My three-day stay at the Clark Hilton was excellent overall, with the facilities and service particularly standing out. Regarding the amenities, the hotel's swimming pool is quite spacious, and lifeguards are always on duty, which significantly enhances the safety and peace of mind for water activities. Although I didn't actually use the gym this trip, the staff proactively and kindly provided information about it. Similarly, even though I didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, the overall environment and ambiance still left a very good impression. In terms of service quality, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, which made me feel quite relaxed. Back in the room, the only minor drawback was that the water pressure for showering was a bit low. However, fortunately, the hot water temperature was perfectly adequate, so it didn't really affect the overall showering experience. In summary, my three-day stay was satisfying, with both the service and facilities performing excellently.

We had a good stay so far. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were also friendly and easy to approach whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The bedding and cleanliness were good. However, the details of the facilities were just okay. There was a nail sticking out inside the closet, possibly due to poor finishing, and I cut my hand a little. This was quite unusual for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast wasn't anything special. When I visited, there were hardly any Indian guests, yet Indian food was served every day. There was no Korean or Japanese food.

Exceptional Stay and had an amazing experience at the glory Hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and good design. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location is good. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
