Our flight arrived early, and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in as early as 11:00 AM, which we truly appreciated. They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday. We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ferra Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway. "I am happy to recommend Fat Lips Surf Lodge as a great place to stay in Siargao. The location is excellent—situated along Tourism Road in General Luna and conveniently close to popular spots such as AFAM Bridge (Catangnan Bridge), Catangnan BBQ, Shaka Café, and Cloud 9. It is also within easy reach of many of Siargao’s well-known restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. The place itself is cozy, aesthetic, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a relaxing tropical atmosphere. The rooms are air-conditioned, and I was especially impressed by how clean and fresh the sheets and linens were. Having a private balcony overlooking the greenery was a wonderful bonus. Everything about the stay was smooth, hassle-free, and well-organized. Guests also have access to a shared kitchen, which is very convenient if you prefer to prepare or cook your own meals. One thoughtful touch that stood out was that they provide a coffee press along with freshly ground coffee beans for guests to enjoy—perfect for starting the day in a peaceful setting. Most importantly, the host was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and responsive throughout my stay, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. "The price is small but expected a little more) The air conditioner did not work practically, it was impossible to leave it on the night very noisy, it had to turn off. Although it didn't cool at all in the day. Through the same air conditioner, all the sounds from the street were heard. There was no blanket yet. The bathroom was quite uncomfortable, all sticky. The lock on the door was eating. But there was hot water! The location is kind of good, but the road on the entrance is quite uncomfortable, all of the stones"

"The location is gorgeous, and the huts face the sunrise! The staff are so helpful and friendly. They helped me organise travel back to the airport at the end of my stay, and they have a really talented surfing instructor on-site. The huts are really clean and well maintained. All I would say is, as it's a hut, you can't be squeamish about things like ants or geckos, and the internet connection in my hut was a bit weak. But overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation. Very good price as well. I loved it there!"

"Great hostel for the price you pay, the location is really close to the beach but a little distance away from Siargao centre so I’d highly recommend getting a scooter for hire. Make sure you pack bug spray because being so close to the beach meant there was a lot of mosquitoes!"
