The Horizon Club Room offers a truly expansive view, and the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is excellent. BGC is bustling day and night with constant traffic, and you can even see Makati in the distance. As expected from a Shangri-La in the central business district, the facilities are top-notch, cleanliness is superb, the environment is safe and convenient, and the service is impeccable. My only complaint is the price. It's definitely worth a visit for a family trip.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, especially for first-time visitors to BGC: High Street is right downstairs, with coffee shops, restaurants, malls, and street art all concentrated nearby. You can explore shops during the day, and stroll around enjoying the night view in the evening. There's no need for frequent taxis, and no worries about a troublesome journey back. 🏨 Room Experience I booked a Deluxe King Room, which has a simple, business-oriented style. The bed is spacious, and the room is equipped with a standalone desk, an office chair, and a sofa, making it convenient for handling work during the day. If you prioritize location, room practicality, and travel efficiency, staying here will be very hassle-free. 🏊 Pool The hotel has an outdoor pool on the 2nd floor, open daily from 06:00 to 20:00. The ambiance is especially pleasant after the lights come on in the evening. After a tiring day exploring High Street, you can return to the hotel, change into your swimwear, and relax in the pool for a while, adding a touch of a vacation feel to your city trip.

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

AC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy. Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure. It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

Beddings - Since luma na yung mga ginagamit nilang beddings particularly bed sheets and pillow cases, expect that there were old stains and marks. You may raise it with the reception if the look is so shabby for your eyesight. They will happily replace it. If the aircon is not cold enough for you or anything that creates you discomfort, they will do their best to address your concern even if it takes you move to the other room. Staffs were very helpful. Location is is strategically located but during night it may appear unsafe because it is near in the residential area (many workers from BGC walks there at night since it was their way going to their respective dorms or transportation) so for me, personally, I don’t feel unsafe at all walking going there from BGC during 12mn. Amenities not so much, just a very basic accommodation.

This was one of those stays where everything simply worked as expected. No surprises, no complications, just a comfortable and pleasant experience from start to finish.

The room is nice, cozy, spacious, and clean, and the reception staff are friendly. The only problem is that the shower isn’t working. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon because overall, the hotel room is recommended.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
