"Staff allowed us to store our luggage for a few days even after our stay, and they were very friendly! The room was comfortable, and the hotel was close to the bus terminal and a beach and park, so it was a very nice area to relax and take a walk. The lobby was also wide and spacious with tables to charge devices, and I really enjoyed my stay!"

"The hotel is quite new where we stay. We stay in the room with the big bath inside and that's a very selling point why we booked the hotel and it doesn't disappoint. the water is very hot and the massage is good on the bath and the hotel has food in bed and evening which isn't quite suitable for the family it's not very grand kind of food but it's enough for the family type of trip and overall I will rate this high"

But everything else like Aeon Mall for shopping, Neo Park and Pineapple Park for tourist activities, you are going to have to taxi it into Nago which costs around US$23. The aquarium was about US$55 away by taxi too. Also, the restaurants in the area are limited and you need to taxi into Nago for more choices. There are no gym facilities nearby but then again, I was on a family holiday.
For families, access to a laundry room is an important factor and this hotel had this facility. The buffet breakfast was a decent spread; salad, sausages, rice, congee, cereals, bread, pancakes, waffles. The bacon wasn't available and was substituted by ham or steamed salted chicken but that isn't a complaint.
The hotel offer free drinks of fruit juice, soft drinks, tea and roast bean coffee from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m."

朝食なしのプランで予約してしまったので、次の日の朝食をお願いしようと何度かフロント？に立ち寄ったのですがお会いする機会がなく、朝食は諦めました。
しかし、すぐ隣に宮里そばがあったので、沖縄に来たらそば食べなきゃ！と思い宮里そばに行きました。宮里そばは人気のお店で観光客も地元の方も多く、以前食べに行った時は席があくまで待ち時間がありましたが、ホテルの部屋からまだお客さんが少ないのを確認して行ったので、ゆっくり食べることができました
次回の滞在では朝食を事前に予約しておこうと思います。期待してます♡"

"An absolutely wonderful hotel! We were given a complimentary Blue Seal ice cream upon check-in. They have a pillow selection in the lobby (a must-do, as the standard room pillows aren't the most comfortable). Guests can also choose 5 additional complimentary amenities, though we didn't need to as the room was already well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even facial cleanser – very comprehensive! They have separate male and female public baths, and the women's bath requires a password for entry, making it very secure. A Lawson convenience store is just a short walk away. If you have a car, it's convenient to drive to nearby department stores and shops for shopping and dining. Breakfast is also available. The rooms are very spacious, and the price offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room is very large, with a hall and a separate room. There are two toilets and two bathrooms. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room, and you can also cook wild food. The location is great, next to the pineapple garden and the fruit kingdom. It’s only about a 20-minute drive to the Sea Tower. Overall, very satisfied. Will stay here again next time. "

"This was my second time staying here, and the location is great. They have a parking lot, and there's a drugstore and a department store within a 3-5 minute walk (with a huge clothing section and supermarket). The hotel is very clean, has a large public bath, and even a washing machine in the room! I'll definitely be back again."

"It’s an uncomfortable stay. First thing first, the room stink and smells moldy. The toilet fills with the scent from the drain. Most of all, the safety lock of the entrance is broken and no one can fix it. Left me feeling unsafe during bedtime. Asked for a change of room but got rejected. The only good thing is that the receptionist came up to offer help to catch a huge moth in the room. Will not consider to stay over anymore."

I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip.

👍 What I liked:
• Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
• Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for.
• View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset.
• Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim.
• Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming.
• Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.

👎 What could be improved:
• Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed.
• Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff.
• Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask.
• Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience.
• Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook.
• Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient.
• No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight.
• Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

JJeffamIt’s a pity we have to shorten our stay due to driving license issue and could not rent a car. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Pillow is a bit small and soft. Ocean view is spectacular .
We are glad to get help from Uezu-san to book a half day tour to aquarium and kouri tower, as it is difficult to travel without driving.
It’s also lucky that limousine bus stop at this hotel to enable us travel to and from Naha.

KKandiff’s［ Coral Island ］ Although the location is far from the center of the city, the location is convenient and easy to find by the main road, and there are parking spaces. Each set of independent hotels has different indoor intervals, which is very practical. This time I chose the interval of 2 double beds. The indoor space is very comfortable. The whole house is naturally lit. Every corner can also see the outdoor environment. From the simple stone succulent garden at the main entrance, the fruit trees indoors and outdoors, and even the bathroom bathtub, it is a patio for leaf-watching plants. The gardens are carefully arranged.
The interior of the whole house is designed in soft white and gray, as large as the decoration of the kitchen and toilet in the living room bedroom, and as small as the subtle links of the tableware and bath towels are also the same color system, it can be seen that they are all made with sincerity.
The kitchen stove is complete and clean (there are even red wine glasses); the washing machine dryer is silent, I have to say that the induction faucet and the bathroom shower water system are all extra surprises. Each hotel's independent small garden has large safflowers and honeycombs separated to ensure that the private space is also equipped with a security system. You can see the garden full of butterflies dancing early, and the night sky Galaxy River at night. Plus the outdoor jacuzzi ⋯⋯ has improved the overall level of accommodation. I have to say it was a very comfortable stay.
On the other hand, Online Check in is simple, and it also prepares nearby sightseeing brochures, and there are convenience stores and mangrove trails nearby; At the end of the journey, I also met a friendly and courteous waiter. She also prepared a pack of cookies of different tastes for us to say goodbye. I deeply felt the local culture and this extraordinary homestay courtesy! Definitely worth recommending and giving 10 stars praise! !

GGuest UserIt was really good. My boyfriend, a novice driver, was very satisfied with the spacious parking lot, and the room was really, really spacious. Check-in was a bit difficult because it was via video call, but the staff were very friendly and helpful! There's also a 7-Eleven within a 5-minute walk, so we had a great time walking back and forth. The location was also satisfactory. We enjoyed exploring the Churaumi Aquarium and Sesoko Beach. Highly recommended!!!

It was convenient for transport, right by the beach downstairs, with attractions nearby and discounts for guests. Parking was free, and there's a Lawson convenience store right next door.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a sprawling entity in a fairly remote part of island. Golf courses are located between blocks of rooms so most guests go around in golf carts. The beach is ok for sunbathing but it's not a swimming beach as it's rocky. The swimming pools and beach areas are closed till end of March. Fitness room is open. There's an indoor pool but it's not free for hotel guests. No free parking too. The room is huge and has a good sea view and there is a private whirlpool on the balcony. Breakfast is a delicious mix of western and Japanese food. There are 3 restaurants to choose from.

黑黑化肥會揮發Almost self-catering accommodation. There's a large cemetery next door; I didn't pay attention to the comments when booking. The room was fully equipped, including a gas stove and frying pan.
There was a washing machine in the room; closing the partition door reduced the noise considerably. There was a coin-operated 100 yen dryer downstairs. There was also a clothesline on the balcony.
I was satisfied with the facilities, but dissatisfied because:
1. The air conditioning automatically turned off between 3:30 AM and 4:30 AM for two consecutive nights. Even when it turned on, it would only run briefly before stopping. 😠
2. The TV automatically turned on at 6:30 AM for two consecutive nights.
I don't speak Japanese; could you please check if the previous guest set the automatic on/off function with the remote?

GGuest UserAt night, I drove to the headquarters for one night. I chose it because I could check in before 12 o'clock. There is a parking lot for 700yen one night next to it. Hotel facilities are not new, the floor aisle has a smell, but the room and toilet are not. The room type is large, the water is hot enough, the air-conditioning is strong, the bed is big but soft.
