"Overall speaking, this hotel is value for money if choosing to stay in Onna Village. The ocean view is spectacular. We enjoyed it so much especially on the last day of our trip. We eventually had the blue sky and white clouds. The room is very spacious with a nice balcony! That's most precious for our holiday. Since it was early Nov, the outdoor pool was closed. We used the indoor pool which comes with a outdoor jacuzzi. That's so lovely. Regrettably, the indoor pool was not available to use until after 9:00am in the morning, that was so inconvenient for hotel guests. We normally can't swim after having a nice breakfast. There is an airport limousine at the main entrance of the hotel, that is very convenient for us because the hotel is located on the hill slope. We did not drive. So, we chose to book the limousine bus at the hotel concierge to save us time and energy to walk downhill to take the city bus after we checked out. Although it cost 5000 yens for the BBQ dinner, the variety of food is good. So, we were quite happy with the money spent on it. The breakfast buffet also provided a good selection of food especially a good selection of cooked food with local veggies as ingredients. It was worth spending HK$140 for each of us."

"Booked this hotel through Trip.com. It's incredibly convenient as the limousine bus stops right at the hotel entrance. The hotel is situated between the Hotel Monterey and the Sheraton, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are incredibly spacious – all suites with two bedrooms, roughly 70 square meters, plus a large terrace of about 10 square meters. Every room offers a direct sea view. Although the hotel is separated from the beach by a road, it's just a short walk across to the sand. The beach is uncrowded, and under the sunlight, you can clearly see the distinct layers of the 'jellyfish sea,' which is absolutely stunning. For breakfast, there are two choices: Western and Japanese, though the variety isn't extensive. There's a FamilyMart convenience store next door, making it easy to grab essentials. It's the perfect place to just relax and unwind, gaze at the sea, and collect hermit crabs – a truly a fantastic vacation spot."

"A truly excellent stay. The front desk had a very helpful staff member from Taiwan. The breakfast restaurant was superb, offering outstanding food and a wonderful dining experience. The swimming pools were also excellent, featuring both a saltwater pool and a regular pool, making them perfect for kids. We also enjoyed beautiful sunset views. There are several good restaurants nearby, which are ideal for families with kids. The hotel's location is very convenient, perfectly situated between Naha, the northern ocean park, and Dino."

"I read the online reviews before booking, and I certainly wasn't disappointed after checking in. The room was incredibly spacious; we booked the Executive Ocean Suite on the top floor, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. The facilities were also quite comprehensive, and all the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. The breakfast buffet at the main restaurant offered a wide variety of choices, and the ingredients were fresh, so even our 1.5-year-old baby could eat safely. I highly recommend trying their signature pudding! It's an award-winning dessert from Onna Village. My only regret is the lack of a private beach, but thankfully, they can arrange a free shuttle service to Sun Marine Beach. Before you go, they'll even prepare towels and water for you, which is a very thoughtful touch!"

"While the location is a bit out of the way, since we had a rental car, it was convenient for traveling between the northern parts of Okinawa and American Village. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean for a Japanese accommodation. It's definitely a family-friendly hotel. The facilities were also very satisfying. The pool was a bit small but still enjoyable. We barely saw any Koreans; the guest demographic seemed to be mostly Japanese, followed by Chinese (or perhaps *********), Westerners, and then Koreans, in that order. Most guests were clearly families. Everything, from the value for money to the facilities, was perfect. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be the lack of things to do or see right around the hotel, haha. Only a Lawson convenience store and a couple of restaurants are within walking distance. However, we were happy because we could buy groceries at the nearby Aeon MaxValu and prepare simple meals. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Okinawa. Highly recommended!"

"The location and the hotel in particular are perfect for relaxation – it was quiet and the number of guests was manageable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, which we could also say about dinner (we booked it with the dinner, which further enhanced our relaxation). The sea and beach area was sometimes a bit sobering due to the tides, but overall we were very satisfied and can happily recommend the hotel."

"We brought our 3+ years old boy on a 2 night stay during golden week (May 2024) and opted in for a dinner buffet on the first night. It was 2200 yen per adult n foc for my boy. The spread was limited but worth all its penny as the beef was so tender and juicy so i feasted on it. All other dishes were also very good. The private beach was convenient and the water was so clear it looked like mineral water. There was a 50% discount voucher you can get from the hotel reception for the banana boat ride at the private beach and our boy enjoyed this and another ride. The young instructor who pulled us out on a jet ski for our water rides was friendly and went at a good speed for our 3 year old who was doing the water actitivties for the first time without us having to tell him to do so. He even went to the coral reefs and picked up a starfish n a sea cucumber to show our boy before returning it back to the sea. The water activites was affordable with the discount, price similar to Msia/Thailand/Indonesia resorts i have been to. I was apprehensive booking this resort after reading the reviews on the state of the hotel showing signs of aging. However, the place was well maintained. There was an unpleasant smell when i opened the door to our room but its actually just the tatami which needed some airing. After opening the windows to let in the natural breeze, all was good. Cleaniness for toilet was good too; just need to figure out the temp control for the shower. The onsite onsen was clean and easily accessible at the basement, and wld have cost us at least 1200yen for a visit to a public onsite iin naha. Totally recommend this resort for a fam outing with young children. I understand they have barrier free access rooms on the first floor of the resort so there were some families with elderly too."

"Pros: 1. The hotel is close to the Cape Manza scenic spot, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 2. The hotel offers a wide range of water activities, including but not limited to banana boats, jet skis, an inflatable water park, glass-bottom boats, and sunset cruises. If you're not planning on visiting the outer islands, you could easily spend a whole afternoon here. Cons: 1. The hotel is a bit old. The lobby has no air conditioning 🥵, and the room decor and furnishings feel dated. The shower pressure in the bathroom 🚿 isn't great either. 2. The outdoor pool closes at 6 PM, and the beach only stays open until 5 PM. I won't even mention other times, but Okinawa right now is scorching hot and sunny. The only time you can really enjoy the pool or ocean without getting baked is closer to sunset (unless you don't mind the sun, then never mind what I said). But then you only get to play for a short while before you have to leave!! 😅"

"The view from our room was even more beautiful than I expected. The room was spacious and stylish, and the jacuzzi on the balcony was great. There was no convenience store nearby, and the shop wasn't open 24 hours, which was a bit of a problem, but other than that it was a lovely, comfortable hotel."
