"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It's conveniently located right across from Wanda Plaza, making dining out super easy. There's an underground parking lot, which is great for getting around and exploring the area. It's also not far from Haidai Tower and the Liuli Museum. Plus, there are a few excellent, non-viral BBQ spots nearby that are delicious and affordable per person."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money. **Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped. **Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this last-minute booking. The front desk staff was efficient and kind, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The parking lot is huge, so parking was never an issue. The surrounding area has great amenities, with restaurants right downstairs, and it's just a 15-minute walk to Badaju. Fantastic value for money!"

"The front desk staff, including Chia, Kevin, and Kiliy, were all very enthusiastic, and the supervisor (whose name I didn't catch) was also incredibly hospitable. The lobby is beautiful, offering free hot cocoa, yuzu honey tea, and lemonade, and there's even a robot! The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beautiful Haidai Building. The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. As it's a new hotel, there was a slight scent, but to my pleasant surprise, they had prepared two air purifiers for me, which I really appreciated! Breakfast was also good; if the noodles had been in chicken broth, it would have been even better. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money."

Public areas were consistently kept clean and tidy, and the environmental hygiene was maintained exceptionally well, making our stay very comfortable and reassuring. The surrounding amenities are comprehensive, making travel convenient; dining, shopping, and transportation were all easily accessible, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. Any small issues we encountered during our stay were immediately addressed and patiently resolved by the staff. Their service attitude was sincere and responsible, without any perfunctory responses. Overall, the hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the service was excellent, meeting all the needs of a family trip. When traveling with children, hygiene, quietness, safety, and service are paramount, and this hotel delivered on all fronts, offering incredible value for money. This stay was incredibly comfortable and reassuring, a truly satisfying accommodation experience. We will definitely choose to stay here again for our next family trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all families traveling with children!"

"This was my second visit to Zibo, and this time the stay was exceptionally good, exceeding my expectations, so it definitely deserves a full score. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Eight Bureaus area, making dining and getting around very convenient. On the first day, the evening shift front desk attendant was incredibly patient and thorough. When she learned we needed two rooms on the same floor, she proactively upgraded one of our rooms. The staff were all polite and gentle, and any requests we had were addressed promptly. The room was spacious, clean, and free of any strange odors. The bedding was fluffy and comfortable against the skin, and there was a refrigerator and a safe. For such an affordable price, the value for money was absolutely outstanding! We changed our plans for the next day and extended our stay for another night. A big thank you to the lovely manager, employee ID 202, who not only arranged our extended stay in the original room but also gave my daughter a beautiful bracelet. Hospitable Shandong truly makes you feel at home with such thoughtful details. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Zibo."

"Moshang Qingya Hotel, just like its name, is tasteful, cultured, and very artistic – I absolutely love it! It's a newly opened hotel with a Song Dynasty-inspired decor. The service is incredibly warm and attentive. Breakfast is extensive, and they even offer supper. They also gave us a complimentary souvenir. Parking is convenient, making it a top choice for road trips. The location is excellent, with serene surroundings. Plus, there's a fantastic barbecue place nearby called Lao Zheng Jia BBQ. I'd highly recommend it to friends; Moshang Qingya is definitely my first choice when traveling."

Although there are no USB ports in the room, plugs are provided. The room is clean and the bedding is clean and comfortable. It is cost-effective."

"The room facilities are simple and elegant, and Xiaodu can open and close the curtains while singing. When we arrived at around 11pm, the front desk warmly welcomed us. I wanted to do laundry at night, and the patrolman saw the clothes on display, washed them, dried them, and delivered them to the door of the room. I am very grateful to the patrolman😊 Our check out was also very easy. The breakfast is also very rich, with wonton noodles, pancakes with green onions, shrimp paste eggs, which are super delicious, and the freshly ground coffee is also very fragrant."
