The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and even though I left two things behind in a hurry, they found them and sent them back. A very good hotel with excellent staff; I would definitely stay here again. 😊

The soundproofing is really bad. Someone checked into the next room late at night, and I could hear every footstep inside their room clearly. The sound of their shower was as if it was right next to me. In the morning, the hallway cleaning was also very noisy… The tea eggs at breakfast were spoiled, and the fruit was unripe and super sour. Maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to taste, but I wouldn't dare say.

Fantastic location, right at the west entrance of Xijin Ferry Scenic Area. It's super easy to get to by taxi. You've got Chunshunhe right next door, Feiquan is right next to that, and Yong'an is just across the street diagonally. The room facilities are complete, and the mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary. The air conditioning works great too. The service was excellent all around; they confirmed my booking in advance and even gave clear directions. The front desk staff also recommended some really good local food. The room itself has a lovely antique charm. However, there's no elevator, which was fine for a second-floor room. The little shop downstairs sells trinkets, but the constant 'clucking' of the chickens was a bit annoying for my travel companion. I'd definitely stay here again next time – highly recommend it!

Despite our late arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room and provided complimentary warm milk to help us sleep. The room itself was very comfortable, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the service staff were courteous and attentive. In the afternoon, the front desk proactively offered us a complimentary late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience!

Really want to call me crazy at the Shuguang Hotel I just stayed in! As soon as I entered the lobby, the atmospheric decoration style attracted me. It was full of high-end sense and the layout was very festive, suitable for taking pictures and punching in! From the front desk to the cleaning, everyone is smiling, especially the front desk Xiao Zhang makes me feel very warm. I also sent a small snack intimately, super love. The hotel's supporting facilities are also very complete, self-service laundry and robots to send things into the room, we ordered takeaway, and soon sent it over! ! The hotel is right next to Xinhu Lake and has a great environment. The front desk staff are always very enthusiastic. When I made a small mistake, the beautiful staff kept saying hello and apologizing and gave me many small gifts. I felt embarrassed. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, and the pufferfish is delicious. By the way, the toiletries are all from the Herborist series, and the quality of Jinling is really good.

Facilities: The overall decor is simple; it was reportedly formerly a staff apartment complex before being converted into a hotel. While not luxurious, the details are quite thoughtful. Service: The front desk staff were very warm and attentive. However, the security guard on night duty was rude. Around 10 PM, I called the front desk to inform them that my Ctrip welcome fruit hadn't arrived, and they immediately agreed to send it. However, when the security guard delivered the fruit, he first asked me in a harsh tone if no one had actually delivered fruit before giving it to me. It made me feel like I was trying to take advantage, which was really uncomfortable. Whether I asked for extra fruit or not, the front desk could easily check. It was clearly the hotel's oversight, yet they suspected the customer of trying to take advantage? It was truly unpleasant! The fruit that finally arrived was also not fresh; some parts were rotten. Environment: The location is rather remote. There's a decent local restaurant about 500 meters away. There's a park nearby with activities on Mid-Autumn Festival evening, featuring lots of drumming and music. However, the hotel's soundproofing is poor, which greatly affected my sleep. Fortunately, the activities ended around 9 PM and didn't disrupt my rest. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent because just next to famous sightseeing, Xijing Ferry. The staffs of receptionist were all helpful, nice & would like to provide us valuable tourist information. Also, we requested room with view. Then they really gave us a room that could see the Former British Consultate. So good! Big thanks!

Hotel us very good. This is my second time for business trip. I liked this hotel. Reception people was very caring and nice. Hot has very nice breakfast Europe and asian style. Hotel has free coffee at reception if you want. Walking distance some electronic mall and 2-3 min by car metro station.
