"I took bus 300 from EVE airport to the hotel. I got off at the 'Circle K station' and walked across the parking lot to the hotel, which was very close.
However, when I left, the navigation said it would take 7-8 minutes to walk to the next bus stop. I found this a bit confusing.
I saw other reviews mentioning that the hotel would send an email with a check-in code before arrival, but I never received one!
I had to proactively contact Ctrip while on the bus to the hotel, and only then did I receive the check-in email from the hotel just before arriving.
The hotel elevator is quite unique and hard to spot unless you look carefully. It's right next to the sofa in the public area, but there's no clear sign! Many people searched for a long time, and the elevator requires manual operation.
The room size is a bit small, with a private bathroom. For Svolvær, where prices are high, this price point offers great value for money!
Crucially, breakfast is included. While the variety isn't huge, the quality is good, which I really liked.
Each floor has a communal kitchen, but unfortunately, the induction hob in the kitchen next to our room wasn't working.
Finding the communal laundry room was quite a hassle. There was no one at the front desk at the time, and I couldn't find any other staff members, so I had to ask Ctrip customer service for help. The customer service even misled us to another building, where the laundry room lacked detergent and had very few washing machines.
Later, after asking other guests, I found out there's a large laundry room near the hotel entrance, complete with laundry powder. The hotel didn't clearly explain the location of the laundry room, which was a poor experience."
