"Nice hotel about 8 mins walk from the train station. The room is nice, the bathroom is clean and has all the necessary amenities although if it is bigger, it would have been better. The staff is helpful and friendly. We recommend this hotel to people going to Kluang."

"This was my first time in Kluang, and it was a unique experience! The surrounding area was so comfortable and natural, with a lovely breeze. There's a golf course nearby and a fruit orchard on the hill behind. The room was very clean, and the bed and duvet were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I'd definitely stay here again! The front desk staff were also very friendly and provided great service. ♥"

"Bedroom and toilet are clean, aircon is cool enough. No hair dryer in the room, need to request from reception. The receptionist is very helpful , try to search for available hair dryer and sent to room. A bit distance from the town area, but environment is quiet, if you prefer the hotel with quiet atmosphere, it suits! The bad is has no lift, need to climb staircase to 1st floor room, maybe not suit for family with old people."

"Casa Bianca Villa is in a quiet residential area guarded at night, giving a sense of safety. The room is spacious and clean, though some wear and tear like broken wallpaper is visible. The villa has two swimming pools, ideal for families to relax. With limited rooms, the place feels private and peaceful. A comfortable choice for a leisure stay.

The services were good. When we need can request for buggy services. In the room, the dustbin on the makeup counter is too small. Safety on mountain water swiming pool need to be enhanced. There is no sign on the depth of the pool, and no holding bar for elderly to hold on. Besides, there are too many staircase around, not friendly to older peoples.

For this kind of low price, for me this is very suitable for a short travel. Plus, I dont have to go far places to search a restaurant as the restaurant below the hotel, I would give 8.5 out of 10 for the taste. Near to the hotel, it is near to a shop and there is mini zoo about 3 minutes from there. The best about the mini zoo is the animal there are very tame. Suitable for adult and also kids.

Guest UserI stayed at this hotel for the first time recently. While it’s not located right in the town centre, the area is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Mount Lambak, which was a nice bonus.
Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful. The room was spotless, and the air-conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout my stay.
That said, there were a few safety concerns worth mentioning. The room didn’t have a peephole on the door, which felt like a small security oversight. The furniture was placed quite close to the bed, making it easy to bump into if you’re not paying attention. In the shower area, the floor tiles had raised edges that blended in with the rest of flooring easy to miss and potentially risky. A caution sign or a bright marking could help prevent accidents.
Soundproofing could also be improved. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms at night, which disrupted the others peaceful atmosphere.
Despite these minor issues, my two-night stay was pleasant overall. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit.

Silly PapaNearby there are many nice restaurants. The room is very spacious. Unfortunately the aircon remote control is not working. Need to swift off entirely if too cold. Need to take stairs to go to our room on the 1st floor. Overall it was a good stay.
