"We booked this hotel because we had an early flight from Manchester, and it was such a pleasant surprise! We arrived during a heatwave in the UK, stepping out of a stuffy, non-air-conditioned car feeling like we'd been in a sauna, into a wonderfully cool and air-conditioned hotel room. It was incredibly comfortable!"

"Customer service was terrible. Booking in process awful. Noise level in rooms is really bad if you are near a fire door as it slams shut all night in the corridor. Breakfast not great. Hotel was clean but window didn’t shut in room. No sleep"

"I needed to stay at the airport for an early flight. It was directly across from the terminal I needed and the price was great. I didn’t eat there as my flight was very early and I arrived late. The room was really nice and the bathroom was clean and modern"

"The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast as a vegan was enjoyable with our vegan sausages and soya milk. It's a bust hotel but its clean and affordable... I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay."

"The hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk (all indoors) from the arrivals section of Manchester's T2. Importantly, it is only about a 5min walk to the train station where you can take a 30min train ride into the city. The return trip for my wife and I was just under GBP16.00. Despite proximity to the airport, we didn't hear any planes at all! The rooms were modern, well furnished, bright and comfortable. The toilets were spotlessly clean and importantly the beds were very comfortable. Note that if you have a lot of luggage, there is a luggage trolley ”rental” thing right outside the doors of the hotel. BUT DON'T DO THIS! Instead, just go to the ground floor of the train station (5min walk away) and pick up a luggage trolley for free instead of paying EUR2.00 for the ”rental” of one. Check-in was not an issue and Alexandra handled the process very well despite the 'trainee' tag on her jacket. If I need to stay at an airport hotel in Manchester in the future, this is no doubt for me the one I'd book."

"Check in was dreadful! On arrival 2 members of staff behind the reception desk were staring at a screen, I assumed they were dealing with 2 ladies standing slightly to one side, but when i managed to catch one of them's eye, he asked if he could help & seemed surprised that I was waiting to check in! I ushered forward the lady waiting in front of me. When my turn arrived I gave my name and that I had a room for 2 adults & a toddler & had requested a travel cot. I had no phone signal in the hotel so could not bring up my booking. He requested that I go outside to get signal which I did. On finding my online booking confirmation I went back inside & gave him the booking reference number to which he snappily told me it was wrong. I showed him. He asked me to write down my full name on a slip of paper the he proceeded to print off details of my booking thrust it at me & asked if that was me! He insisted that I had made a booking for 2 adults & 2 children. I read the booking details directly from my phone - 2 adults, one 2 year old, travel cot required. Eventually we were allocated our room & given the key. This whole process took 25 minutes, which also then put our restaurant reservation back. Not great with a tired & hungry 2 year old! (When we did get into our room, there was no travel cot. this was supplied later.) On a positive note, a member of staff who seemed to have some supervisory/managerial capacity did apologise and gave me free parking for the night. Other than this dreadful start, all was OK, just what one would expect from a premier inn."

"5 days sight seeing visited museums and canal cruise, went to across bridge by train to Malmo visited old Castle/ museum . Good weather too."

"Hotel near Manchester Airport. Hilton hotels are always a guarantee of polite staff, but this hotel needs a renovation. It's very outdated and old-fashioned. In the room, there was no minibar, no complimentary water, no notepad, and no pen. Dinner and breakfast were good."
