The house is located in a quiet location. It stands on a 475 sqm plot with a terrace. There are garden furniture and 2 deckchairs. A parking space is located in the turnaround or Wendenhammer Street ports. The house can only be reached via a footpath. The house has an idyllic location and 90 square meters. Dogs are welcome.The Baltic Sea and the beach is easily accessible on foot. The beach is about 900 meters away. Also about 900 meters away is the "Damper Promenade". There are also a bakery, an Edeka and the Baltic Sea restaurant.The house has just been renovated. It has a new, high quality and modern equipment.
