"Desk staff are friendly and supportive. Room are clean, location near to food and acceptable price. 😊😊 But near by has building open bird sound whole day and night. Some customers leave the door and alert voices for so long. No one turn off. The less are good.👍"

"The room we had was on the highest floor facing lovely view of Gunung Lambak. Hotel was opened for 2 months so everything is new. Room is well sized but just 2 feedbacks- 1) hanging for clothes not quite sufficient 2) would be good to have a small mirror at dressing table as I was literally walking back and forth to the tall mirror to get make up done. Parking is free with overnight guard on watch. Had a chance to chat with the hotel owner who are really nice local offering lots of information where to eat etc. Will certainly stay here again when back to visit Kluang."

"Checked in late for my first night, not much room available, so picked a no windows room but same floor with my sister which checked in earlier than me. It’s noisy night, regular weird sound from bathroom, not having a good sleep. Informed the front desk the next day and the hotel owner was there to explained me the root cause. I got my room changed for my 2nd night, it was a good sleep finally. Overall a good hotel with such reasonable price, down sides would be limited car park, and old building conditions need to be upgrade "

"This was my first time in Kluang, and it was a unique experience! The surrounding area was so comfortable and natural, with a lovely breeze. There's a golf course nearby and a fruit orchard on the hill behind. The room was very clean, and the bed and duvet were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I'd definitely stay here again! The front desk staff were also very friendly and provided great service. ♥"

"For this kind of low price, for me this is very suitable for a short travel. Plus, I dont have to go far places to search a restaurant as the restaurant below the hotel, I would give 8.5 out of 10 for the taste. Near to the hotel, it is near to a shop and there is mini zoo about 3 minutes from there. The best about the mini zoo is the animal there are very tame. Suitable for adult and also kids."

"Old, simple, very basic, budget hotel. There is a coffee shop that is open in the morning, just 1 door away, along the main street. For dinner, you will have to walk slightly further away, towards the train station to get a large variety of stalls to choose from. This hotel does not have vehicle parking. You will have to park your car across the street in a paid parking area."

"Room is good the only problem is the air cond keep auto switch off... Cant off the timer using the remote control.. Hair dryer cable is too short to pull as the shower door is blocking the standing area."

"This was my first time staying at the Hotel Anika Kluang. As long as i could see a view, i was fine with it but the floor was a bit low 😏I prefer higher floors. One thing to note is the floor mat as shown in the picture. For safety reasons, it cannot be removed. Water droplets from the air conditioner vents were dripping onto the floor, just like in the picture, in the area where people walk in and out 😬"

"The bedroom space is quite small, however their toilet is spacious. Seems like the space ratio allocation focuses on the bathroom. Nevertheless, overall service is great. Keep up the good work."

"A very interesting concept of a villa with only 9 rooms. All rooms are spacious. It's a little dated and the bedsheet had a little bit of a strain on it But overall a pleasant stay. Kluang is a nice rustic place with trekking paths up to Gunung Lambak so those who like hiking can go"

AMAZING. The staff were so friendly and accommodating despite language barriers. Room was spacious and super clean and looks very aesthetic. Took many pictures.. the pool was clean and nice, the activities within the farmstay was great. Definitely a place to come to for a relaxing chill getaway to slow down time.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently. While it’s not located right in the town centre, the area is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Mount Lambak, which was a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful. The room was spotless, and the air-conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout my stay. That said, there were a few safety concerns worth mentioning. The room didn’t have a peephole on the door, which felt like a small security oversight. The furniture was placed quite close to the bed, making it easy to bump into if you’re not paying attention. In the shower area, the floor tiles had raised edges that blended in with the rest of flooring easy to miss and potentially risky. A caution sign or a bright marking could help prevent accidents. Soundproofing could also be improved. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms at night, which disrupted the others peaceful atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, my two-night stay was pleasant overall. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit.

Nearby there are many nice restaurants. The room is very spacious. Unfortunately the aircon remote control is not working. Need to swift off entirely if too cold. Need to take stairs to go to our room on the 1st floor. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel is good overall, clean and comfortable, the location is good, a few minutes drive from the bus station, KFC opposite, is not far from the city food square (don't expect to be big, but seven or eight are enough, taste can also be), There are also other restaurants. The front desk can only have a slightly poor English communication and the service attitude is very good. The rooms are medium in size and have a desk to work. The main problem is that WiFi is too bad and basically not in the room.
