Clean, modern and great value — let down only by the gym, Wi-Fi and remote location A genuinely good place to stay, and very good value for money. The apartments are surprisingly modern and spotlessly clean, set in a lovely new building, and the staff were great — friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was good and plentiful too. For the price, I was really impressed. There are a few honest points worth flagging, though. The ”gym” is the weakest part — in reality it's just two small machines, some light weights, and treadmills that were broken. It genuinely needs improving if it's going to be called a gym at all. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable. I stayed in two different rooms: in the first it was fine, but in the second it was poor — and even after raising it with facility management, it couldn't be resolved. Worth knowing if you need a dependable connection. Finally, the location is quite far out of town, which makes getting back in the evening by Uber or taxi a bit of a challenge. None of that outweighs the strengths, though. Clean, modern, well-priced and well-staffed — a solid four out of five, and recommended if you don't mind being a little out of the centre.

I loved this hotel. It's in the building where my favorite Nigerian show was shot so I was excited to be there. I would go there again in the future.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and safety is guaranteed, this is very important for my business trip. The staffs are nice, the breakfast is decent. Can’t find the pool though it was claimed there’s a pool. Electricity is stable for the most of time. Internet quality is somehow compromising. I suggests the management can pay more attention to the room facility maintenance, such as the toilet the basin the rack. But the clubbing music noise around 11pm to 3am is a big minus, though according to the r staffs they can do nothing since the noise is from the street. But still it is a nice and comfortable place to stay for business trip.

It’s is a good hotels and I love there English breakfast.

The hotel service, facilities and staff can't be faulted. I had a good meal but it was on the expensive side for Nigeria, and there are no alternative restaurants in the area.

I stayed in the Executive Suite for 9 nights. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for their efforts in resolving the issues I encountered. In particular, I want to give a special thanks to Bella. I truly appreciated her professionalism. While the hotel has many strengths, there are also areas that require improvement for a better guest experience. [Pros] * Pool & Dining: The pool is well-maintained, and the convenience of ordering food there was great. * Grilled Catfish: Although it takes about an hour, the freshly grilled catfish is a must-try—it’s absolutely superb. * Breakfast: The breakfast spread is clean and features delicious local dishes. The fresh watermelon juice was a highlight of my mornings. * Laundry Service: I was highly impressed by the laundry service. My clothes were returned packaged so neatly they looked brand new. * Honesty: I once accidentally left my wallet in a hotel taxi. I was deeply moved by the honesty of the staff who found and returned it to me safely. [Cons] * Check-in Delay: The check-in process took 3 hours. Despite the booking app clearly stating the 2-person capacity and extra bed option, the hotel was unaware of this, forcing me to wait in the lobby while they verified the information multiple times. * Water Supply: The shower frequently ran out of water, meaning I had to wait mid-shower for it to start again. * Room Maintenance: I was initially assigned a room where the toilet was missing its seat. I stayed there for several days, mistakenly thinking that all toilets in Nigeria were like that, before eventually moving to a different room. Dining Wait Times: With no outside restaurants nearby, I relied on the hotel restaurant. However, waiting over an hour for dinner is standard, and once I even waited over two hours. I recommend ordering in advance and resting in your room until the food is ready. Noise Level: Music is played at the pool until late at night, making the pool-side rooms quite noisy. If these operational points are improved, this hotel is a very safe and reliable place to stay, thanks to its high security and 24-hour staff availability.

Lovely location in central Abuja. The room space was well managed and the hotel is cozy and well maintained. Only thing I’ll say is the hotel needs to get new bedsheets some of them look really old but asides that it is a really good and comfortable please.

The apartment itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the cleanliness was very disappointing upon arrival. It looked like the apartment had not been properly cleaned or used for several months. There was dust everywhere — on the cabinets, wardrobe, and floors. We had to mop the floors ourselves and wipe down all the cabinets and wardrobes because they were covered in dust and stains. The bathroom and toilets were also not properly cleaned, and we had to clean them ourselves, including the inside of the shower. Aside from the cleanliness issues, the apartment is nice, but the overall experience was affected by the condition it was presented in. I hope management improves the cleaning standards for future guests.
