"Everything are good in this hotel , we have 2 room feels very good at all. But the guy in the gym is so mean, to my 17 and 18 years old kids, he came up to them for no reason, make them feel they are stranger not in hotel guest, ask them ” what are you doing here ? ?
He is so rude and less educated , this is reason i give 1 star, pls ask him do not scare in house guest if they looks young enough!!!"

"The room was fairly standard, clean and simple, suitable for business travelers. There was no mini-fridge, and the bathroom was also quite basic but had excellent water pressure. I was on the fifth floor.
The breakfast was indeed quite substantial, though they were a bit slow to refill dishes later on. It was predominantly Chinese-style.
The hotel's location is great. It's about 2 km from Xishi's Hometown, which is a pleasant 30-minute stroll back after an evening boat tour. Shanxia Lake is roughly 18-19 km away (a 30-minute drive), and Wuxie Scenic Area is 9 km away (15 minutes). The train station is also a convenient 10-15 minute drive.
For lunch, I tried the set meal at the hotel's Qianjing Building restaurant. The portions were generous and offered great value. Overall, Zhuji's dining scene seems very budget-friendly, catering well to the average consumer.
Upon checkout, I even received a small, complimentary brooch as a gift."

"A Great Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhuji!
I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Zhuji with my two kids, and it turned out to be such a warm and wonderful experience.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel right at home. When my phone couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, they patiently helped me get it sorted out quickly. They also recommended some amazing local snacks in Zhuji, which was really thoughtful.
What made our stay even more special was the breakfast the next morning—we got to try the famous Xishi Tofu! It was so delicious and interesting to taste this local delicacy, especially since I learned that Xishi is one of the Four Great Beauties in ancient Chinese history.
Both the room and the lobby were spotlessly clean. The lobby was spacious, and there was a claw machine that my kids loved—they played there for ages and had a blast.
All in all, this is a fantastic hotel that I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Zhuji. We had a great time and will surely come back!"

And when we came downstairs to change it, he tried to charge us 200 rmb for the queen bed room. Spent about 15 min of arguing to get what we paid for. Apart that, really nice hotel"

"I arrived late at night, and there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait a while before someone came to check me in. It was a bit of a hassle to finally get into the room. The facilities in the room were quite basic, but considering the price, it was acceptable. What I couldn't accept was finding hair on the bed. Did they not change the sheets, or were they not cleaned properly? Overall, I wasn't very satisfied with this stay, though I guess the price was cheap."

There is a wonderful courtyard outside the room, with trees, rockery, flowers, and running water. The environment is so beautiful! Standing on the balcony, you can also overlook the city of Zhuji. Both the near and far views are superb! There is also an art gallery on the first floor. You can enjoy the paintings of painters for free when staying in the hotel. It is worthy of being an art hotel! The room is also spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast of the hotel is rich, exquisite and delicious. It is really worth the money to stay in the hotel. I hope to stay again next time.

I am very satisfied with this trip as a whole!
First of all, the room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a tatami tea room, a large balcony, a bathtub, a foot bath bucket, a shower room, a smart toilet, a Dyson hair dryer, etc. Welcome fruits are specially prepared, and hygiene is also very important. There are disposable bath bags and disposable toilet mats for bathing. There are steam eye masks on the bedside table that can be used. This is the first time I have seen a hotel provide 1.5L×2 bottles of mineral water, which is very considerate overall!
The room faces east, and you can see the sunrise in the room in the morning, and you can see the sunset when you come to the top of the mountain in the evening. The hotel also has many entertainment facilities, including KTV, swimming pools, hot springs, chess and card rooms, fishing, and picking.
The daily breakfast is also very rich, with three choices of staple food + nutritious meals. If you need to order lunch and dinner, you need to book one day in advance. The dishes are all grown by the hotel, super fresh and delicious!
Bringing a dog to stay here requires an additional 200 yuan pet cleaning fee. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you will receive a dog check-in gift package, which contains a urine pad, toys, and wet wipes. The kitchen will also prepare fresh food for the dog every day. The service is really good!
I especially like the housekeeper Xiao Luo. The service is very good, the reply to the message is very timely, and the shuttle bus will take us back and forth between the lobby and the tree house every day.
On the day of leaving the hotel, I also received a large bag of souvenirs prepared by the hotel, which are all home-grown vegetables~
I have recommended it to my friends around me, and I will come again when I have time next time!

At the entrance of the car to the lobby, the waiter came forward to help carry the bag and drag the suitcase. The front desk clerk Panda (WeChat name) also warmly received. In order to facilitate our elderly people to enter and exit, we also gave the room upgrade. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the room attendants can greet each other with a smile. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and waters. Sitting on the balcony, you can not only enjoy the lush mountains and forests in front of you, but also look down and see the stream rushing by. The other side of the stream is the hotel's different shapes and different characteristics of tree houses, squirrel houses, aromatherapy zi houses and other rooms, giving people a novel feeling. The hotel is full of rural atmosphere, chicken, duck, goose, sheep, peacocks, rabbits and other cute pets are more attractive to children.

ZZJ96The hotel is around Wanda plaza which is ok for shopping and having some food besides Wanda there was no other interesting places in the vicinity but city center is 3 or 4 KM away from the Hotel . The staff knew how to register foreigners there and did not ask many annoying questions which was good . my overall impression is ok .

MMichael SpielmannThe location of the hotel is ok, nevertheless need to walk a while to find some restaurant area. The Gym is extraordinary big and the indoor pool is good for Real swimming, too. Late check out was possible without problems, too The breakfast area was not nicely cleaned up, so when we came at 9:00 most tables were not clean and chairs were blocking most ways. Definitely something to be easily improved.

The hotel has a large parking lot, which was very convenient since we drove. Most importantly, the front desk attendant provided excellent service, patiently explaining everything we asked about. Since it was our first time visiting Zhuji, we really have to commend her!
