"The hotel has a good environment and the rooms are large. The front desk helped to upgrade the room type. Breakfast can be bought by yourself, there are many varieties, and the taste is OK. The only downside is that I don't know where the water leaks at the door of the twin room. I was afraid that I would slip and find the front desk when I went to the toilet at night and gave me an extra pad. The bathtub was not used the night before, and the next day the toilet was full of water and foam. I don't know where the water leaked again. Staff service attitude is OK."

"I had a very hard time due to the smell of cigarettes in the hallways and elevators. However, I am very grateful to the kind front desk staff who resolved the payment issue I had during check-in without getting annoyed. "This was the second Vienna International Hotel we stayed at during our road trip in Henan. It was as good as always. The room had a view of the Taihang Mountains, and they even gave us a box of fruit upon check-in. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the shower was very comfortable. There's underground parking, which is convenient for those driving. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am, which is great for people who want to avoid the crowds and go to attractions early. However, there are many tour groups, so breakfast can be a bit crowded, and you might have to share a table."

"The room was spacious enough and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff, especially the young gentlemen and ladies, assigned us a room with an amazing view! The restaurant had a beautiful ambiance, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options – excellent value for money! It's conveniently located for sightseeing with easy parking and access to transportation. Truly a quiet retreat in a bustling area! Definitely a five-star rating! "We came down to Linzhou City for the Eight Thousand Gorges tour and booked accommodation. It was a trip with two sisters and a baby over two years old. Since we had a baby, we needed a slightly larger room. Most hotels on Trip.com stated that adding a baby crib was not possible, so I searched mainly for accommodations with one large bed and one single bed, which is how I found this place and booked it. The room was spacious, and there were many animal dolls and building blocks, so the baby loved it as soon as they saw them! Usually, they would get bored and ask me to play, but they played well by themselves, calling out animal names like ”You're the Daddy Whale, You're the Baby Whale!” which made things much easier. Since they are still young, I had never booked a kids' accommodation before, but this experience made me think I should consider them in the future. The air conditioning was very cool, and the bedding was nice. There were no rooms downstairs, so it was great for the baby to run around and play. However, for some reason, I kept smelling cigarette smoke coming in from somewhere while trying to sleep. I don't know exactly where it was coming from, but that was the only slightly inconvenient thing. It wasn't coming from the bathroom area, though. I'm not really sure, though I wonder if it's coming in through the air conditioner's outdoor unit 😭 I stayed for two nights, and the smell was only present for about an hour during that time. Since it doesn't happen constantly, I just let it slide. The staff are very kind; they always greet you when you enter and leave :)"

Facilities: The water temperature is low, the water is not hot if you wash your hair, and the water temperature will be lower when the people live with more water. The floor drain is a bit offensive. The socket of the kettle is on the side, not obvious, it is recommended to put a sign. It is recommended to put a piece of soap in the room, which is more friendly for oily skin and people who don't like shower gel. And for a larger hotel, soap is standard. There are no plastic slippers. If you take a bath, you need bare feet. If your feet are slippery, it is more dangerous. It is recommended to match them. Sound insulation is good, the mattress is comfortable, the bedding is comfortable, if the above is improved, it will be better!"

"I forgot to take pictures, but I have to give this place a 5-star review. The value for money is just incredible. The hotel is in a great location near Linzhou People's Park and has its own parking lot, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. The facilities are very new. We even got a room upgrade on Qingming Festival, which included a small living room and a separate walk-in closet – we were really pleased with that. The living room also had a tea table and an incense burner; lighting some sandalwood incense really helped me sleep soundly. The toilet, shower, and sink are all separate, and the electric kettle, towels, and bath towels were all new and felt very safe to use. The toiletries were custom-made with a cypress scent, which was lovely. The cleanliness was excellent for a hotel. Breakfast was generous, with a good variety of fruits. It's a hotel with a Chinese aesthetic, and I loved that each item, like the toothbrushes, combs, and amenity kits, had a poem printed on it."
