"The staff was friendly. We were upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. There's a free, frequent shuttle to and from the beach. The breakfast menu is varied. The room has everything you need for comfort, including three types of loungewear. A luxurious spa area with complimentary ice cream. Umbrellas at the exit. The sister hotel, accessible via a bridge, has buffet restaurants (5,000 yen per person). The downside is that the hotel is located on a hill, so we had to walk uphill at night with our suitcases."

"The price is somewhat costly, but the beach is gorgeous. You can swim with Fish. The area has no restaurant so it’s better to book the dinner and Breakfast inside the hotel. The staff show no smile , but actually, they are very helpful and friendly."

"Overall speaking, this hotel is value for money if choosing to stay in Onna Village. The ocean view is spectacular. We enjoyed it so much especially on the last day of our trip. We eventually had the blue sky and white clouds. The room is very spacious with a nice balcony! That's most precious for our holiday. Since it was early Nov, the outdoor pool was closed. We used the indoor pool which comes with a outdoor jacuzzi. That's so lovely. Regrettably, the indoor pool was not available to use until after 9:00am in the morning, that was so inconvenient for hotel guests. We normally can't swim after having a nice breakfast. There is an airport limousine at the main entrance of the hotel, that is very convenient for us because the hotel is located on the hill slope. We did not drive. So, we chose to book the limousine bus at the hotel concierge to save us time and energy to walk downhill to take the city bus after we checked out. Although it cost 5000 yens for the BBQ dinner, the variety of food is good. So, we were quite happy with the money spent on it. The breakfast buffet also provided a good selection of food especially a good selection of cooked food with local veggies as ingredients. It was worth spending HK$140 for each of us."

"The best choice we could make. Very good place to relax away from crowds and traffic. It’s convenient for transfer from and to the airport. Take a Limusine Bus, it stops a front of hotel, and is cost efficient. Next time I will choose this hotel again"

"I stayed for 2 nights during a 3-night, 4-day trip. The room condition was very clean and nice, but there were a lot of bugs floating in the swimming pool. Breakfast is delivered to the room, but the taste was very disappointing. I think it would be better to go out and eat for that price."
