The Got all basic amenities. Sleep well. I Dont pleased only for one Thing... No Lift. I have to carry my lugage to second floor. So heavy😭. So this hotel not Sui Table for elderly, Peggy Women n over Weight n those with Knee r muscle pain. The good things, they Got 2 pack of biscuits when I craving for Sweet things. Well, I see Something Crawling on the bed sheet.... Maybe the mites😢. For a single traveller im not really Recommend this place. Unless u Drive a car.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, my experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to my friends!

Overall the service from the front desk is nice and polite. Always OnCall based in responding towards enquiry. Three bedrooms with a spacious common area. Few things to remember, bring your own shampoo and toiletries if you don't mind to use 2in1 shampoo.they do provided. Floor and bedsheets were not well clean, some hairs and insects can be seen.

always stay in this hotel for outstation work, never noticed there’s more rooms at another wings. But city view room is way better than corridor view 😂 Prefers good lighting from city view room.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was good, from the clean and comfortable room to the overall facilities. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it very convenient to travel anywhere. There are plenty of shops, attractions, and restaurants nearby. The location is strategic. you can find food within 5 min walking. Shopping at Central Mall; 10 min walk.. you can find all the food you need along the way or just find something at the mall. The room cleanliness is acceptable, but don't expect too much from this old hotel. Still value for money. Bath tube can do without, it make the bathroom seems old.. a redo will be good. Breakfast is included and again don't expect too much.. but have to say the sambal for the nasi lemak is superb.
