"Our two-night stay was fine, and we didn't have any specific issues with the room. The only minor point was that in the twin room, the space between the beds felt a bit too narrow. Please note that the dryer is out of order."

"A satisfying hotel with an impeccable location. It can be said that it is in the center of the scenic area. When you go out, you will see pleasant scenery. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel architecture is integrated with the style of the city. It should be a place with history and stories, but it must have been rebuilt after the war. The hotel has a certain scale. Although the floor is not high, it looks like it has a certain area. The facilities such as bars, shops and gyms are complete. The lobby is not small, and the breakfast is quite rich. The room I booked is cheap, so there is no view, but the room is quite large, the bed is also large and soft, but the pillow is a bit thin and soft. The room also has a refrigerator, coffee machine, and slippers, which is really good. The price is not too high, the cost performance is super good, and it is highly recommended."

"Room was very dusty. Like not used in recent days. Corners of the room, desk under TV and the desk in the bathroom had some very old stains. Toilet seat had yellow stains from urine. If we were to stay there longer than one night it would not be acceptable."

"We spent a night in this hotel. It is very new and clean. The location right at the Elbe is excellent to visit the city centre of Dresden . On foot you are there in half an hour along the Elbe, but also a tram brings a quick to the city centre. Directly before the door is a stop. Breakfast was varied and very good. The breakfast room was a little overfyldd because there were very many guests at the hotel. However, we felt very well and can only recommend this hotel.  We arrived by car and found a free parking place compared to the hotel in the old carpool. "

GGuest UserWithin walking distance of a great shopping street and about 25 minutes walk from the castle and lovely architecture. Staff were helpful and check in was smooth. Had to go down to reception to borrow a kettle and a mug as they don’t put them in rooms, apparently had many incidents of guests stealing the kettles? Aside from that, very convenient and sparkling clean. Heaters were very warm and beds were comfy.

Ssalvalasilvia The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍

GGuest UserWe had a good night's rest at this hotel. It has a great location and new rooms with a good floor plan. This hotel was within 100 m of the Kreuzkirche Dresden so we were able to start our exploration of Dresden as soon as we got parked. The hotel's location is within 15 minutes walking distance of most of Dresden's main attractions that are south of the river and the good public transit in Dresden makes the city very easy to see lots.
The room was nicely appointed with blackout curtains, a chair that transforms into a bed, a desk with a chair, large TV, coffee/tea station and some good lighting. The only complaint we had about the room was that the air conditioning was not strong enough during our stay but we had a pretty good night's sleep at this quiet hotel. I thought the bed was comfy and pretty standard to Premier Inn but my wife found the mattress to be too soft for her.
The bathroom was nice and large with plenty of counter space and a large shower stall. There is this purple light you can turn on at night too so you don't disturb your partner which helps because it is a frosted glass door. It is very easy to get hot water in the faucet and shower here. The shower has an all in one body wash and the shower stall is huge compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Europe.
If you use the hotel's covered parking it costs 20 euros a night and there is covered/secured parking that costs 12-20 euros a night. We went with the uncovered parking lot that had a man there 24/7 and it was 12 euros for the night. There is a street right in front of the hotel that has no signage for parking but the front desk told us that if you park there there is a 60 Euro fine if you're caught.
We like breakfast in the morning at hotels we stay at in Europe but we found this one was very pricey. There are bakeries, cafes and even a McDonald's nearby that gave much better value for us.
We felt the location and price for the hotel was perfect for our time in Germany and would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dresden because there is lots to see in this city.

Special thanks to Ctrip butler Zejing. At that time, the hotel information was wrong. After receiving the feedback, Zejing took the customer's perspective and solved the problem as soon as possible instead of shirking responsibility. He also has strong business capabilities, not only promoting the problem solving but also keeping the information informed during the process. He turned a negative event into a plus point. Ctrip will be my first choice for going out in the future

There is no check-in desk, which requires you to follow the relevant check-in rules.
Online registration and you will receive a check-in code on the spot.
The location is strategic. Shops and supermarkets are plentiful.
The room is well equipped, the kitchen is fully equipped and there was a basic set of products, which was very convenient.
The bathroom is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable.
We didn't have enough time for those grandiose museums that we had planned. So we'll come again.
Absolutely recommend.

TtorinessThis apartment was in the best location - looking straight onto Frauenkirche in the old town. Amazing views and sounds (church bells and very skilled buskers) through your window. Photos on this review were taken out our window!!! Apartment was big and very clean. We had issues with getting the washing machine to work but the staff are very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again 🫶🏻

SSylkeThe accommodation is very central to the city centre. The reception lady is friendly and nice. The room was convenient and clean.
What we didn't know that refugees were located there that require security 24/7 and therefore have renounced reservation for breakfast because it came like in a youth hostel. This should be solved differently for hotel guests. Despite 24/7 Security and payment of parking fees, the car disk was shot at night, for several vehicles. In this situation, the staff was completely overloaded.

주택가에 있어서 조용함. 근처에 카페나 작은 슈퍼마켓, 식당은 없고 대형마트 한 곳이 있는데 일요일은 영업안함.
Dresden Neustadt 기차역에서 걸어서 20분정도 걸림.
주요 관광지가 모여있는 곳과 떨어져 있음.
걸어서 갈 경우 40~50분 정도 걸림.
바로 근처에 트램정류장이 있지만 트램 티켓 발권기계가 없으므로 기차역 근처나 번화가쪽에 트램노선이 많이 지나다니는 정류장에서 구매해야함.
드레스덴에서 2박 이상 머무르거나 주택가쪽에 숙소 잡고 오래 걸어다니는 거 좋아하는 사람이 아니면 여기 보다 관광지쪽에 있는 이비스 버짓 드레스덴 시티 호텔이 더 괜찮을 듯합니다.
ps. 24년 11월 10일 현재 츠빙거 궁전 공사중으로 박물관 전시만 볼 수 있고 궁전 내부 입장 불가.
