"The issue with this hotel room is that when you adjust the temperature, the air conditioner/heater makes consistent and weird noises. I stayed in a corner room on the 6th floor, and the shower was clogged. Not to mention, skip the breakfast—it’s not worth the money, as there’s barely anything to eat. The staff were attentive, but overall, this hotel is not recommended."

"hotel was nice and clean. location wise, it's a bit far from the ktx station, but there's lots of buses nearby. breakfast was nice and simple and there was still food available at 8:30am (it ends at 9am). the bathroom light turns off automatically and it was inconvenient since sometimes it turns off while i'm already inside the bathroom."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The parking lot was spacious, and the rooms were large and clean. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, perfect for a family with a child. The proximity to restaurants was also ideal. I'd definitely plan to visit again if I'm in the area."

"Hotel itself was clean and quiet. In addition, the view was great for both sides. We stayed in ondol room with mountain view, but mountains were far and we could enjoy the view of surrounding area. We used taxi for transportation to restraurants, cable car, and museum. Since the hotel is in Youngam area while most tourist destinations are in Mokpo area, you need to plan wisely. Nonetheless, it was very satisfactory as a whole."

"Centered around the Shangria Beach Tourist Hotel in Mokpo, it takes about 10 minutes by taxi from Mokpo Station to the hotel, which is extremely convenient. If you book a sea‑view room at this hotel, you can directly watch the Mokpo Dancing Sea Fountain Laser Show at 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. every night (show times vary by day of the week). These two shows are different: one is more suitable for young people with hip‑hop music, while the other features traditional songs for older guests. From your room, you can see the laser show venue near the waterfront promenade of Peace Square directly. Do not miss the chance to ride the Mokpo Marine Cable Car, the second‑longest marine cable car in the world and the longest one in South Korea. There are many popular scenic spots nearby including Yudalsan Mountain, Gohado Island, Mokpo Skywalk and the National Maritime Museum, which are all worth visiting. Walking back and to the right when facing the laser show area, there is a large area with numerous dining options, especially bars serving beer that stay open late. Daege Mart, the major department‑style shopping mall closest to the hotel district, can also be found nearby."

"The best hotel we have ever been to, the price and the room facilities was unmatched, i felt like it was supposed to be more expensive but turned out not. The building is new and i really love the room, the bathroom is huge and is very clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Mokpo. And i would love to book again if i ever wanting to travel to Mokpo again. "

"It is less than a 10-minute walk from Peace Square. Even though it was night, the walk wasn't dark, so it was fine. Perhaps because it was recently renovated, it is incredibly clean...!! I think it might be the best quality for the price among hotels in downtown Mokpo. The places I found nearby all felt like motels, making them unsuitable for family trips or business travel, but I really liked that this place was a clean hotel... The breakfast has a substantial basic selection, and the front desk staff are all friendly. You can use the printer for free. The hotel room is spacious and very tidy!! Although there is no bathtub, the bathroom has a spacious and clean shower booth. I am very particular about hotel cleanliness, but I used it without any inconvenience. They even give free upgrades if it is not fully booked on weekdays!"

"The location is great, it is within walking distance of gatbawi rocks, the nearby museums and the dancing ocean fountain. The owner is really helpful and speaks fluent English too. Whilst the on-site amenities aren't anything to shout about, the room is clean and more than sufficient for your travel needs."
