The moment we arrived the staff has arranged Porter to get us up the hotel. As we stayed 1 night for Fes the next day, the reception helped me call the transport service to make sure the time and location and correct. Additionally, we have a takeaway breakfast prepared!"

"This small hotel in the Medina is only accessible by foot, about 10 minutes from the entrance. With large suitcases, it can be challenging to walk up the narrow, steep stairs to the upper floors.
Nearby is the El Cielo restaurant, with a beautiful garden, decent cuisine by local standards, and slightly above-average prices.
The room is small, cozy, but a bit worn. The curtains are a bit dusty and have holes, and there's a bit of dust on the furniture, but overall, everything is acceptable.
A large bed (for one person) and air conditioning are available. The plumbing worked well.

"RIAD CHENGLI is definitely beautiful with exotic Moroccan decorated and newly furnished accommodation. It is located just 2 minutes from the gate, Bab El Ain, as the entrance of Medina.
It’s also a walkable distance to the nearby attractions, like Spanish Mosque and the castle in Main Square with many groceries and restaurants at the vicinity. The room is very clean and well equipped with shampoo and shower gel in bathroom, in particular the warmth pad in bed which is the most important in cold winter. There is a rooftop terrance with charming view of the whole city and Rif mountain. The host is a Chinese who could speak fluent English and took care of what we need during the stay. The breakfast is a really big portion with various breads, pastries, eggs, cheese, olive and even fried rice. Highly recommended."

"You have to know how healing it is to eat authentic Sichuan cuisine in a foreign country after eating Tajik hotpot for many days. The overall rating of the hotel feels lowered. Don't compare it with five-star hotels. The hotel is similar to domestic chain 3- and 4-star business hotels. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are separated into dry and wet areas. "The hotel is in the middle of the old city, very close to the square, 5 minutes walk from the car park. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast is on the top floor terrace. The view and angle of the sunset on the terrace are very good!"

"Отель не плохой, соответсвует фотографиям. Для тех, кто на автомобиле - хороший вариант. Есть парковка прям перед отелем. Формат мотеля. Без автомобиля неудачный вариант, добраться пешком хоть и не далеко, но очень не удобно.
Завтрак был очень разнообразный и вкусный. И сок, и чай, и кофе. Все, что на фото, плюс яйца.
Не понравилось в отеле то, что не было пододеяльника, а только простынка под одеялом. В Марокко в аутентичных местах так много где. И не понравилось, что не было посуды вообще никакой. Но попросили на ресепшене чашки и ложки и нам дали."

BBeijingtupangziThe most satisfying hotel in Morocco (of course, the others are also good), I didn't expect such a crowded and narrow town to have such an exquisite hotel. In the town, you need to walk to arrive, the room is clean and tidy, the big bed is big bathroom, no smell and flaws, the bedding is good, sleep comfortably; the boss is fluent in English, very good communication, catch up with the Gurbang Festival, it is recommended to go to the station later (no one goes early), the service is good; This small hotel is on the 4th floor, the roof is still a good place to stay, the scenery is good. Highly recommended, worth living.

I advise you to walk to the terrace early in the morning and listen to the singing of birds. Thank you to the staff. Very hospitality, attentive and caring people. Breakfast was delicious ❤️ Evening live music. A beautiful voice and Moroccan songs. Part of our hearts remained at you in Shevshaun ❤️

GGuest UserThe room is comfortable and exquisite, and the typical blue decoration of Chefchaouen is outside the door, like a fairy tale world. Very close to the central square of the old city, with many restaurants and souvenir shops. The clerks are a few handsome young men, very polite, warm and considerate.

GGuest UserIt's a bit difficult to get to because of the numerous stairs and narrow streets. But the hotel itself is very nice, with a wonderful view from the terrace and a delicious breakfast. The windows overlook the courtyard, so you can hear children playing there. But there's air conditioning, so you can close the windows. We loved everything.

孙孙COCO的老公The sanitary conditions of the family hotel are average. I haven't cleaned it when I went there. I feel that no one has lived in it for a long time. There is no air conditioner and only an electric fan. The head shaking function is still broken. The toilet is close to the shower pool. The water flow on my head is very small, and there are very slippery white tiles under my feet, one square meter, I feel that it is not safe to stand in the bath, so this is the only place where I did not take a bath during my trip to Morocco, although I sweated a lot.

MManuThe Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town.
It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains.
The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages.
Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season.
Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it.
The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals).
It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you.
I don’t think it was a fair price for what they are offering.
