"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. "The room facilities were quite old, and the bathroom, in particular, looked very cheap. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, and there was a sewer smell coming from the drain. The sound insulation of the room windows was terrible; I barely got any sleep for three nights because it was so noisy, even at 2 or 3 in the morning the noise didn't lessen. The room cleaning was strangely half-done; I left in the morning and came back to find the bathroom cleaned but the bed untouched, exactly as I had left it, which was confusing. Overall, the stay was not good. I'm very familiar with BGC in Manila, and I didn't expect the room this time to be so disappointing. I hope it was just a 'bug' I happened to encounter at the hotel. It really wasn't worth the price."

"This hotel is right in BGC (Bonifacio Global City). The location is very good, you can easily get access to most places, like Bonifacio High Street and Uptown Mall. It’s very safe and nice to walk in the evening. There are lots of shops and restaurants.
Near the hotel are Macdonald’s, Starbucks and 7/11.
The room is good, very new and fresh. The staff was very polite and check-in was so fast. It’s definitely a good place if you come to Manila for the first time."

"Hotel is located opposite the SM aura. I love the convenience of shopping within such close proximity.
Room booked came with breakfast which is quite adequate. However I was there only 3 times even though we stayed for 6 nights.
Hotel doesn’t provide hand towels, only bath towels. We had to request daily.
Another downside is the aircon is left running even without inserting the room card in the entrance slot. This is a big waste of electricity.
Otherwise, it is a joy to stay in the hotel."

"Overall, a clean room, a little small, but it did have a balcony and everything you needed, the bed was good.The water pressure was fine.The only thing I would say is it's on a very busy road occasionally you could hear road.Noise, especially if you're not on a high floor and additionally the buffet breakfast was subpar.The staff was friendly easy check in mostly depending on how many people were waiting to check in with you.Overall price was decent value and fairly good location near BGC and Malls"

- The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures)
Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.
We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’.

AAnonymous UserMy family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it.
Pros:
●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney)
●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee
● Wifi is working very fine
● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator.
● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold
● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean
Cons
●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night
● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to)
● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell
Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure.
It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

GGuest UserUpgrade to a one-bedroom and one-living room suite for free. The apartment room has a washing machine, and the clothes can be dried overnight. Equipped with simple kitchen utensils, you can cook simple meals. It's just that the air conditioner is too noisy, so you need to choose carefully for those who have high requirements for the sleeping environment.

AAnonymous UserToilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.

GGuest UserGreat location in BGC. We arrived early and they helped us store our bags in an empty room. They got our room ready before normal check in and moved the bags for us as well. Really nice service, very helpful. The room was good, nothing too special, but worked perfectly for us.
