"This was my first time staying at a Toyoko Inn, and initially, I found the high level of self-service a bit overwhelming. Perhaps it was because there were so many guests and everything moved at a fast pace. I think it's more suited for experienced business travelers. The English proficiency of the front desk staff wasn't as good as I'd hoped, and this was consistent across every Toyoko Inn I stayed at afterward. Maybe because of the extensive self-service, the front desk's role is more auxiliary, so strong English skills aren't as crucial. Like all other Toyoko Inns, this one had excellent facilities: water dispensers, ice machines, hot water dispensers, microwaves, coffee makers, vending machines – everything you could need. The breakfast was standard and featured Japanese specialties. The location is unbeatable, just a three-minute walk from the Shin-Fuji Station exit. If I had to pick a downside, the highly standardized management meant it lacked the 'personal touch' many people look for in a hotel. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced, and the hotel only handles matters related to your stay; they won't help with local travel guides or transportation questions."

"Was happy with the room size and beds. Room size was big and we enjoyed the space.. Location was great. Just outside the hotel and u can see Mt Fuji. Walked 5 minutes to the main shopping street for food n other activities. We misplace a jacket and called reception. They responded very quickly to our issue. Great service. "Relatively new hotel. Located next to main highway, only problem with driving is having to make a long way along the highway to u turn, otherwise pleasant place to stay. Breakfast average. Onsen average."

"This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in this trip! Simply because of the amazing direct views of Mount Fuji from our room window! Don’t need to even rush to any instagram spots. Ask for the high floors and rooms to the right of the hotel. We stayed in room 1016. This hotel is also very clean. You’ll need to keep your shoes in their lockers and only wear the provided room slippers inside. The staff even cleaned our luggages’ wheels before we can bring them into the hotel. Spacious and comfy beds with all the amenities you’ll need. Complimentary breakfast was also very delicious."
