came out of the South exit and went a long way around unnecessarily (because there were only up escalators, and if you went the wrong way, you had to go back down stairs, plus the elevator was under maintenance). I called the front desk twice before realizing I needed to look for the North Plaza sign to exit. The lady at the front desk the next day was very kind; after her shift, she even walked me to the South entrance since I had a lot of luggage."

"This hotel has a lovely modern Chinese aesthetic, complete with a tea set in the room. The window offers a great open view, and the whole room is smart-controlled. The bedding is soft and clean, and the hygiene is impeccable. [Smile] The front desk service was gentle and attentive, and the location is excellent, right next to Suning Plaza, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. Overall, it's fantastic value for money. If you're visiting Zhenjiang, choosing this place is a no-brainer!"

"The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very enthusiastic, and they upgraded the room type for free. They also prepared slippers and fruits for the children. I will choose Ji Hotel next time I come to Zhenjiang"

"The location is super convenient, right across from the High-Speed Rail Station in Wanda Plaza. Plus, it's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride to all the main attractions. The ladies at the front desk were so cheerful and even recommended places to eat and things to do. And the hygiene was spotless!"

"True to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel, the lobby is grand and opulent, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff are diligent, responsible, and enthusiastic. The breakfast offers a rich and varied selection of local specialties, and the pool is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The transportation is incredibly convenient: it's right next to Wanda Plaza and Changfa Plaza, offering a plethora of dining and entertainment options. Zhenjiang Railway Station is just an 800-meter walk away, making travel a breeze. The ”Three Mountains and One Crossing” scenic area is also within a 3-kilometer radius. Great for fun, food, and shopping – I'll definitely stay at the Sheraton again next time!"

"The room location was excellent, on the 69th floor, offering great views and quiet. The front desk staff were very polite. There was a minor issue at night where the LED strip lights wouldn't turn off, but maintenance responded very quickly. The room size, cleanliness, food, parking, and elevators were all fine. If this were a 5-star hotel, my personal dissatisfactions would be: the electric kettle was placed on the lowest shelf in the cabinet, practically on the floor, requiring a squat and bend to find it; there was only one box of tissues, located in the bathroom, with small, ultra-thin, and easily breakable tissues, which was inconvenient; there was no bath mat in the bathroom, and no razor (which might need to be requested from the front desk); and the slippers were of average quality."

The Crowne Plaza Zhenjiang Zhaowei was definitely the best accommodation choice for this trip, making our family vacation absolutely perfect! 🏨 River View Room | Open the window to the Yangtze River, spacious and comfortable. The room was incredibly large, with an open and airy layout. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of the majestic Yangtze River. Waking up to a misty river and watching the sunset over the water perfectly echoed the grandeur of ”Jingkou and Guazhou, separated by a strip of water.” The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities were new and clean, ensuring a very comfortable stay. 🥢 Delicious Breakfast | A fusion of Chinese and Western, suitable for all ages. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. For Chinese options, there were local specialties like Zhenjiang pot-lid noodles and preserved pork. Western options included a full range of bread, pastries, and coffee. The ingredients were fresh, and the food tasted great, so both the elderly and children could find something they loved, starting the day off energized. 🧸 Kids' Club | Well-equipped, freeing up parents. The hotel's own kids' club was clean and tidy, with a variety of fun play facilities and excellent safety measures. Children had a blast playing here, allowing parents to relax and enjoy a stress-free trip with kids. 💖 Excellent Service | Manager Nancy was thoughtful and attentive. Special thanks to Manager Nancy, whose service was meticulous, warm, and personalized. She proactively communicated our needs before check-in and followed up attentively throughout our stay, responding to any issues immediately. Her professionalism and warmth were evident in every detail, making our whole family feel incredibly well taken care of. 📍 Superb Location | Convenient for exploring Zhenjiang. The hotel is located by the Yangtze River, close to major attractions like Beigu Mountain, Jinshan Temple, and Xijindu Ancient Street, all within walking distance or a short drive. Transportation was convenient, whether driving or taking a taxi, making it easy to visit all ”Three Mountains and One Ferry Crossing.”"

"We visited Zhenjiang with our kids this summer and decided to stay at Hampton again. The hotel is a bit far from Zhenjiang city center, but it's very convenient if you're driving, and there's ample parking available. On the morning of our check-in day, a friendly staff member from the front desk called to ask about our estimated arrival time. They thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning in advance, so when we checked in that evening, the room was pleasantly cool. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. When checking in with kids, they specially provided children's toothbrushes and slippers. At check-out, they even gave us small toys. Their service was truly attentive. Compared to other Hampton hotels we've stayed at, the room wasn't very spacious. With two 1.35-meter beds, it felt a little cramped. However, the bedding was just the right firmness, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The lobby was spacious and bright. The entire first floor featured a small bar/cafe and a lounge area where you could order drinks. We even saw some guests playing poker there. The buffet breakfast is also on the first floor, offering a good selection of both Chinese and Western dishes to suit individual tastes. Although the restaurant was busy during breakfast hours, items were replenished quite quickly."
