"Nice hotel about 8 mins walk from the train station. The room is nice, the bathroom is clean and has all the necessary amenities although if it is bigger, it would have been better. The staff is helpful and friendly. We recommend this hotel to people going to Kluang."

"Casa Bianca Villa is in a quiet residential area guarded at night, giving a sense of safety. The room is spacious and clean, though some wear and tear like broken wallpaper is visible. The villa has two swimming pools, ideal for families to relax. With limited rooms, the place feels private and peaceful. A comfortable choice for a leisure stay. Good view of Gunung Lambak from swimming pool area."

"No local TV channel, no water bottle in the room, only a jar to get filtered water at the ground floor from a Coway dispenser. No closet no chair. Room size is small. Walking corridor is narrow. Coffee and tea are provided but u need to bring your own glass to ground floor. There’s a gym room. Office space."

"This was my first time in Kluang, and it was a unique experience! The surrounding area was so comfortable and natural, with a lovely breeze. There's a golf course nearby and a fruit orchard on the hill behind. The room was very clean, and the bed and duvet were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I'd definitely stay here again! The front desk staff were also very friendly and provided great service. ♥"

"Bedroom and toilet are clean, aircon is cool enough. No hair dryer in the room, need to request from reception. The receptionist is very helpful , try to search for available hair dryer and sent to room. A bit distance from the town area, but environment is quiet, if you prefer the hotel with quiet atmosphere, it suits! The bad is has no lift, need to climb staircase to 1st floor room, maybe not suit for family with old people."

"Old, simple, very basic, budget hotel. There is a coffee shop that is open in the morning, just 1 door away, along the main street. For dinner, you will have to walk slightly further away, towards the train station to get a large variety of stalls to choose from. This hotel does not have vehicle parking. You will have to park your car across the street in a paid parking area."

"We went to Kluang for some work, and the work couldn't be completed in one day, so we booked the hotel room on the same day of check in. We have got good price thru trip.com even though late booking. The room was very clean and neat. Toilet was also clean with good water pressure. The staff were friendly. "I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently. While it’s not located right in the town centre, the area is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Mount Lambak, which was a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful. The room was spotless, and the air-conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout my stay. That said, there were a few safety concerns worth mentioning. The room didn’t have a peephole on the door, which felt like a small security oversight. The furniture was placed quite close to the bed, making it easy to bump into if you’re not paying attention. In the shower area, the floor tiles had raised edges that blended in with the rest of flooring easy to miss and potentially risky. A caution sign or a bright marking could help prevent accidents. Soundproofing could also be improved. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms at night, which disrupted the others peaceful atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, my two-night stay was pleasant overall. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit."
