"A delightful old-fashioned onsen hotel, very traditional and charming. The room was spacious, yet felt cozy and comfortable, though the hot spring itself was just average. They offer a shuttle bus service to and from Atami Station, so make sure to check the schedule. For dinner, we had the Izu splendid alfonsino dish – not a huge portion, but the flavor was exquisite. The sashimi bowl for breakfast was absolutely delicious. The Atami fireworks festival was absolutely stunning; I'd recommend it to everyone!"

"Hotel is new and location is next to train station. No kettle and tea are provided in room. Kettle has to be requested at reception. Check out is at 10am and no luggage storage for larger luggage. There is an AI supported system to help with some hotel related enquiries."

"[About the Bath, Guest Rooms, and Facilities] While there was no shower or bath in the guest room, we were able to enjoy the hot spring bath. The guest room was meticulously cleaned and very comfortable. The futon mattresses were particularly soft and fluffy, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a USB charging point and a clean toilet with a washlet, which were all thoughtful touches. [About the Meals] Dinner was a luxurious and satisfying meal, featuring a delicious unaju (grilled eel on rice). There was also a wide variety of a la carte dishes, all very reasonably priced. Breakfast was a buffet, and I enjoyed it while admiring the view from the window. [Staff Response] I made the mistake of booking the wrong date, but despite the sudden change of plans, the front desk staff welcomed me warmly and without a hint of anger. Their quick and flexible response was truly appreciated. [About Access] This time, I traveled by car. The road to the inn is hilly and narrow, so first-time visitors may be a little surprised. However, it's easy to access, even with a car the size of a Hiace, and there's free parking, so you don't have to worry. There's also a shuttle bus from Atami Station, so access by car is also convenient. [Conclusion] The inn exceeded my expectations in every way, including troubleshooting, facilities, food, and price. The warm hospitality is the inn's greatest appeal. I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Atami. Thank you very much!"

"We managed to book the family suite we had our hearts set on, and the ocean views from the two large windows were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel boasts a charming retro Showa-era ambiance; despite renovations, its historical character shines through everywhere. We only had a chance to visit one of the public baths, and the outdoor bath there offered a truly spectacular view. We also booked a private onsen, where you could enjoy soaking while indulging in ice cream. We had the second dinner seating, so some dishes were already finished. I highly recommend making your own kaisen-don (seafood rice bowl) with ingredients like tuna, trout, and sweet shrimp, and then pouring dashi broth over it to turn it into chazuke. After dinner, you can explore the game corner and KTV, but do note that playing games and karaoke are not free. The hotel itself is quite expansive, so I recommend taking some time to explore all its corners. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment!"

"At first, I was worried about the facial recognition system and the user experience at the self-service check-in after reading the reviews. Once we arrived, the location was easy to find and check-in was very simple. There was a sticker at the door with the booking person's name, the bed number, and a code. Just press the code to enter. It's less than 15 minutes from Atami Station, and the walk from the station to the hotel is downhill. There's a supermarket and convenience store in between. It's a short walk from Atami Nanayu and Kinomiya Shrine. The restrooms and bathrooms were clean, with separate bathrooms for men and women. The beds were large, and the value for money was very good."

"Super good! I thought it would be old and had low expectations, but it was actually very nice. The curtains were bamboo leaf blinds, there was a small piece of tatami, and there were viewing seats on the balcony, which was a great location to watch the fireworks! It was the perfect time for the fireworks show, and it was so shocking to watch it from the balcony! The hotel also has free yukatas to wear, and the private bathing service is great. I was very satisfied overall! 🤗 The only small drawback is that the curtains on the private bathing side gave me the feeling that I would be exposed😂"

"Booked this hotel to see the Atami Fireworks Festival, and it was pretty good value. Since our room didn't have a sea view, the front desk gave us two tickets to watch the fireworks from the rooftop. The room was clean, just a bit small. Slippers were reusable, but they provided disposable towels, two per person, along with skincare products and hair oil. The stay included breakfast and dinner for two, which was enough to fill us up, and featured some local specialties like Atami pudding and ice cream. Getting a taxi was difficult; we needed help from the front desk (some staff weren't very helpful; they said they'd call a taxi for us but didn't, so we ended up taking the hotel shuttle to Atami Station to catch one)."

"Good: 1. It’s close to station 2. The view from the rooftop is insanely beautiful (I’m sure you can get such a view from other hotels too though) 3. There’s a “living room” area for you to hang out with others but it seems to always be occupied by a group of people Bad: 1. There is NO light from station to the stay, so if you’re walking at night it’s REALLY scary and eerie 2. They charge for everything lmao"

"Upscale spa hot spring style hotel . Very clean and organised. Breakfast was very good and is included in the package. The downside is that the hotel is up a mountain and there are no restaurants or bars or stores nearby , for any activities you will need to take a taxi to the centre"

"This hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out."
